On top of this, they arrange all your viewings for you so you don't have to spend so much time contacting venues. Aneeza in particular who made all my bookings for me was a godsend! She was beyond helpful, always kept me in the loop, was extremely efficient and had a great relationship with all the venues so made the process really smooth!

A huge thank you to Zeleka and the team for all their help with our wedding day. From our first phone call Zeleka was kind, helpful, professional and informative and I knew we were in good hands. I toed and froed for a while about the need for wedding day coordination from a budget perspective and given we had a good venue booked, but it was honestly the best money we spent in the end and I'm so glad we went for TWC- I can’t imagine now how it would have gone without them and I would recommend to all who are a bit type A (!) and want to feel all eventualities are accounted for. Ezra events transformed my venue and made it even more magical than I ever expected. Andi and Jayne are AMAZING. From start to finish they were so brilliant and exceeded expectations. They created the most incredible flowers for our special day and I cannot believe how many people commented on them - far more than anything else! We gave a quite vague brief of “fun and colourful” and we felt like we could completely trust them. They created the most incredible hanging installation, dressed our tables and created the bouquets and button holes. We are so grateful as they were so caring throughout and even offered to help think about lighting for us when we weren’t sure about something. Andi & Jayne were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding this year! When we first contacted them a year before our wedding we weren't sure exactly what we wanted to do with our flowers but with Jayne's incredible patience she really helped guide us in bringing to life what we wanted. When we later decided we would like an on the day coordinator it was easy to go ahead with Andi given the experience we had had so far with the flowers. On the day itself the flowers were beyond what I had imagined - they worked with the lighting people to ensure the whole aesthetic of the room was perfect and even helped decorate the wedding cake I'd made with flowers too. Andi's calm and organised approach was invaluable on the day considering we had a dry hire venue with multiple suppliers to coordinate. I couldn't recommend Halcyon Halcyon highly enough!

HH provided Floral Design, Venue Dressing Design (Furniture, Crockery etc.), Lighting Design and One-The-Day Coordination for our wedding and we couldn't have been happier with our choice! Andi and Jayne are two seriously talented people and an absolute power-duo. We organised our London wedding from Singapore and from our first phone call we had 100% faith in them. They seamlessly accommodated the time difference and it was real a comfort to have such organised, calm people to take charge on our behalf. Every call we had with them was a pleasure - in fact, we actually looked forward to speaking to them each time! They managed to make organising a wedding a creative journey and fulfilling experience, rather than a stress-fest! They were so generous with their knowledge and time and were always responsive/ reliable over the 9 months that we spent planning the wedding . Choosing a dry-hire venue was daunting, but Jayne helped us to create the exact vibe we were looking for with the floral and venue dressing design. The mood-boards/ design options that Jayne developed were works of art themselves and super useful for us to visualise and make informed cost and creative decisions. The final result was mesmerizing! We were speechless when we walked down the aisle and saw everything for the first time. Jayne's attention to detail was remarkable and you could really notice all the details and subtleties. Andi arranged the lighting design and it was perfect. He created the exact atmosphere we wanted, with different lighting scenes for different parts of the day. Again, his design proposals/ optioneering allowed us to make informed cost/benefit decisions. Andi also created a Production Schedule for the week prior to the wedding day (including the day itself). It encapsulated every detail of the wedding and gave us full confidence that everything would go smoothly. Andi and Jayne took care of absolutely everything on the day, from the arrival of the first supplier to de-rigging after everyone had left. This meant there was no pressure for us to get involved in any of the organisational aspects of the day, which was especially useful in our case since we had no bridal party or groomsmen. Instead, we were able to spend some quality time together beforehand and arrive feeling totally relaxed and ready to give our energy to each other, our guests and revel in the joy of the day! I found Halcyon Halcyon through Instagram in the lead up to our micro wedding and I'm so glad I did! I did my research and reached out to other suppliers but Halcyon Halcyon stood out to me because of their professionalism, ease of communication and attention to detail. I had a video call with Jayne who was super friendly and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me, my considerations and the purpose of the occasion; a garden wedding reception. I showed her the space we were working with and then sent her photos and specs after the call. Her response was incredibly speedy and within a few days, I received the floorplan and moodboard which was exactly the vibe we were going for! In the lead up to the wedding, we had concerns about the weather and how that would affect the floorplan and Jayne not only gave us some amazing professional advice but also speedily provided an adjusted floorplan to adapt to our needs. I was honestly amazed at the quick turnaround! The day before the wedding, I finally met Jayne and Andi when they delivered the chairs and tables, and as I expected, they were both as friendly and efficient in person, just as I imagined. They arrived on time (super early start) on the wedding day to do the styling and I didn't see the final result until we all got back from the registry. They truly transformed our humble garden and conservatory! The table setting, the flowers, the balloons, the elegance. I had never seen or felt gypsophila and orchids as fresh as that; it's almost been a month since the wedding and they're still going strong. Our family and friends felt at ease and the sophisticated styling definitely took them by surprise! Jayne and Andi fully understood the brief and delivered above and beyond. I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better wedding. They really made it a special and unforgettable day and delivered the light, airy and elegant theme we asked for. After 3 years of procrastination, we finally decided to plan our wedding in London while living in the US. All we can say is thank goodness for Dita! From beginning to end, Dita was incredibly patient while we made up our minds. She was never pushy and always encouraged us to do what we wanted, all while appreciating our budget. It is thanks to Dita that we have such wonderful memories of our wedding day!

