Excellent service. JJ is punctual , professional and very easy to do business with. I have had problems for so long with my boiler and been through many plumbers , none of which were able to rectify the problem , but JJ was straight to the point and fixed it promptly . Would highly recommend.

Adam is amazing. He is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, fast and reliable. He corrected the installation mistakes of the boiler, also found out a gas leak in the house which is life saving. 5 stars to James at Hendon and Hampstead Plumbing! I had a heating system flush + connection of a new radiator. The works were priced fairly, but the stand out was the service provided by James. It is rare to find a tradesman who visibly and genuinely cares about his work and getting the best outcome. He was on time, knowledgeable, and left the kitchen spotless after he finished, and he disposed of the rubbish himself.

West Hampstead Plumbing & Heating upgraded our entire water system last year. Wesley and team renovated our plant room fitting an additional boiler, new tank, pump and pipes. Neil came very highly recommended from a family member. He was fantastic to deal with, timely, professional and extremely hard working. We were having new radiator pipes put in and new radiators. Job was quite tricky and specific as we wanted to hide new pipes behind a rebated skirting. Neill had plenty of patience with this and was able to figure it out without a problem.

We reached out to Handyman and Plumbing Services Ltd following a plumbing issue with our toilet mid-Thursday afternoon and promptly received a call back arranging a visit the next morning on Friday. This responsiveness was great and much needed. Hass visited the house and was extremely helpful and polite, taking his shoes off at the door and spending his time to fix our issue promptly and to our satisfaction. This was great as we are renting in a new build apartment with in-built appliances. After resolving the issue, he also helped out by reviewing a couple of other minor issues that we had around the house and was extremely helpful and patient. We discussed the price for the service up-front and it was reasonable, with any further work and cost that might be required clearly communicated at the start.
