Kel is an amazing plumber.. I had concerns about the length of the job as other plumbers had indicated it would take 3 hours at least (to fix a leaking sink and cut a radiator pipe which first needed to have the system fully drained)... I was also concerned that the creamy carpets would be left dirty after the work. Kel wrapped up the work in just over 2 hours and left things spotless.. I can tell that he takes great pride in delivering top notch service and doesn't just treat it like a job. I also noticed him cleaning his tools after completing the job (which in my opinion shows that he is meticulous). I was keen to learn more about plumbing and he took the effort to walk me through the steps that he was taking to remedy each task. Ultimately, if you are looking for an honest plumber with a superb skillet, he's your go-to guy.

Kel is a very good professional, very friendly, quick and organised. I would definitely recommend him and would contact him again in the future.

A huge thank you to Kel who reinstated our built under kitchen sink , added a support framework , removed a waste disposal and reconstructed drainage pipework . We needed our radiators power cleaned for the upcoming winter as some of them were only warming up to half power. We were able to get Hydro install to come over within a short period and complete the job. They were punctual, polite and informative on what was happening in the process. The technician also pointed out a few fixable issues around our house which was appreciated. We found the service overall good value and were happy with the service and result. Will definitely use them again when our boiler needs a service.

We needed to split our heating circuit in 2 (one for upstairs and one for downstairs) to make the system more efficient. Alan did a great and very tidy job and cleaned up the mess in our pipes from the previous plumber. He also helped to find the right thermostats and controls for us. After Pimlico Plumbers incorrectly advised that my boiler was beyond repair and needed a full replacement costing over £11,000, I sought a second opinion: Daniel from Maintracts quickly and accurately identified the real issue—a faulty part that could be easily repaired. The total repair cost was only £494, including the new part and labor! Daniel’s professional, prompt and honest assessment not only saved me from the unnecessary and costly replacement suggested by Pimlico Plumbers, but also showcased his exceptional expertise. I had a great experience with Maintracts. I called at 10am for an urgent drainage service and was offered a same day slot between 12-3pm. Craig, the drainage person arrived just a bit after 12 and was very professional. He did his best to not cause too much mess and clean up after which I really appreciate. He clearly explained his understanding of the issue and what he did to address it. While, in the end, he didn’t have the equipment to address the crux of the issue he advised me of other options and their costs and didn’t try to push me into additional services. I’ll definitely consider hiring Maintracts again if needed!
