We recently had an issue with our boiler – no hot water at all. We called Prakash from Metro Plumbing and Heating, and he came over first thing in the morning. Not only did he resolve the issue quickly, but he was also professional, well-presented, and knowledgeable. Prakash even took the time to walk us through some basic troubleshooting steps so we could handle minor issues ourselves in the future. We really appreciate his prompt response and excellent service. Had a plumbing emergency at 3am on New Year’s Day no less and Prakash was kind enough to call back and advise over WhatsApp. They came in the morning and fixed it up (and also had a look at the other taps to check). Highly recommend.

Metro Plumbing was fantastic, I couldn’t have hoped for a better solution to my leak. Excellent service! Mr Lebovicz came very quickly and arrived when he said he would. Not only did he fix the tap and leak he also managed to ensure the washing machine fitted properly into the space by feeding the tubes neatly round the back of the cupboard. He worked quickly and tidied all the mess afterwards. I am so relieved he could resolve everything with less than 24hrs notice! Thank you and highly recommended!

Victor did a comprehensive annual service of our Vailant boiler and clearly he has extensive expertise and attention to detail. He also replaced a Gas Hob, and yet again impressed with detail and quality work. He completed all the service documentation and was proffessional, clean working space and a nice guy as well.
