Vanessa is excellent at wedding planning as well as being a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend her without hesitation. Having Vanessa as our planner meant that we were able plan our wedding in less than seven months and I can honestly say that I enjoyed it all. The whole thing, from choosing a venue to designing a menu, to table plans, the band, the cake, and the day itself. I’m only sorry it’s all over. I can safely say it would have been a very different experience without Vanessa. She dealt with the unexpected effortlessly and allowed my husband and me to relax and take it all in. I met Vanessa a few years ago at a wedding. I noticed how lovely and smooth the day went so decided to follow her business page on Instagram Years later I got engaged and I knew immediately I wanted to use Harness & Co to help me plan our dream day. When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!

My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Dita made the wedding so much less stressful and she was completely supporting of our quirky ideas and helped us bring them to life. Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. I should have posted this much sooner after our October 2021 wedding but hopefully better late than never. If you're aiming to have a wedding in a "dry venue" which provides the space but the rest is largely up to you, then drop everything and get The Wedding Arrangers onto the case - you will not regret it! It's a year ago this weekend since we had our first call with Chris, when he explained that the three most important aspects of the wedding as far as he was concerned were the food, the booze and the music. We came off that first call energised and excited whereas up to that we'd been a bit nervous and daunted about what lay ahead. That began a journey that was to take us to our wedding day in the beautiful Shoreditch Studios with Chris and his team supporting us all the way. On the big day itself I cannot think of a single thing I wish had gone differently, it really was a perfect day thanks to Chris and the team. All day I heard so many great comments about how smooth everything was running. The food was wonderful and so was the service. Any of the things I’d been worrying about in the run up were all addressed and never became an issue. I can’t tell you enough how much that meant we were able to just enjoy our special day and we had a ball. TWA's revenue model means you know where you stand from the start as they are very clear about what they charge you for - it's based on a percentage of your budget rather than on an hourly basis, so you won't getting any nasty surprises at the end. Next to getting hitched itself, it'll probably be the best decision you make!

My partner and I decided to get married five months after getting engaged, which many people told us was a wild idea. We hit the ground running but realised the dry hire route that we wanted required professional guidance. Along came the Wedding Arrangers. We cannot say enough good things about Rebecca, not only is she an absolutely fantastic wedding planner, she is a delight to be around! Little did Rebecca know when she took us on in 2019 she would end up planning three weddings for us (!), first the one that didn't happen due to COVID, then a small intimate wedding with a couple of friends during the pandemic, and finally a big celebration this year. Every detail was beautiful, she is so creative, organised, warm and professional. Nothing was too much trouble - she coordinated the most beautiful flowers and venue as well as creative extras like gift bags and a creche for children, coffee and mimosa bars - even luggage tag favours / place-cards. Sadly some beloved family could not make it at the last minute, and she helped me sort a projector for a speech recording which was so special. Above all, on the day she made everything run so smoothly that we could just relax and have a great time. It says quite a lot that when we gave thanks to our family and guests, we gave a shout out to Rebecca and everyone cheered despite them having only met her that day! We already knew we wanted to use 4YaParty for our wedding reception (August 2024), due to them being an eco friendly/sustainable company, before we met Mercedes at a wedding fair. However, Mercedes' friendly and enthusiastic attitude confirmed our choice! Communication, via email, was excellent and viewing the venue with her really helped us to visualise the decorations. The decorations were reasonably priced, especially with a voucher from the wedding fair, and Mercedes even advised we didn't need so many ceiling decorations for the size of the venue - which saved us more money! We managed to catch Mercedes and her team packing up at the end of the evening, to thank them, and were amazed to find out it was her first wedding anniversary!! Planning a wedding is very overwhelming, there are so many things to consider. 4YaParty is the only business you should consider for wedding/event decoration and styling. I’m still lost for words and it’s been over a week. The attention to detail, care and consideration that is given is beyond anything I could have imagined. I contacted Chenai after my wedding had been postponed due to covid. I had lost all enthusiasm in wedding planning and needed support and advice mainly for styling! Chenai was so supportive and created a design board after listening to my ideas and making some beautiful suggestions. Less than a year before our wedding, we contacted Tala at UCG Luxury Destination Events to be our wedding planner. Tala herself came highly recommended through friends and word of mouth, and from the moment we met, I could see this was by far the best decision we could make. My husband and I live in London but our families are in different parts of the world. To quickly organise a personal, beautiful, heartfelt, fun wedding for 130 guests coming from all corners of the globe was daunting to us, but a piece of cake for UCG! Tala got to work immediately by getting to know us personally and then asking us the right questions in order to shortlist and organise viewings of venues in the city as well as in the nearby countryside that would fit within our wants, needs, budget, and overall vibe of what we wanted for our wedding. She found us the most beautiful manor house/events hall in Surrey (easy access for our guests – an hour from the city and near Heathrow Airport) that provided the "English Garden" beauty, romanticism and escapism we wanted to highlight for our guests coming from the Middle East, the US, and other parts of the UK during the summer of 2022. They even had wild peacocks roaming around the gardens! From then on and throughout the planning, UCG remained incredible – and we are still just so grateful. Tala's attention to detail, speed at which she would organise the next thing on "the list", her professionalism, rapport with vendors, her joyful and friendly demeanour kept us calm during what is known to be a stressful time! No matter what silly question we had or what anxious feeling we had, Tala was there. To hire someone who became a good friend was just the icing on top. She drove with us to flower vendors, she dealt with negotiations, we would bounce ideas off of each other, she would scour the net to find things we didn't even think of, all to add that extra personal touch. Tala worked tirelessly to make our vision come to life, and did it all with a smile. Many wedding/event planners just do what they've outlined in the contract, but not UCG – they go above and beyond. With little time to plan our event, they created such a fantastic event. They were organised, responsive, creative, the venue was transformed into a Winter Wonderland and the day couldn't have turned out any better. We will definitely be using BASH Studios for our future events!

Penny was beyond helpful in helping us plan our wedding and I’m sure nothing would have gone so smoothly without all her help! She is a real perfectionist, incredibly organised and on the day itself was such a useful asset in ensuring that everything went to plan. We were perhaps a little too blasé with expecting the weather to be kind to us and all our supplies to sort out any problems themselves, but Penny ensured that we had back up plans and ideas just in case. I think everybody found her spreadsheets and itineraries exceptionally useful on the day! Thanks again Penny! ☺️

We used Penelope for our wedding in August, I found her service to be flexible, reliable and supportive to my individual wedding planning needs. Her experience and knowledge was invaluable when helping me make specific decisions. She arranged regular meetings to make sure things were progressing smoothly while planning our big day. On the wedding day, everything ran according to schedule and was exactly how I envisaged it. This was because of Penelope and I can’t thank her enough as we got to enjoy our wedding day and not worry about the details. Penny was a fabulous wedding planner for us. She is perfectionist through and through which really is a great quality in the person you are asking to help organise your wedding! She thought of so many details (big and small) that would never have crossed our minds. Penny came up with some great ideas which went down a storm on the day and was also honest about the things that she didn’t think would work or would need tweaking to work well, which we really valued. She had some great contacts which allowed us to get some things cheaper than we would have been able to source ourselves. On the day, we were able to totally trust that it was all in hand. I know that Penny went above and beyond on the day to ensure everything ran smoothly so that we could relax and our family and friends could too. This also meant we were able to concentrate on the important stuff, like saying ‘I do’ and our guests! Thank you Penny for giving us a day to remember!!
