Mireld and his team are very professional and helpful! They helped us fix radiator leaks on the same day as we called and helped us change the expanding vessel of the tank in like half an hour. Very professional and nice work. Would recommend them and use them again myself if issues arise!

Called out Will I am heating and plumbing when an error code appeared on my boiler and I was left without hot water and heating. Will sent a member of his team to look at it that day. He advised the boiler needed to be replaced (it was 24 years old and I only moved into this flat in June). Wills team who replaced my boiler were friendly and efficient. They arrived on time, kept me in the loop with all the work they were doing and finished the job in good time. The quote I received from Will was a fair price and the work met the price quoted. I will definitely be using Will I Am plumbing for any future issues with my plumbing or heating and for my annual boiler service.

Jake and Cameron were excellent. They came to our house a couple of times and sorted the issues efficiently and with confidence. I was always given a one hour time window and they would arrive at the precise time they said. They gave updates as necessary and were reasonably priced - I would receive a detailed report and invoice promptly afterwards. Best of all just really nice people to deal with who gave us complete confidence in what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

Absolute life-savers. Gas had been shut off by my energy provider - Mayfair came round the same day, sorted the issues that the energy provider had found, and got the gas switched back on. They were up-front and transparent about all the costs. The gas engineer was a really nice guy - hope he enjoys the darts final tomorrow night!

Only ever had good experiences with WaterGuys. Scott’s always replied quickly and he’s totally transparent about what options I’ve got, the possible costs of each and the pros and cons of fixing the problem a particular way. Most recent work was to fix a broken valve and he was over and had the problem fixed in a couple of days.

I have been using Paul for about three years at my rented property and I am so glad that I found him. Paul is trustworthy, reliable, replies to me promptly, keeps me informed of the work's progress and sends before & after photos. He contacts my tenants directly and always does a great job at a reasonable price. By trade, Paul is a plumber/heating engineer but I've found it invaluable that he can also do other small repairs, eg. minor carpentry repairs, fitting blinds etc. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have used various heating engineers over the years and, despite some of them being extremely good, none of them reach the overall standards of Paul Brooke from Boiler Repairs London. Paul is quite simply the best heating engineer I have met. He is polite and friendly, his communication is clear and concise, he accepts a challenge and finds solutions and the quality of his work is exemplary. Paul did everything he could to meet our needs and made intelligent, well-considered suggestions to resolving any small complications. The installation was actually quite tricky, due to a long flu run in a vertical services riser, but Paul never grumbled at all .. he just got his head down and carried out the work to a high standard. Paul's fees are also very competitive and, considering the quality of his work, represent very good value. I don't hesitate to recommend Paul as my number one choice of heating engineer. Ricardo and team have been extremely helpful in advising us on what exactly it is we need and what would be right for our home. With the boiler replacement, Ricardo suggested which model would be best and answered all of our many questions which has reassured us we have made the right decision. The boiler was installed very quickly (at short notice) and efficiently and is now working wonderfully! G&E was amazing in helping replace an old, leaking hot water cylinder. Incredible communication from their team, and always went the extra mile to ensure things ran properly and that I was happy with the service. Could not recommend them enough!

Reliable, expert and competitively priced. I’ve used G&E twice in the last month - one for an urgent pipe repair and secondly for a broken down boiler. The team at G&E on both occasions were quick to respond to my enquiry and get on site - including replacing an ancient and dangerous boiler at 6pm on a Friday before Christmas with 24 hours notice. Highly recommend - good tradesman are gold dust, these guys are the real deal.
