We have used Switched On since we moved into the area 2 years ago and they have always been so helpful with all our plumbing and electrical needs. Luke the electrician is the best and we always ask for him as he is so efficient, honest and friendly. We trust him completely and have never had any issues with the many visits he has done to our home. My only small critique is having to always pay for the hour of work when you might only need 1 or 2 things doing, so we tend to wait until we have more jobs so we can utilise the entire hour. Nonetheless, the work is always done to a great standard. Thank you team!

A top level service from start to finish. Scarlett was super helpful in getting the quotes arranged and works booked in. The electrician, Luke, was highly professional and skilled at then undertaking the works over a few days (fuse board and rewire). Luke was very friendly and was always more than happy to talk through the various options and best approach during the works - with the works being undertaken to a very high quality. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had David come over to help with some plumbing issues, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He replaced our showers and checked the hot water cylinder, sorting out everything quickly and efficiently. David was not only thorough in his work but also very friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience stress-free. It’s clear he knows his trade inside and out, and I appreciated how he explained what he was doing as he went along. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again or recommend him to others. We just used Switched On London's services to fit a new plug socket and spotlights in our hallway and they were absolutely fantastic! Luke was with us for a day and a half and did a brilliant job of the work, every small detail was carefully taken care of and the finish was amazing. Luke was really kind, communicative and shared all the relevant info with us we needed. Would highly recommend and will definitely use their services again!

Very professional and very good service. Fabio came to help me with a leaking and servicing my boiler and instead trying to take as much money as he could, like other plumbers in the trade would do, he helped me to save money and ended up paying less than what I would pay with other company. His job was also excellent, he is very knowledgeable about boilers and new systems. 100% recommended

FD Plumbers and Heating have given us exceptional service: high quality installations, expert advice and implementation, versatility and commitment, all at very reasonable prices and backed up by a warm and efficient back office. This is the second time we have used FD. The first was for new thermostats for our central heating system. The second was for a shower enclosure in our main bathroom. I cannot recommend this business too highly. Five star performance on all counts!

We had a dripping tap for months as we have had such bad experiences with tradesmen in our flat it just put us off dealing with it. We have been saving for years to do our flat up. We were about to go ahead this year when we realised we want to move instead, so our flat is in quite a bad state of disrepair in some places. It feels as if because of this, tradesmen think it is ok to bodge jobs and leave the place looking worse than it already did. Fabio came from FD plumbing to replace our taps. He worked really hard and did a great job removing the very stubborn old taps before installing the shiny new ones. He treated our home with such respect, as if it was a luxury home, we were very touched by it. He has restored our faith in tradesmen again. The company also seemed very professional. Thank you

They documented everything and kept me informed every day on what was happening. I had a going leak with my walk in shower for ages. A few different plumbing firms would re silicone and never do a permanent fix. Called the near me team and one of the managers came out for free. He carried out full inspection and recommend to remove the walk in shower and replace with a shower tray. The price was reasonable and the workmanship was amazing. I’ve been have issues with bad smells and flys at the back of my property for years. We’ve used a handful of other companies throughout the years and no one could give us an explanation. Called near me plumbers, Tony carried out a cctv survey and found a cracked clay pipe underground. He had to dig to expose the old clay pipe and replaced with new, couldn’t be happier with this company would definitely be using again!

I recently used Near me plumbers to remove and replace a radiator and valves. The team truly bent over backwards to accommodate me at short notice and worked around my schedule to get the job done in time. We had a plumbing issue that a few plumbers weren’t able to fix which turned into an emergency and we ended up calling Near Me Plumbers on a Saturday at 8pm.. Arthur and Ali showed up within 1 hour (!!) and were extremely thorough, professional and just the best plumbing experience we’ve ever had. They fixed the issue by 1pm and we couldn’t be happier. He gave me an appointment swiftly at a convenient time for me (difficult to do as I’m a shift worker). He was knowledgable and quickly diagnosed what the problem was and managed to fix it in an hour! I had a great experience with Maintracts. I called at 10am for an urgent drainage service and was offered a same day slot between 12-3pm. Craig, the drainage person arrived just a bit after 12 and was very professional. He did his best to not cause too much mess and clean up after which I really appreciate. He clearly explained his understanding of the issue and what he did to address it. While, in the end, he didn’t have the equipment to address the crux of the issue he advised me of other options and their costs and didn’t try to push me into additional services. I’ll definitely consider hiring Maintracts again if needed!

We needed our radiators power cleaned for the upcoming winter as some of them were only warming up to half power. We were able to get Hydro install to come over within a short period and complete the job. They were punctual, polite and informative on what was happening in the process. The technician also pointed out a few fixable issues around our house which was appreciated. We found the service overall good value and were happy with the service and result.
