Lee was terrific. A simple - or so it seemed - tap issue. Lee fixed it. He was professional, friendly, trustworthy, reliable. He came back to make sure it was all sorted. In 30 years of living in North London I have never met a plumber as good. I highly recommend Lee.

I can’t recommend Lee enough. He has helped me out a few times. He is always fast to respond to a ‘call for help’ even if it means he will be working outside business hours to solve the problem and fix it. His charge out rates are good, he gives you an idea of the cost on the initial call and will keep you informed if he needs to exceed this.

Honest, reliable and reasonable price. Highly recommended. Luli solved many issues I have encountered with new plumbing works installed by rough tradesman. He has installed new heaters, fixed leaking, installed new gas/water pipe works/wastes, installed water filters. I have booked him to be back to install the new pipes/worked for my utility room and bathroom renovation. His schedule can be very busy, and difficult to get hold during working hours. Goran attended to one of our property for a blocked toilet as a late night emergency. Couldn’t be grateful enough for Goran to offer us a drain cctv survey as he managed to find the hidden issue within the soil pipe. This had previously happened few times but was never suggested by the previous drainage engineer. All these done at a very fair price, lower than expected but high quality workmanship. He is definitely a gem in his trade, he knows what he is doing and an expert. Definitely saving his number and passing on to others.

We are so grateful for Saleh’s help. Our kitchen sink started overflowing onto the floor in the middle of the night and he was the only plumber that answered our call and was willing to come help us. He drove to our flat at 3am in the snow and worked on our plumbing until 5am so that we could get a few hours of rest. He then came back a few hours later to finish the job! Saleh was very professional, tidy, and communicative. He even mopped up and sprayed down the floor when he was done which was such a nice gesture. Wonderful Service Highly Professional Local Company 10/10 - extremely quick response, going above and beyond to ensure we were seen the same day - excellent communication and very good value. The parts were purchased correctly in advance of the visit which was very helpful and meant just the one visit to complete the job. Nathan has helped me with various small issues in my flat before, and when my underfloor heating stopped working, he quickly identified the problem. He figured out that the control module was broken and replaced it with a simpler, more reliable system. This was so much better than what another company had suggested: upgrading the existing smart home system, which I found unnecessarily complicated and more expensive. Nathan is very knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and helpful all the time. He patiently answered all my questions and thoroughly checked that everything was working perfectly before he left. Our boiler had stopped working after losing water pressure, with the tap unable to open due to wear. Nathan had done a great job fixing our underfloor heating pump a few years previously so we were pleased to have him back.
