I had an exceptional experience with Zac! The job turned out to be more complex than expected, and he was incredibly patient, waiting for me to get approval from my landlord before continuing. Once we were good to go, he knew exactly how to fix the issue and completed everything perfectly in under an hour. He was also the most polite and professional plumber I’ve ever met. I’m very impressed with his work and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services.
Zach was able to fit me in on the same day and quickly identified the likely problem over phone. I had no running water so when he came to inspect he isolated the problem and fixed it within about 30mins - super quick, professional & friendly, kept the place clean and tidy as he worked, had the tools and parts he needed to hand. I was provided with a quote up front so no surprises when it came to payment. Nothing to fault and highly recommend - I would use him again.
Highly recommend Zac. We had a leak in our bathroom and Zac managed to fit us in at short notice.
