John fitted a boiler for me in my rental property in Clapham. My tenants had just had a baby, and we needed it done urgent as they were without heating or hot water. He was very kind and fitted for us in the evening as we couldn't find anyone to do it with short notice during normal working hours. He was fast efficient and still only charged me normal daytime rates. To top it all off, He is a very nice person. Can't recommend John, Simon, and Smyth Plumbing enough. Will definitely use for any future needs.

I rang Polkadot Plumbers on a Tuesday to rectify a problem created by another plumbing company. They arranged for Liam to come on the Wednesday evening. He came and diagnosed a problem with a kitchen tap cartridge and repaired it quickly with a replacement part I had picked up. This eliminated the constant squealing and dripping left from the previous company. Liam was extremely helpful and fast in correcting the problem. Liam also clearly explained what was happening. I would definitely use Polkadot and Liam again.

Thoroughly recommend Polkadot Plumbers for quick and efficient service. But don't forget they also have electricians and one of theirs guys did a very speedy job this morning sorting out an LED problem. And they are very nice people to deal with!

Great service from booking through to completion. The engineer that came explained everything she carried out, showing me pictures and thee inside of our HVAC unit. Making payment was very easy and the bill wasn't eye watering as some companies had quoted much higher.

Luke arrived on time and assessed to problem with the wall hung WC which was leaking . He fitted new parts and made sure the part he was fitting was of good quality . Very happy with the service provided .

Matt came over on Friday afternoon and identified the root of our problem (no running water, toilet not flushing, shower taps etc all not working) and he came back 8.30am the next morning (Saturday) to finalise the fix. A really professional yet personal approach. I found Northcote Plumbers on CheckaTrade and from my first call with the owner onwards they have been great to deal with. They were able to get an engineer out quickly to do Gas Safety certificate and checks. Their engineer was on time, very experienced and friendly to deal with. Josh and his team did an incredible job replacing our combi boiler and adding a few new radiators. Even though one of the new radiators had a hairline crack, Josh and his team were quick to identify this and rushed to get a replacement. Would highly recommend Josh and his team.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!! I cannot recommend Pulse enough. I spoke to Eddie Ainsworth late on a Wednesday evening and explained that I had an emergency and needed a new boiler ASAP. Eddie called me back within 15 minutes and had two engineers booked for that Friday - the two engineers arrived and installed the new boiler and I could not speak highly enough how efficient, hassle free, professional and easy Eddie made the service. If you have any doubts, do yourself a favour and go with Pulse! The price was extremely competitive but the overall service is what blew me away - I would give 6 stars if I could!

I have been meaning to do this review for such a long time, but in the middle of a renovation it is hard to find the time! Sometimes Beatrix post quite glamorous, large bathroom makeovers which may make some people feel like they cannot reach out if they have a smaller space to work with - or that they will get charged an arm and a leg if they do. This review is to explain how this could not be further away from the truth. I decided to go with Keir and his team after speaking to 14 different bathroom providers - while admittedly some were cheaper, following an experience with our rewiring (where costs seemed to keep mounting above the stated price during and after the job) I decided to go with Keir. I am happy I went with him for the following reasons: a) He was extremely flexible in our own level of involvement with the bathrooms. We were clear we were cost sensitive. For those of you who are happy to do some DIY-ing to bring down the costs - this is the company for you! Keir was happy for us to do some of the demolition, as well as the painting and decorating - which saved us close to 2 grand. If you've got other skills/things you'd like to try yourself - he is happy to accomodate. b) There were no surprise costs. What we agreed was what we paid - and I have to say we had a nightmare with a valve that broke (while we were on holiday too!), that was both sorted by Beatrix but also added a decent chunk of work back onto the team. We immediately had a sinking feeling in our stomachs on how much more that was going to cost - but despite the additional rework and installation of a new valve, we did not get charged. c) The team are LOVELY and genuinely try to ensure that what you want can be achieved. I was determined to make 2 bathrooms out of our space - but it was tiny and very finicky with no margin for error. Tommy was excellent, explained all the nuances of our set up well, and had the expertise to chisel out a hole in our toilet to accomodate the side-on soil pipe amongst many other things. Fish and Daniel built in so much storage it felt I had gained a bathroom without losing anything. They all were so great at listening - often I feel talked over or disregarded by tradespeople but here I really felt we worked so well together to make the bathrooms that we dreamed of a reality. d) Keir himself is a super calm guy - it cannot be overstated how helpful this is when there are a million things to consider and a million more things that can go wrong! Safe to say, my partner and I have reached out to the team for help with the kitchens. I will post a before and after of those after they are done!

Keir and his team are consistently excellent in delivering their service. They are prompt and reliable, providing a very clear diagnosis of problems and being open about explaining issues, suggesting how to resolve them and then performing the required actions efficiently and effectively. They are very hard working and don't waste time, and all the jobs they have done for me have stood the test of time. I cannot recommend them enough.

Beatrix Home installed a new boiler in our property. The communication with Keir during the quotation period was excellent & he thoroughly & clearly explained the options & always answered my queries in detail. I had an emergency where the boiler was shut off due to the carbon monoxide alarm was triggered. Norbert was able to attend the same day in the evening. He managed to check over the boiler very thoroughly and rest of the system. Was very pleased with the service and going the extra mile to fit us in the same day. I would highly recommend if you have any plumbing or boiler work needed doing.

Norbert and Terry were amazing. Superb quality work installing a new gas pipe between our meter and boiler, which had to run internally due to the nature of the building. Efficient, friendly, communicated well, good price. Highly recommended.

We needed our radiators power cleaned for the upcoming winter as some of them were only warming up to half power. We were able to get Hydro install to come over within a short period and complete the job. They were punctual, polite and informative on what was happening in the process. The technician also pointed out a few fixable issues around our house which was appreciated. We found the service overall good value and were happy with the service and result. Will definitely use them again when our boiler needs a service.