My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Dita made the wedding so much less stressful and she was completely supporting of our quirky ideas and helped us bring them to life. Dita helped us pull off an amazing wedding party after 15 years of procrastination. In one meeting, she had filtered through our ideas until we had a plan. Eight weeks later, we had the cabaret wedding party we never knew we always wanted and the response from our guests was fantastic. It was the most stress free party we'd ever hosted and Dita Rosted's roster of contacts and suppliers all hit the mark perfectly. We would do it all over again if only we could.

We cannot recommend Chenai enough!! As soon as we found her website we knew she would be the perfect person to plan our wedding. The team were on top of everything the whole way through the planning process which meant that we were completely stress-free. Chenai has an amazing way of knowing what you want better than you do and brought all of our vague ideas to life! Even down to having some Ghanaian flare at our otherwise traditional, English wedding. We had the pleasure of having Chenai, Tariq and Aaron with us on our wedding day meaning that everything went off without a hitch and we knew that everything was taken care of, enabling us to relax and enjoy the day.

I contacted Chenai after my wedding had been postponed due to covid. I had lost all enthusiasm in wedding planning and needed support and advice mainly for styling! Chenai was so supportive and created a design board after listening to my ideas and making some beautiful suggestions. I fell in love with planning the wedding again, and felt confident that everything was going to look beautiful without the worry that things may not work the way I had imagined. Chenai eliminated all the stress. Our wedding was perfect. My only regret is not finishing ByChenai Events sooner.

We cannot speak highly enough of Chenai - she genuinely is the best at what she does. Her attention to detail and ability to instil a sense of calm across a stressful period is truly amazing. At relatively short notice Henry Bonas Ltd organised a fabulous 21st birthday party for my son at a central London venue. Gee organised it with great calm and care. Her experience with all the planning was invaluable and her presence with her colleague on the night meant the whole evening went extremely smoothly. Whilst expensive the final bill did reflect the cost estimates originally mentioned. Everybody enjoyed an evening to remember in a special venue. Having Gee there meant as hosts we didn’t have to worry about logistics at all, instead we could just enjoy the evening. I would highly recommend Henry Bonas!

Outstanding all round. Nobody does it better. Henry, Chloe and the whole team make such an effort to make sure everything is perfect. Their pre-planning is excellent, thoughtful and detailed. They work with a network of high quality suppliers. The whole HB team is deep, expert and incredibly eager to help. But it's their effort on the day that is off the scale. Chloe was ever-present and Henry was the last person to leave our wedding reception, which was described by our guests as somewhere between "amazing" and "the best wedding ever". I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone organizing a big party, wedding or similar.

Henry and his team ensured we delivered a seamless evening for over 200 guests attending our very special HOPE Ball - a fundraising event for our local hospital charity, which raised c£75,000. Henry's professionalism and attention to detail is second to none and we hope to work with Henry and his team again in the future.

Wow, what a night! Henry and his team delivered a truly memorable party. The attention to detail was brilliant and Henry really knows his stuff - from all the planning and picking and managing the best suppliers to running the night so it’s a seamless operation. The house looked superb and the garden looked magical. Henry is also an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real gentleman. I’m sure we could probably have had a decent party if we’d used a number of party planners, but it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as brilliant or special. I very much look forward to working together again.
