Highly professional service with the level of attention to detail off the charts. It is rare to come across a plumbing service who are diligent, courteous, punctual, and an expert in their craft. I had a full bathroom refurb done, and they managed all aspects from start to finish. They were fully transparent at every step, and offered the best level of service. I had a great experience with Maintracts. I called at 10am for an urgent drainage service and was offered a same day slot between 12-3pm. Craig, the drainage person arrived just a bit after 12 and was very professional. He did his best to not cause too much mess and clean up after which I really appreciate. He clearly explained his understanding of the issue and what he did to address it. While, in the end, he didn’t have the equipment to address the crux of the issue he advised me of other options and their costs and didn’t try to push me into additional services. I’ll definitely consider hiring Maintracts again if needed!

Maintracts are the most reliable, knowledgeable and customer oriented plumbers that I have encountered. I’m so impressed with them that I never go anywhere else. Their costs are reasonable and they are available 24 hours a day. It’s a Sunday afternoon. My boiler suddenly stopped working and after one call its was fixed within 15mins! We had few visits from them and their engineer Matthew. He is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He called us after the work was done to see if everything was functioning properly. He installed a new boiler, he suggested also to get Hive which we found very useful. We would recommend the company and Matthew in particular, to everyone.

Great little plumbing shop in case you run out of bits on a job, much easier than going to a big super store and giving your money to a chain. Norbert and Terry were amazing. Superb quality work installing a new gas pipe between our meter and boiler, which had to run internally due to the nature of the building. Efficient, friendly, communicated well, good price. Highly recommended.

I had an emergency where the boiler was shut off due to the carbon monoxide alarm was triggered. Norbert was able to attend the same day in the evening. He managed to check over the boiler very thoroughly and rest of the system. Was very pleased with the service and going the extra mile to fit us in the same day. I would highly recommend if you have any plumbing or boiler work needed doing.

We needed to split our heating circuit in 2 (one for upstairs and one for downstairs) to make the system more efficient. Alan did a great and very tidy job and cleaned up the mess in our pipes from the previous plumber. He also helped to find the right thermostats and controls for us. He did everything as promised - very professional. Would definitely recommend him and will always use him going forward.

We had a problem with the flush of the toilet which was very old. I called Alan because his contact was given to me by someone who could not make it. Alan came on the same day and checked the problem. He suggested replacing the toilet and did the job in couple of hours the following day. His quote was very fair and reasonable. He did a fantastic job, clean, tidy and quick. I will use his service in the future for sure and would gladly recommend him for any job. Alan is also a great, polite and very honest person himself.

FD Plumbers and Heating have given us exceptional service: high quality installations, expert advice and implementation, versatility and commitment, all at very reasonable prices and backed up by a warm and efficient back office. This is the second time we have used FD. The first was for new thermostats for our central heating system. The second was for a shower enclosure in our main bathroom. We had a dripping tap for months as we have had such bad experiences with tradesmen in our flat it just put us off dealing with it. We have been saving for years to do our flat up. We were about to go ahead this year when we realised we want to move instead, so our flat is in quite a bad state of disrepair in some places. It feels as if because of this, tradesmen think it is ok to bodge jobs and leave the place looking worse than it already did. Fabio came from FD plumbing to replace our taps. He worked really hard and did a great job removing the very stubborn old taps before installing the shiny new ones.
