Excellent service! When the pump and expansion vessel on my boiler failed, VK replaced them and carried out a full service without any hassle. The boiler is now running like new. We contacted Associated response after seeing lots of positive reviews/recommendations via Love your doorstep. Hugh visited us after our heating stopped working. The team booked us in really quickly, Hugh was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the issue but in the process just seemed a really nice, genuine guy and didn't seem to be phased about the dogs, kids nor all the toys and chaos in the house. The team weren't pushy and we are even looking to sign up to their cover plan as the price was really reasonable too. Let's hope not needed, but should we need too, will definitely return to Hugh and his team from now onwards.

Called a good few companies and these were the cheapest by £60 and the quickest. A lovely man named Hugh came. Immediately took his shoes off without me needing to ask. He fixed the problem extremely quickly, he looked at a few other issues I had around the house and gave me some great advice. A lovely person and a delight to have. I highly recommend!!!!

I highly recommend Ben and his services, they are excellent at what they do, really professional and at reasonable prices. Our shower was leaking into our poor neighbors room and we had called someone else before but they didn't manage to fix it. Ben came immediately the next day, assessed the situation and explained the whole process in steps and what is required and got to the bottom of the problem. He fixed up a new shower and everything that was wrong with it and it's been a few weeks now, and no leakage at all! Thank you for saving us Ben!

Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

I had an excellent experience with A&E plumbing&Gas 24/7 when they came to fix my shower heating knob. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. He is prompt, professional, and very thorough in diagnosing the issue. The plumber gone out of his way to source a new shower fitting and solutions. D&J (10 star) Plumbing & Heating, brilliant service from both Jamie and David. Making a stressful situation far less stressful. Our boiler packed in leaving us without hot water or heating, we then received their number from a relative who also used them previously and was very happy with their service. They arrived to have a look, determined the issue quickly, went through the options, very competitive price too. All throughout, start to finish has been effortless, both know what they are talking about and doing which gives you peace of mind. Will be using them again for future fixes and home improvements. >Professional >Took care of our home with protective flooring. >Friendly >Knowledgable >Great workmanship as per photos which are of the new waste pipe that needed adding due to the old boiler being outdated and not having one, also the new pipes for the new boiler. Thanks so much to Richard & his team for our recent new boiler installation. Late on Monday evening our 18 year old boiler received Last Rites. I reached out to Pettifer Plumbing to arrange a quote. They quickly provided quotes covering a variety of budget options. Richard also gave us a simple, jargon-free explanation of the benefits of each package There was no pressure from Pettifer Plumbing to make our purchase. That said within 2 hours we had agreed on a package and our brand new, fully functioning boiler was installed WITHIN 24 HOURS! The installation team were very friendly & a credit to company. Arriving promptly, beginning work immediately and being very considerate to keep any household disruption to a minimum. The team completed the install safely, quickly, professionally & left the work site as they found it. All rubbish/waste was removed once they had finished. In addition to being more economical, our new Worcester Bosch boiler has a 10 year parts/labour warranty. This means that we can now cancel our existing boiler breakdown cover which saves us a further £20 per month. We cannot recommend Pettifer Plumbing highly enough. Thank you all so much.

Modernisation of my Central Heating & Hot Water System. In just two days Richard and team removed my 30 year old Baxi Boiler from a downstairs chimney breast and installed a Worcester Bosch boiler in the upstairs airing cupboard, extending the gas pipe to this new location and connecting up to the original radiators and water pipes. The multitude of new pipework in the restricted space of the airing cupboard was very neatly done. Richard agreed to routing the flue pipe horizontally through the loft to exit through the end wall – requiring working in a rather cramped space. This avoided disturbing my aging slate roof with a roof vent. Their first job was to lay a protective film over the stair carpet, and all the waste from the works was quickly cleared away. All this achieved while working with the additional complication of “School Street” traffic restrictions morning and afternoon. Richard and his team members were very pleasant to work with and were supported by an efficient office team.

Pettifer Plumbing and Heating is an amazing company. They recently installed a Worcester Bosch Greenstar boiler at our property after our old boiler packed up. Their quote for the new boiler was very competitive and the installation was very quick (less than a week from the initial quote). On the date of installation, Richard and his team were so helpful and friendly and extremely efficient. They explained everything they were doing and were very clean and tidy. The boiler was also installed in one day so we were not left without hot water and heating. They also called us shortly after the installation to check that everything was working and that we were happy with the installation. Have been using this company now for a couple of years for various plumbing jobs and their work is of a very high standard and they are very honest. Cannot recommend this company highly enough!
