Michael changed all taps in our home for modern mixers, as well as replaced 2 hand wash sinks. He provided full solution from removing old equipment, to getting the materials (nice design and high quality) and the spare parts, and doing the full installation. He works fast, goes the extra mile (he tiled a section of the wall and re-applied fresh silicon joints for free, outside of the initial quote) and leaves the home perfectly clean. We are very happy with Michael’s work. We have changed our gravity fed system to a new direct unvented cylinder and made some improvement to our shower, by removing the old electric one. First of all, he came to assess the work to be done, provided us with options and suggested what to do. He then provided us with a clear and detailed quotation in less then a day. On the days he came, he was very professional from the first moment he stepped into our house and very respectful of that too, always making sure of wearing the shoe covers and laying down any necessary floor protection. The new system really changed our all house water system for the good. We can now benefit of a very good water pressure. We would 100% recommend Michael!

We had a faulty tap and after switching the water off it caused a leak through our ceiling. Michael visited within the hour (as he was in the area) and replaced the tap and valves quickly and efficiently and it works great now. He also noticed that the boiler pressure was too high so sorted this as well. Very friendly and professional, great service, would definitely recommend

Haidar was excellent in diagnosing and fault-finding the problem we had with our under-floor heating and getting that resolved. He also thoroughly stripped and cleaned our boiler as part of the service he carried out and identified a problem with the expansion vessel. He was tidy and diligent with his work and made himself available to try to fix things as soon as possible by agreeing to carry work out at the weekends and in the evening after his other appointments. Pani was really friendly when we contacted him and he was always very quick to reply. Even though we were living bit far away he was able to book us in for a visit very quickly and willing to come at a time convenient for us. We had a problem with our Ideal Logic boiler. Sam attended the next day and after doing some investigations on the boiler, he carefully explained the options. After checking with The Ideal technical team he quickly sourced a part locally that may have been the problem. He could not guarantee this part was the problem but believed it probably would be. He fitted the part 2 days ago and the problem seems to be resolved. I found Sam to be up front about the job, very honest in explaining ' a matter of elimination process. He told me when he was available again if the issue came back. Very pleased with his communication, punctuality and workmanship.

Josef came round at short notice to run some boiler checks. He was able to rule out issues with the boiler quickly and concluded there was a leak in the system recommending a specialist camera survey to pinpoint where the issues was. we got an emergency yesterday with the boiler and radiators in our house. called a few numbers i got from friends no one was available before wednesday next week. found constantin on google the guy was at my door in les then one hour.diverter valve and motor in less then 2 hours all fixed. very good service cheap and fast. a big thank you i never recomended someone on google but this is worth it

A very reputable firm. Constatine the Engineer sorted out our boiler after another firm said it needed a new motherboard. Engineer came and spent time to find what this issue is. At the end it needed WD40 and some maintenance. A new boiler not needed yet. Thank you for doing a great job.

Brilliant service. Replaced a gas hob with an induction hob and needed to trim the counter more - no problem. Fitted TRVs to two radiators, serviced the combi and filter. Really could not be happier. Top bloke too.

I was impressed with MML's service. I spent a while phoning around trying to find an engineer to service my boiler and fix a leaking joint. I was let down numerous times by various local engineers with lame excuses on why they never showed up or others who did not respond.. I contacted MML and immediately received a response, a booking for the next day with email confirmation, lovely. Engineer turned up on time, knew his stuff, explained everything. Did the most thorough service of the boiler I have seen, fixed the leak. Very clean and efficient. Very happy with the cost and glad I have a decent company to call when I have issues, unlike a lot of the chancers out there.

Our Old water main lead pipe have a leak over the weekend, I have call Karl from Flow external Plumbing on Monday morning, on 12/ August/2024 a very hot sunny day with over 30 degree. He come straight after our emergency call , he come and start Immediately turn off the stopcock and start digging the front garden unter the extreme hot sunny day He Replace the old lead pipe with a blue plastic pipe . He finish all in the same day by himself. after he finished his work he also clean up nice and tidy And for a really a good price .
