Honestly the best decision we could have made when it came to planning our wedding day! Also both LaToya and Ajay are fantastic and such lovely people to work with. For us, it felt they listened to everything we said, every aspiration and idea and then they made it happen! Planning When we started to think about planning our wedding we were unsure whether we needed a planner, and after speaking to a couple of wedding planners we were put off by limitations some of them imposed, but then we spoke with LaToya. Following our first call with LaToya our minds completed changed. We spoke frankly, we spoke about budgets / expectations and importantly we spoke about what we want our wedding to be like and not what we wanted it to be like. LaToya understood us from the get go and also her energy and enthusiasm is infectious. When meeting Ajay the first time, we saw the balance in his practical thinking, we knew why they work so well as a team. Re-planning We are very grateful for the wedding they created with us, it was beyond our expectations and looked and felt amazing. Their experience in wedding planning shone through when it came to working with suppliers and also the little details of the day - there are far too many examples to give. Even with the pandemic and several iterations of wedding format, guest numbers, restriction requirements, floor planning, etc, LaToya and Ajay kept us calm and more often knew more about what the wedding restriction guidelines meant before others. Partly because how hands on they are in the wedding sector, championing the suppliers in the sector and the bride/grooms. On the day The day ran so smoothly from our perspective, and that of the guests - it was a dream! That was down to SW Events team being so detailed focused and also being so calm on the day (they were probably running around putting out fires in the background, but for everyone involved and our guests it was a stress free event - our guests have commented positively about pretty much every aspect of the day. Ajay, you almost got a variety show, we think the creativity and vision we created for a seated reception was nothing anyone could have expected and it was such a treat for everyone - this is down to both your creativity but also experience with weddings and venues to pull it off. We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Every detail was beautiful, she is so creative, organised, warm and professional. Nothing was too much trouble - she coordinated the most beautiful flowers and venue as well as creative extras like gift bags and a creche for children, coffee and mimosa bars - even luggage tag favours / place-cards. Sadly some beloved family could not make it at the last minute, and she helped me sort a projector for a speech recording which was so special. Above all, on the day she made everything run so smoothly that we could just relax and have a great time. It says quite a lot that when we gave thanks to our family and guests, we gave a shout out to Rebecca and everyone cheered despite them having only met her that day! Liz and her team are absolute wedding planning rockstarts! Liz and Jess planned our wedding and not only are they a joy to work with but they are also creative, inspiring and amazing at getting the job done on the day. We had an incredible time working with Liz and Jess to create our prefect day - they were able to really understand what we wanted and got our personality and style and were able to elevate it to make the look and feel of the day as well as all the little details just perfect. They were a super smooth operation on the day too with everything going without a glitch which allowed us to really enjoy the day without worrying about anything. We decided to use a wedding planner to help us as we were living on a different continent to where we wanted to get married... and it was by far the best decision we made! Not only did she make the time zone difference and distance issues nonexistent, but she took our dream wedding ideas and created something better than the dream. It embodied everything we wanted and she added details we didn't even know we needed until we saw them! All this, by the way, in the middle of a wood with nothing but trees around! On the day itself, she was on hand to make everything go smoothly meaning we only had to worry about enjoying it. We couldn't throw Liz off even when we asked for last minute hairdressers or changes in plans! When people comment on how good the day was, we can't even be modest - it was the best day ever - and so much of that was thanks to Liz! We wold very much recommend Liz for anybody!

Liz was the best decision we made about our wedding – apart from marrying each other of course! She instantly understood our ideas and vision and was so enthusiastic in making them come to life. Everything was a possibility and nothing was too difficult and her attention to detail is what made all the difference! She was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end and was available around the clock to talk to via phone/ email/ text – always putting our minds at ease and keeping us organised. She put us in touch with her excellent repertoire of contacts (florist, hair, make-up…) who were all incredible and lovely to deal with. I knew I had picked the right event organiser when I was sitting relaxing, with a cup of tea, 4 hours before my party. 150 guests were due to arrive, our house was busy with party prep, and I knew I didn’t need to worry about a single thing, as Liz and her team had everything covered. You could say that this is what event organisers do, but this party was special, it was stunning! It’s not just about booking a chef or getting bar staff, or laying some tables, Liz is calmly organised, has exquisite taste and is totally unflustered. She and Jess listened, understood and executed everything on brief, with an eye for style, what’s on trend, and what works well. They also brought new ideas that I hadn’t thought of. On the night, the whole garden twinkled and the kitchen smelt delicious. With a cocktail in everyone’s hand, we all had a blast - we ate, we drank and we danced late into the night, everything was natural, seamless and fresh. And when the dust had settled, it was effortlessly taken away. Liz and her teams' resources are incredible, well researched and nothing seems impossible. Liz only works with amazing people who are good at what they do and respectful of the client. This is crucial, as the best suppliers tend to work with the best organisers. I met Vanessa a few years ago at a wedding. I noticed how lovely and smooth the day went so decided to follow her business page on Instagram Years later I got engaged and I knew immediately I wanted to use Harness & Co to help me plan our dream day. Vanessa is excellent at wedding planning as well as being a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend her without hesitation. I don’t think we can put into words how much Camilla has done for us! She gave us the best wedding ever - we are over the moon. She thought of absolutely everything, her for detail is outstanding, she has incredible taste and vision. Our wedding was perfect, she made it hassle free and knew exactly when to bother us with details and when to take charge. Of particular note is the presentation for cutting the cake, she transformed the area into a dream-like sequence with floating candles, an arch and a neon sign with our new surname. She had a vision and executed it brilliantly - this was all her and was the most beautiful thing to behold! Additionally, Camilla and her assistants are so lovely - we think of Camilla as a lifelong friend after only knowing her through the last 9 months as our planner extraordinaire. Camilla’s greatest strength is that she cares so much and you can really feel it. She made the whole experience (which was very daunting for two people who are not remotely organised) amazing! Her military precision planning meant everything came off seamlessly. We are delighted and the photos show her excellence! We cannot recommend her enough!

Camilla is such a lovely human being and is a star wedding planner! I am SO glad that we decided to get her help with planning the rest of our wedding and coordinating on the day. She had amazing suggestions for additional elements and had great supplier contacts. I'm so glad she arranged for us to have an extra walkthrough at the venue to help visualise everything we would want on the day. She also suggested that my husband walk down the aisle with his mum which was such a beautiful addition to our ceremony. In the weeks leading up to the big day, she had everything completely under control and I felt like I could just focus on the task of getting married and basking in the glow of the day. She is super responsive over WhatsApp, ready to answer any question I threw her way. My only regret is that we didn’t bring Camilla on earlier in the planning process to get her steer on more things!

We hired Camilla to be an ‘on the day co-ordinator’ for our wedding - I needed a right hand woman who I could trust to hand over the reigns and make sure all my planning and preparation came to life the way I imagined. Camilla was there for me throughout the whole wedding process to bounce ideas off, but most importantly, she gave me the confidence to relax on my wedding day (I’m a control freak!) - she was a pleasure to be around, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure any hiccups were dealt with. After 3 years of procrastination, we finally decided to plan our wedding in London while living in the US. All we can say is thank goodness for Dita! When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!

My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. On top of this, they arrange all your viewings for you so you don't have to spend so much time contacting venues. Aneeza in particular who made all my bookings for me was a godsend! She was beyond helpful, always kept me in the loop, was extremely efficient and had a great relationship with all the venues so made the process really smooth!
