After having several jobs done by Gosai Constructions when my boiler went out I was recommended Gosai Gas and heating and based off of my experience with the construction team I can say the gas and heating guys are just as amazing. Shyam was great and got me booked in asap for an consultation. He went through everything with me and showed me all my options and broke it down so it was easy to understand. He did a full boiler upgrade for me and from start to finish was great and got the job done with no issues. I will be using them again going forward as i am looking to redo my bathroom.

Wow! amazing service, Shyam and Bob were so professional, courteous and phenomenal at what they do as they have perfected their craft and it shows. They fully serviced my boiler and replaced a part and went the extra mile ensuring everything was in working order and cleaned out the system and their components. They even cleaned up after themselves. I was even advised on what was needed to correct as the previous gas engineer didnt do them in line with best practices. If only all businesses were as professional and competent as these guys, the world would be a better place. They were so reasonably priced and I will never let anyone touch my boiler apart from these guys now.. A very happy customer for life!!

Pettifer Plumbing and Heating is an amazing company. They recently installed a Worcester Bosch Greenstar boiler at our property after our old boiler packed up. Their quote for the new boiler was very competitive and the installation was very quick (less than a week from the initial quote). On the date of installation, Richard and his team were so helpful and friendly and extremely efficient. They explained everything they were doing and were very clean and tidy. The boiler was also installed in one day so we were not left without hot water and heating. They also called us shortly after the installation to check that everything was working and that we were happy with the installation. Have been using this company now for a couple of years for various plumbing jobs and their work is of a very high standard and they are very honest. Cannot recommend this company highly enough! Thanks so much to Richard & his team for our recent new boiler installation. Late on Monday evening our 18 year old boiler received Last Rites. I reached out to Pettifer Plumbing to arrange a quote. They quickly provided quotes covering a variety of budget options. Richard also gave us a simple, jargon-free explanation of the benefits of each package There was no pressure from Pettifer Plumbing to make our purchase. That said within 2 hours we had agreed on a package and our brand new, fully functioning boiler was installed WITHIN 24 HOURS! The installation team were very friendly & a credit to company. Arriving promptly, beginning work immediately and being very considerate to keep any household disruption to a minimum. The team completed the install safely, quickly, professionally & left the work site as they found it. All rubbish/waste was removed once they had finished. In addition to being more economical, our new Worcester Bosch boiler has a 10 year parts/labour warranty. This means that we can now cancel our existing boiler breakdown cover which saves us a further £20 per month. We cannot recommend Pettifer Plumbing highly enough. Thank you all so much.

Modernisation of my Central Heating & Hot Water System. In just two days Richard and team removed my 30 year old Baxi Boiler from a downstairs chimney breast and installed a Worcester Bosch boiler in the upstairs airing cupboard, extending the gas pipe to this new location and connecting up to the original radiators and water pipes. The multitude of new pipework in the restricted space of the airing cupboard was very neatly done. Richard agreed to routing the flue pipe horizontally through the loft to exit through the end wall – requiring working in a rather cramped space. This avoided disturbing my aging slate roof with a roof vent. Their first job was to lay a protective film over the stair carpet, and all the waste from the works was quickly cleared away. All this achieved while working with the additional complication of “School Street” traffic restrictions morning and afternoon. Richard and his team members were very pleasant to work with and were supported by an efficient office team.

Honest, friendly, and considerate, Montrell was the best representative from a service company I have ever encountered. The estimate seemed reasonable and at or below competitor pricing.

Once again, Elephant Handyman helped me solve a plumbing problem. The washing machine drain overflowed and I had water all over the utility room floor. They got here fast and unclogged the drain. Boiler Repair Service Review Today I had my boiler repaired, and I am extremely satisfied with the service. From start to finish, the process was seamless. Armand the engineer was punctual, professional, and highly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the problem in simple terms. The repair itself was efficient, Armand ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. He even gave me some tips on maintaining the boiler to avoid future problems. Rapid response from Armand to a Google Local Services request. Good comms via WhatsApp. Same day attendance. I live in a tricky area for parking but Armand managed that without complaint. Quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem with my heating system, made efficiency improvements, and taught me a few things along the way for future reference. The following morning I had a worsening situation due to air and pressure changes settling in the system overnight (unavoidable) but Armand was responding to my messages from 6:51am and helping me to relay instructions to my tenant in real time to apply a final fix. The heating system is now working incredibly effectively and efficiently. I'm burning hardly any gas to keep the property warm. Gas bill reducing substantially now. As with everything these days, skilled people don't come cheap; you get what you pay for and I would recommend Armand to others.
