When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!

Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. It was the most stress free party we'd ever hosted and Dita Rosted's roster of contacts and suppliers all hit the mark perfectly. We would do it all over again if only we could.

My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Dita made the wedding so much less stressful and she was completely supporting of our quirky ideas and helped us bring them to life. Something that we didnt experience speaking to other wedding experts. Dita's help and knowledge was invaluable and the staff she brought for the event were also so so lovely. We couldn’t speak highly of them enough. A lot of our friends and family complimented the staff saying how helpful and accommodating they were! Overall, the wedding was amazing and we couldn't have done it without Dita!

Planning a wedding is very overwhelming, there are so many things to consider. 4YaParty is the only business you should consider for wedding/event decoration and styling. I’m still lost for words and it’s been over a week. The attention to detail, care and consideration that is given is beyond anything I could have imagined. There comes a point before your wedding when you realise you actually have no idea what everything will really look like in the end. When we had returned from taking photos, we walked in to our reception venue not knowing what to expect. We were simply blown away. It was so unbelievably beautiful, and classic and breathtaking. I would highly recommend a thousand times! Mercedes decorated our wedding on the 27th July and did the upmost amazing job ever. The amount of times I changed things leading up to the wedding and she was so patient and understanding. The decor was exactly how I imagined it and had so many compliments from our guests. Hopefully we can use her again one day, we are planning a 1 year anniversary party!

We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! She really did go above and beyond to make our venue even more beautiful for our wedding day! We highly recommend using 4YaParty!

From start to finish Daniel Lay and his team were superb. Informative and patient, they worked with us to help order exactly what we needed for our party. The LED cube furniture and light up numbers were of excellent quality and looked fantastic on the night of the party. The delivery and collection tracking app is an excellent help to make sure you are home on the day too. We would highly recommend Daniel Lay Events.

We needed some furniture hire for a birthday party and we are so pleased to have find Daniel’s company. The service him and his team provided is 5*. Before placing the order, we needed reassurance that what we needed would fit as we planning to use our garden and the fact that Daniel can come out (at a small fee) to come measure and provide his expertise was convenient. It ensured that what we needed for the party would fit and that we had options for anything alternative. The delivery, installation and the removal were seamless. Since they provided a tracking link with a chat functionality, it helps planning your day around the delivery. We had a great party with loads of compliments on the set up. Aimee was instrumental in organising our wedding this year at the Rosewood in London, I can honestly say I enjoyed every moment of the planning process - stress free, thanks to Aimee. On our first meeting I knew she understood the style of wedding we wanted and was able to pull everything together using many of her excellent contacts and suppliers. Aimee never came to me with an issue before figuring out a way to resolve it, we had a couple of problems with delivery of some items that we had ordered online, Aimee quickly looked for a solution then contacted me to tell me we were now getting them elsewhere and they were even better than the originals! I'm sure the process of finding the replacements was extremely stressful her side, but I was blissfully unaware! Aimee has a really calm and positive nature which helped immensely the closer we got to our big day, I knew everything was in good hands and I was able to totally relax from start to finish. The day was everything I could have wished for and more... can we do it all again, please?!?!

Charm did my wedding last year and honestly everything was perfect and at such a great price too! She listened to my needs and what I was looking for and it was perfect! The decoration, the service and after service was on point! I would highly recommend it!

Charm not only did our chair covers and tablecloths for our wedding reception, she provided the most beautiful light up letters AND decorated our venue with bits we already had. Nothing has been too much trouble, and when we arrived at the venue I was blown away at how beautiful everything looked. If I could rate Charm Event Decor any higher I would, Charm and the tram provides an outstanding, friendly and professional service, the tables and chair covering was beautiful and made my grandsons christening the perfect day. Delivery and collection was as promised and Charm provide the ultimate client experience. Charm and her mum Donna are lovely ladies, they are friendly and professional. Camilla is such a lovely human being and is a star wedding planner! I am SO glad that we decided to get her help with planning the rest of our wedding and coordinating on the day. She had amazing suggestions for additional elements and had great supplier contacts. I'm so glad she arranged for us to have an extra walkthrough at the venue to help visualise everything we would want on the day. She also suggested that my husband walk down the aisle with his mum which was such a beautiful addition to our ceremony. In the weeks leading up to the big day, she had everything completely under control and I felt like I could just focus on the task of getting married and basking in the glow of the day. She is super responsive over WhatsApp, ready to answer any question I threw her way. My only regret is that we didn’t bring Camilla on earlier in the planning process to get her steer on more things!

We hired Camilla to be an ‘on the day co-ordinator’ for our wedding - I needed a right hand woman who I could trust to hand over the reigns and make sure all my planning and preparation came to life the way I imagined. Camilla was there for me throughout the whole wedding process to bounce ideas off, but most importantly, she gave me the confidence to relax on my wedding day (I’m a control freak!) - she was a pleasure to be around, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure any hiccups were dealt with. Camilla has now become a friend, I admire her work greatly. Do not hesitate to book her services.

Camilla planned our wedding from A to Z and it was literally our dream wedding. Her professionalism, dedication, attention to details and hard work are remarkable. She poured her heart into organizing the perfect wedding for us. It felt to me as if she was organizing her own considering the amount of efforts she put into ensuring that everything would be perfect and going the extra mile. On D Day, there was a storm just before the ceremony, everything had to be moved inside suddenly. I was extremely disappointed. But seeing that the meteo cleared out, Camilla went above and beyond and with the help of the hotel staff, arranged for everything to be moved back outside quickly. I was amazing! Throughout the process, Camilla and her assistant Giulia were a calming force. Because of them we were extremely relaxed on wedding day as we knew we were fully taken care of. Do yourself a favor and organize your wedding with Camilla!

Amazing service from Kent Events…. We contacted Jay back in January to organise my birthday party in July..he arranged marquee, toilets, 360 photo, catering (bbq-the burgers were insane), music, sax and bongos which were brilliant. Having secured our wedding venue we reached out to Edna who came highly recommended, to help us decorate and liaise with vendors. We discussed our visions and My Signature Party more than delivered. To say we were overwhelmed and happy when we 1st walked into our wedding reception is an understatement, the place looked absolutely amazing.
