Great little plumbing shop in case you run out of bits on a job, much easier than going to a big super store and giving your money to a chain. Very knowledgable staff and will steer you in the right direction if you have questions. They stopped me buying the wrong plumbing part the last time i was in there.

We had a problem with the flush of the toilet which was very old. I called Alan because his contact was given to me by someone who could not make it. Alan came on the same day and checked the problem. He suggested replacing the toilet and did the job in couple of hours the following day. His quote was very fair and reasonable. He did a fantastic job, clean, tidy and quick. I will use his service in the future for sure and would gladly recommend him for any job. Alan is also a great, polite and very honest person himself.

We needed to split our heating circuit in 2 (one for upstairs and one for downstairs) to make the system more efficient. Alan did a great and very tidy job and cleaned up the mess in our pipes from the previous plumber. He also helped to find the right thermostats and controls for us. He did everything as promised - very professional. Would definitely recommend him and will always use him going forward.

I’ve been have issues with bad smells and flys at the back of my property for years. We’ve used a handful of other companies throughout the years and no one could give us an explanation. Called near me plumbers, Tony carried out a cctv survey and found a cracked clay pipe underground. He had to dig to expose the old clay pipe and replaced with new, couldn’t be happier with this company would definitely be using again!

We had a plumbing issue that a few plumbers weren’t able to fix which turned into an emergency and we ended up calling Near Me Plumbers on a Saturday at 8pm.. Arthur and Ali showed up within 1 hour (!!) and were extremely thorough, professional and just the best plumbing experience we’ve ever had. They fixed the issue by 1pm and we couldn’t be happier. Their 5-star reviews speak for themselves, they really are that good. Won’t be using anyone else from now on!

They documented everything and kept me informed every day on what was happening. I had a going leak with my walk in shower for ages. A few different plumbing firms would re silicone and never do a permanent fix. Called the near me team and one of the managers came out for free. He carried out full inspection and recommend to remove the walk in shower and replace with a shower tray. The price was reasonable and the workmanship was amazing. I would definitely be using them moving forward

What outstanding service they provide! I contacted them to check my boiler, which had broken due to an British Gas engineer malfunction. They promptly came to inspect it and restored our heating, which had been out all weekend.By Friday, a new boiler was fitted Their service was exceptional—efficient, professional, and backed by excellent product knowledge. I highly recommend them!

I had an emergency where the boiler was shut off due to the carbon monoxide alarm was triggered. Norbert was able to attend the same day in the evening. He managed to check over the boiler very thoroughly and rest of the system. Was very pleased with the service and going the extra mile to fit us in the same day. I would highly recommend if you have any plumbing or boiler work needed doing.

Kel is an amazing plumber.. I had concerns about the length of the job as other plumbers had indicated it would take 3 hours at least (to fix a leaking sink and cut a radiator pipe which first needed to have the system fully drained)... I was also concerned that the creamy carpets would be left dirty after the work. Kel wrapped up the work in just over 2 hours and left things spotless.. I can tell that he takes great pride in delivering top notch service and doesn't just treat it like a job. I also noticed him cleaning his tools after completing the job (which in my opinion shows that he is meticulous). I was keen to learn more about plumbing and he took the effort to walk me through the steps that he was taking to remedy each task. Ultimately, if you are looking for an honest plumber with a superb skillet, he's your go-to guy.

FD Plumbers and Heating have given us exceptional service: high quality installations, expert advice and implementation, versatility and commitment, all at very reasonable prices and backed up by a warm and efficient back office. This is the second time we have used FD. The first was for new thermostats for our central heating system. The second was for a shower enclosure in our main bathroom. I cannot recommend this business too highly. Five star performance on all counts!

We had a dripping tap for months as we have had such bad experiences with tradesmen in our flat it just put us off dealing with it. We have been saving for years to do our flat up. We were about to go ahead this year when we realised we want to move instead, so our flat is in quite a bad state of disrepair in some places. It feels as if because of this, tradesmen think it is ok to bodge jobs and leave the place looking worse than it already did. Fabio came from FD plumbing to replace our taps. He worked really hard and did a great job removing the very stubborn old taps before installing the shiny new ones. He treated our home with such respect, as if it was a luxury home, we were very touched by it. He has restored our faith in tradesmen again. The company also seemed very professional. Thank you

Fabio came to help me with a leaking and servicing my boiler and instead trying to take as much money as he could, like other plumbers in the trade would do, he helped me to save money and ended up paying less than what I would pay with other company. His job was also excellent, he is very knowledgeable about boilers and new systems. 100% recommended
