Rapid response from Armand to a Google Local Services request. Good comms via WhatsApp. Same day attendance. I live in a tricky area for parking but Armand managed that without complaint. Quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem with my heating system, made efficiency improvements, and taught me a few things along the way for future reference. The following morning I had a worsening situation due to air and pressure changes settling in the system overnight (unavoidable) but Armand was responding to my messages from 6:51am and helping me to relay instructions to my tenant in real time to apply a final fix. The heating system is now working incredibly effectively and efficiently. I'm burning hardly any gas to keep the property warm. Gas bill reducing substantially now. As with everything these days, skilled people don't come cheap; you get what you pay for and I would recommend Armand to others.

I was impressed with MML's service. I spent a while phoning around trying to find an engineer to service my boiler and fix a leaking joint. I was let down numerous times by various local engineers with lame excuses on why they never showed up or others who did not respond.. I contacted MML and immediately received a response, a booking for the next day with email confirmation, lovely. Engineer turned up on time, knew his stuff, explained everything. Did the most thorough service of the boiler I have seen, fixed the leak. Very clean and efficient. Very happy with the cost and glad I have a decent company to call when I have issues, unlike a lot of the chancers out there.

I’ve used MML plumbing for leak detection and plumbing work and I’d highly recommend them. Levi is very knowledgable and was easily able to find the leak and fix it. Brilliant service. Replaced a gas hob with an induction hob and needed to trim the counter more - no problem. Fitted TRVs to two radiators, serviced the combi and filter. Really could not be happier. Top bloke too.

I contacted Ashley as I had a leak coming into the ceiling of my kitchen. Ashley clearly communicated when he would be able to attend and kept me updated. When he arrived he was very personable and knowledgeable and was able to fix the leak there and then. I have used NR Heating and Plumbing twice now and can honestly highly recommend them. Adam took time to explain his work and stuck to his price, which I found to be fair. A very reputable firm. Constatine the Engineer sorted out our boiler after another firm said it needed a new motherboard. Engineer came and spent time to find what this issue is. At the end it needed WD40 and some maintenance. A new boiler not needed yet. Thank you for doing a great job.

we got an emergency yesterday with the boiler and radiators in our house. called a few numbers i got from friends no one was available before wednesday next week. found constantin on google the guy was at my door in les then one hour.diverter valve and motor in less then 2 hours all fixed. very good service cheap and fast. a big thank you i never recomended someone on google but this is worth it

Michael changed all taps in our home for modern mixers, as well as replaced 2 hand wash sinks. He provided full solution from removing old equipment, to getting the materials (nice design and high quality) and the spare parts, and doing the full installation. He works fast, goes the extra mile (he tiled a section of the wall and re-applied fresh silicon joints for free, outside of the initial quote) and leaves the home perfectly clean. We couldn’t be happier and we recommande him warmly

We were having non stop problems with the pressure in our boiler dropping and our previous plumber had suggested a leak in the system. We did a couple of leak block treatments and nothing seemed to really improve and a costly trace and access approach was suggested. I spoke to Michael and immediately after a couple of emails and a phone call he diagnosed something different. I was on a tight timescale and he had limited availability but I decided to wait and have him come over. I'm glad I did!! He was so thorough. Performed a ton of tests that our previous plumber hadn't done, found a couple of faulty parts, sourced them, replaced them, got the whole system up and running and now 2 months later it is rock solid. Absolutely brilliant plumber and a top guy as well. Highly recommended!!! 10/10

We are very happy with Michael’s work. We have changed our gravity fed system to a new direct unvented cylinder and made some improvement to our shower, by removing the old electric one. First of all, he came to assess the work to be done, provided us with options and suggested what to do. He then provided us with a clear and detailed quotation in less then a day. On the days he came, he was very professional from the first moment he stepped into our house and very respectful of that too, always making sure of wearing the shoe covers and laying down any necessary floor protection. The new system really changed our all house water system for the good. We can now benefit of a very good water pressure. We would 100% recommend Michael!

We had a faulty tap and after switching the water off it caused a leak through our ceiling. Michael visited within the hour (as he was in the area) and replaced the tap and valves quickly and efficiently and it works great now. He also noticed that the boiler pressure was too high so sorted this as well. Very friendly and professional, great service, would definitely recommend

I had an excellent experience with A&E plumbing&Gas 24/7 when they came to fix my shower heating knob. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. He is prompt, professional, and very thorough in diagnosing the issue. The plumber gone out of his way to source a new shower fitting and solutions. Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

Josef came round at short notice to run some boiler checks. He was able to rule out issues with the boiler quickly and concluded there was a leak in the system recommending a specialist camera survey to pinpoint where the issues was. He did not charge for his call out and was professional and polite.
