Brilliant service. Replaced a gas hob with an induction hob and needed to trim the counter more - no problem. Fitted TRVs to two radiators, serviced the combi and filter. Really could not be happier. Top bloke too.

I was impressed with MML's service. I spent a while phoning around trying to find an engineer to service my boiler and fix a leaking joint. I was let down numerous times by various local engineers with lame excuses on why they never showed up or others who did not respond.. I contacted MML and immediately received a response, a booking for the next day with email confirmation, lovely. Engineer turned up on time, knew his stuff, explained everything. Did the most thorough service of the boiler I have seen, fixed the leak. Very clean and efficient. Very happy with the cost and glad I have a decent company to call when I have issues, unlike a lot of the chancers out there.

We are very happy with Michael’s work. We have changed our gravity fed system to a new direct unvented cylinder and made some improvement to our shower, by removing the old electric one. First of all, he came to assess the work to be done, provided us with options and suggested what to do. He then provided us with a clear and detailed quotation in less then a day. On the days he came, he was very professional from the first moment he stepped into our house and very respectful of that too, always making sure of wearing the shoe covers and laying down any necessary floor protection. The new system really changed our all house water system for the good. We can now benefit of a very good water pressure. We would 100% recommend Michael!

Michael changed all taps in our home for modern mixers, as well as replaced 2 hand wash sinks. He provided full solution from removing old equipment, to getting the materials (nice design and high quality) and the spare parts, and doing the full installation. He works fast, goes the extra mile (he tiled a section of the wall and re-applied fresh silicon joints for free, outside of the initial quote) and leaves the home perfectly clean. We couldn’t be happier and we recommande him warmly

We had a faulty tap and after switching the water off it caused a leak through our ceiling. Michael visited within the hour (as he was in the area) and replaced the tap and valves quickly and efficiently and it works great now. He also noticed that the boiler pressure was too high so sorted this as well. Very friendly and professional, great service, would definitely recommend

We were having non stop problems with the pressure in our boiler dropping and our previous plumber had suggested a leak in the system. We did a couple of leak block treatments and nothing seemed to really improve and a costly trace and access approach was suggested. I spoke to Michael and immediately after a couple of emails and a phone call he diagnosed something different. I was on a tight timescale and he had limited availability but I decided to wait and have him come over. I'm glad I did!! He was so thorough. Performed a ton of tests that our previous plumber hadn't done, found a couple of faulty parts, sourced them, replaced them, got the whole system up and running and now 2 months later it is rock solid. Josef came round at short notice to run some boiler checks. He was able to rule out issues with the boiler quickly and concluded there was a leak in the system recommending a specialist camera survey to pinpoint where the issues was. He did not charge for his call out and was professional and polite.

Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

A very reputable firm. Constatine the Engineer sorted out our boiler after another firm said it needed a new motherboard. Engineer came and spent time to find what this issue is. At the end it needed WD40 and some maintenance. A new boiler not needed yet. Thank you for doing a great job.

Rapid response from Armand to a Google Local Services request. Good comms via WhatsApp. Same day attendance. I live in a tricky area for parking but Armand managed that without complaint. Quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem with my heating system, made efficiency improvements, and taught me a few things along the way for future reference. The following morning I had a worsening situation due to air and pressure changes settling in the system overnight (unavoidable) but Armand was responding to my messages from 6:51am and helping me to relay instructions to my tenant in real time to apply a final fix. The heating system is now working incredibly effectively and efficiently. I'm burning hardly any gas to keep the property warm. Gas bill reducing substantially now. As with everything these days, skilled people don't come cheap; you get what you pay for and I would recommend Armand to others.
