Have used Paul and London Heating Solutions for at least 3 years now. I appreciate their reminders for when I need to get annual service done; professional people with sensible prices and decent to deal with. Would recommend.

I always ask London Heating Solutions to do my annual boiler service. They do a great job, leaving the boiler area clean and tidy; they explain what's been done and provide clear instructions if there's any follow-up needed. Couldn't be better!

Immersion heater problems. Really good communication from Paul. Attended the property the next day. I was kept up to date throughout and pictures were shared of the work. I am a Landlord and therefore found this super helpful. Paul gives his honest opinion and the work is value for money. I will have no hesitation to contact Paul in the future and I would recommend his business to others.

I have used Paul's services for the first time after reading reviews online and let me tell you - I'm very glad I did. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and above all, polite honest person. He took the time to explain what he was doing during the boiler service, also I really appreciated his excellent advice on various system faults and other plumbing stuff. After seeing that I had a faulty room thermostat, Paul very kindly offered to replace it with a working one from his van. I will definitely use Paul again for all future central heating/plumbing jobs. I highly recommend him and his services which are excellent value for money too!

Paul has been checking and maintaining the boiler in our flat for two years now as well as fixing ad hoc issues with the dishwasher. He is friendly, quick to respond, reliable and reasonably priced. We are lucky to have found him! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I have been using Paul for about three years at my rented property and I am so glad that I found him. Paul is trustworthy, reliable, replies to me promptly, keeps me informed of the work's progress and sends before & after photos. He contacts my tenants directly and always does a great job at a reasonable price. By trade, Paul is a plumber/heating engineer but I've found it invaluable that he can also do other small repairs, eg. minor carpentry repairs, fitting blinds etc. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

G&E was amazing in helping replace an old, leaking hot water cylinder. Incredible communication from their team, and always went the extra mile to ensure things ran properly and that I was happy with the service. Could not recommend them enough!

Could not recommend Ricardo enough. Came out on a Saturday on short notice and sorted out a replacement boiler for us on the same day knowing it would be tough without heating or hot water with 2 young kids and a newborn at home. Thank you! These guys are great!

Ricardo and team have been extremely helpful in advising us on what exactly it is we need and what would be right for our home. With the boiler replacement, Ricardo suggested which model would be best and answered all of our many questions which has reassured us we have made the right decision. The boiler was installed very quickly (at short notice) and efficiently and is now working wonderfully! When we had no water when we moved into the place the team came round very quickly to fix it and get us up and running too. Would definitely recommend for a variety of your plumbing needs!

Reliable, expert and competitively priced. I’ve used G&E twice in the last month - one for an urgent pipe repair and secondly for a broken down boiler. The team at G&E on both occasions were quick to respond to my enquiry and get on site - including replacing an ancient and dangerous boiler at 6pm on a Friday before Christmas with 24 hours notice. Highly recommend - good tradesman are gold dust, these guys are the real deal.

I can’t rate Adam highly enough. I’ve used him a few times now for my rental property in Islington and he’s far more knowledgeable and professional than any other plumber I’ve used. 10/10.

Great same day service from Mosen. He accommodated my urgency and appointment time changes and did an excellent job fixing my boiler. He was very friendly, helpful and even gave me advice on how to operate my heating more efficiently and helped correct my system to ensure it did so. Tafa Plumbing were great - they were able to come very quickly. They worked swiftly and pleasantly to fix a blocked drain and charged a fair price. Recommended if you are look for a friendly efficient plumber.

Mireld and his team are very professional and helpful! They helped us fix radiator leaks on the same day as we called and helped us change the expanding vessel of the tank in like half an hour. Very professional and nice work. Would recommend them and use them again myself if issues arise!

They arrived right on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had it fixed within an hour. The plumber was courteous and explained everything in simple terms, which I really appreciated. We struck lucky in finding Mayfair Plumbers for a leak detection job we required. I did try other companies first but many did not answer the phone, or seemed un-interested. When I dialled Mayfair Plumbers though this was different and they answered immediately and were very positive and friendly on the phone. It took 5 minutes to explain the issue and to book the job in, which was done the very same day. I'm very pleased with the service and have kept their details now for my no1 choice if needing any further plumbing assistance. Thanks guys

Absolute life-savers. Gas had been shut off by my energy provider - Mayfair came round the same day, sorted the issues that the energy provider had found, and got the gas switched back on. They were up-front and transparent about all the costs. The gas engineer was a really nice guy - hope he enjoys the darts final tomorrow night!

James is very knowledgeable and will take the time to talk you through what needs doing and why. He helps you understand more about your plumbing system which is always a nice touch. We had to have a replacement pump fitted which turned out to be a bigger job than expected but James was very competent and did the job well.

New Review: In addition to previous 5* experiences I want to add that James has actually saved me a small fortune this past year. By helping me understand my heating system I've saved a TON on call out fees as he's taught me a few tricks and understanding so that I can do the trivial troubleshooting and basic fixes myself and have James over for the things I can't. For that reason I think Platinum are the #1 value for money service I've ever come across! It also helps their friendly, fast and cost effective! James and the team at Platinum have always been helpful when I have had boiler issues. This time I was worried my boiler may have needed replacing but they were quick to come around and quickly foind the issue, picked up replacement parts and had it back up and running! I used Excel for Bathroom supply and fit recently and they are one of the most reliable, responsive, pro active, conscientious and professional companies I have ever used in the flat. I live in a decent sized 2 Bedroom flat in N4 and I found the company as they are local to the area, after 2 awful experiences with Wickes and B and Q in the past on my kitchen and another renovation. Excel were wonderful - assisting in design, helping trouble shoot issues, offering advice and also finished the build and works on time which is also a rare thing these days! Great knowledge, excellent workmanship, flexible attitude and they very much take pride in their work. On top of it all, wonderful people all round and very easy to be around when the flat was being pulled apart too! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED....
