If I could rate Charm Event Decor any higher I would, Charm and the tram provides an outstanding, friendly and professional service, the tables and chair covering was beautiful and made my grandsons christening the perfect day. Delivery and collection was as promised and Charm provide the ultimate client experience. Charm and her mum Donna are lovely ladies, they are friendly and professional. We used Charms after a last minute let down with our love letters and it was the best thing that could of happened, we were blown away by the service we received, the LED love letters were stunning and a great feature at our wedding. We will defiantly be using charms again and highly recommend people to use their services.

Charm not only did our chair covers and tablecloths for our wedding reception, she provided the most beautiful light up letters AND decorated our venue with bits we already had. Nothing has been too much trouble, and when we arrived at the venue I was blown away at how beautiful everything looked.
