We got in touch with Personal touch to DJ for our event and I am so happy we booked them! From the get go, Eshan was really friendly and listened to us as we spoke about our wedding day and what we wanted. He was enthusiastic and really make us feel like our wedding mattered to him and his team. He took the time to have calls to plan the music and entertainment, and even came for a site visit. We really appreciated his professional guidance and advice. For our wedding, we requested performers, sega dancers, ravine players and lighting equipment - the team went above and beyond and delivered on all aspects. In addition, he took our playlist and made edits to YouTube audios which was really appreciated. On the day, the team were professional and on top of it. The team played our playlist at the right time and at the reception, the music and dj skills was on point - it was all absolutely perfect! On behalf on my Wife and I, I would like to thank Personal Touch for creating the most perfect and spectacular wedding for us, in fact for creating the wedding of our dreams! From the first meeting with the team (some 12months before the wedding) we were left with a sense of purpose and confidence as Eshan inspired us with his words, knowledge and passion to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams....my wife actually said in the car after leaving the office "he really is going to smash this!".... Personally what we really loved was Eshans passion and his ability to understand our vision from the first second of what we wanted, and that is what I think the key to the huge success of the wedding was - once Eshan understood the vision he was free to explore the wedding industries top suppliers, providers of goods and services. We would then be able to choose who & what we would like to go with (or not go with) as Eshan always provided more than one option. My wife actually found a picture online of a wedding set up we loved and so she showed Eshan on the first meeting, his face beemed as he asked where we saw the picture, to which we replied Google. Proud and passionate as ever Eshan informed us that it was one of his set ups from a few weeks before and explained what equipment he had there and how the event was planned and run - straight away it proved the scale of events the Personal Touch carry out - they break the Internet with their events!!!! Personal Touches attention to detail and experience helped us to make many informed decisions that we normally would not have been able to make with such knowledge, as Eshan regularly would explain the pros and cons of set ups - suppliers - costs - ambience and anything else we would not like think about. The music played was out of this world - the organised structure meant we were able to provide a Spotify playlist of tunes we wanted to be on at some point in the night - tunes that family members / guests and that we felt emotionally attached to and that needed to be played. Personal Touch DJ's controlled the event with music - knowing exactly when to keep the vibe upbeat but elegant at the same time, to turing the dance floor into the most popular place to be .....to say we were over moon would be an understatement!! While working with The Personal Touch team, we have not only had a wedding planner - DJ and agony uncle but we also leave having made a life long long friends, something money cannot buy! Personal Touch acted as if the event was their own wedding, everything was from the heart and it was clear to see in the results. Every bump we encountered, Personal Touch also felt....every success we had, Personal Touch celebrated.... it was this heartfelt approach which is unique to any other wedding planner out there. Using the Getwed team to help plan our wedding was the BEST decision we’ve ever made. I'm honestly not sure what we would have done without them. Outstanding all round. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever". I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone organizing a big party, wedding or similar.

At relatively short notice Henry Bonas Ltd organised a fabulous 21st birthday party for my son at a central London venue. Gee organised it with great calm and care. Her experience with all the planning was invaluable and her presence with her colleague on the night meant the whole evening went extremely smoothly. Whilst expensive the final bill did reflect the cost estimates originally mentioned. Everybody enjoyed an evening to remember in a special venue. Having Gee there meant as hosts we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all, instead we could just enjoy the evening. I would highly recommend Henry Bonas!

Henry and his team ensured we delivered a seamless evening for over 200 guests attending our very special HOPE Ball - a fundraising event for our local hospital charity, which raised c£75,000. Wow, what a night! Henry and his team delivered a truly memorable party. The attention to detail was brilliant and Henry really knows his stuff - from all the planning and picking and managing the best suppliers to running the night so it’s a seamless operation. I’m sure we could probably have had a decent party if we’d used a number of party planners, but it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as brilliant or special. Less than a year before our wedding, we contacted Tala at UCG Luxury Destination Events to be our wedding planner. Tala herself came highly recommended through friends and word of mouth, and from the moment we met, I could see this was by far the best decision we could make. My husband and I live in London but our families are in different parts of the world. To quickly organise a personal, beautiful, heartfelt, fun wedding for 130 guests coming from all corners of the globe was daunting to us, but a piece of cake for UCG! Tala got to work immediately by getting to know us personally and then asking us the right questions in order to shortlist and organise viewings of venues in the city as well as in the nearby countryside that would fit within our wants, needs, budget, and overall vibe of what we wanted for our wedding. She found us the most beautiful manor house/events hall in Surrey (easy access for our guests – an hour from the city and near Heathrow Airport) that provided the "English Garden" beauty, romanticism and escapism we wanted to highlight for our guests coming from the Middle East, the US, and other parts of the UK during the summer of 2022. They even had wild peacocks roaming around the gardens! From then on and throughout the planning, UCG remained incredible – and we are still just so grateful. Tala's attention to detail, speed at which she would organise the next thing on "the list", her professionalism, rapport with vendors, her joyful and friendly demeanour kept us calm during what is known to be a stressful time! No matter what silly question we had or what anxious feeling we had, Tala was there. To hire someone who became a good friend was just the icing on top. She drove with us to flower vendors, she dealt with negotiations, we would bounce ideas off of each other, she would scour the net to find things we didn't even think of, all to add that extra personal touch. Tala worked tirelessly to make our vision come to life, and did it all with a smile. Many wedding/event planners just do what they've outlined in the contract, but not UCG – they go above and beyond. The morning after our wedding, Tala had organised a box for me of little mementos from the night! Honestly, thanks to UCG's impeccable planning, we did not have one stress on our wedding day. I don't even think there were any "fires" to put out because they are that amazing. Our wedding guests even praised the effortless, loving atmosphere during our special day and knew it was all down to UCG. From the initial planning stages to the final day, they were instrumental in bringing our vision to life. We especially appreciated their assistance with the complex logistics of planning a destination wedding, including coordinating accommodations and transportation for our guests, booking restaurants, and suggesting activities for 5 days. Their local knowledge and vendor connections were valuable, and they were incredibly helpful with last-minute requests, going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Our guests were also very impressed with their responsiveness and helpfulness throughout the week. Claire was particularly adept at understanding our vision and preferences. The flower arrangements were stunning, the live music at the reception was perfect, and the table settings were exactly what we had imagined. She worked diligently to create a budget that reflected our priorities and ensured we had the wedding we wanted. While our overall experience was positive, we'd like to offer some transparent feedback for future couples. Planning an Amalfi Coast wedding on a budget is tough. While Claire ultimately found fantastic options that met our needs, particularly for activities outside the wedding day, the process involved a fair amount of back-and-forth regarding budget. More proactive budget management and upfront alternative suggestions would have been helpful. But since we started planning so far in advance, this didn't cause any major delays/issues - just more communication. Additionally, a few overlooked details, like venue lighting and guest policies, created some last-minute stress, though Claire and Monica did resolve these issues to the best of their abilities (which we appreciated). Despite these minor challenges, we are grateful to Claire and Monica for their hard work, friendly and calm attitudes, and dedication. They created a truly memorable week for us and our guests, and we appreciate their efforts in making our wedding dreams a reality.

I worked alongside Claire and her team in both Italy in Ravello and the UK at Hedsor House for weddings. Both times I felt that they were always on hand to help and guide at any point. Were so on point with the group photo list to gather guests which then allowed the couple more time to relax as well as myself time for candid photography. All timings ran smoothly and creativity and styling looked fabulous. They were such a positive vibe to be around.
