Once again, Elephant Handyman helped me solve a plumbing problem. The washing machine drain overflowed and I had water all over the utility room floor. They got here fast and unclogged the drain. They tested their work twice to make sure it was clear. They did a first class job and very quickly. I highly recommend Elephant Handyman. Their plumbers are top-notch and very pleasant to work with.
Extremely professional and friendly. Works based off of face value and principle. Communication perfect...let me know when he was arriving, and came right on time ready to work. Explained situation thoroughly, and was patient.
Beni came to give us a quote and we received the white glove treatment. He was everything you would want if you had a trusted family member who was a plumber. Honest, friendly, and considerate, Montrell was the best representative from a service company I have ever encountered. The estimate seemed reasonable and at or below competitor pricing.
Peyman is great. Showed up last minute on a Friday afternoon, and did an excellent job on our sink repair.
