We recently had to take our cat Luna to Fernside Veterinary Centre as she had been hit by a car. Sadly we had to say goodbye to Luna which is heartbreaking for us! And our chocolate Lab who misses her dearly . From the very first frantic phone call to the day we picked Luna up to take home and Bury in our garden, every single member of the practice couldn't do enough for us! Absolutely amazing! Honestly! Professional! Caring! Thank you so much each and everyone of you! Absolutely 100% amazing people! Thank you! .

I've been coming to this vet for over 25 years. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Robyn and Fiona are both brilliant vets wiith first class knowledge . Nothing is too much for them. Fernside have been extremely helpful & dependable with always giving good medication & accurate check-ups for my now-late dog. They always had a solution to a problem for me and had great communication with providing eye drops for my local chemist, and switching them out for others when required. Very welcoming and friendly staff who are always great to talk to. They gave us everything we needed from the start to the end

Fast service,called up got an appointment the next day and registered with a friendly gentleman and went to appointment and the cost for the treatment my cat received was unbelievable I was so relieved as I thought it was going to cost me a fortune. I signed up to a monthly direct debt. Would definitely recommend for absolutely everything about the vet practice.

I’ve been visiting Medivet Kingsbury for some time now. The receptionist and nursing staff are absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and clearly love animals. My dog is always happy to see them, which is a huge plus for me. On my last visit, I appreciated the follow-up call to check on how my dog was doing after his initial check-up.

Always friendly on arrival, reception and treatment rooms spotlessly clean, vets are kind and caring, but rarely see same vet twice, but all are familiar with our dog. The only downfall are the vet bills, but that’s everywhere

Used Wellpet in an emergency as I was cat sitting. They managed to find me an appointment on the day. Was seen quickly. Cat was looked after and cared for well. System went down so I couldn't pay at the time. They were happy for me to pay when it was convenient for me, felt trusted, which was nice. All in all a lovely experience. Thank you

After my dog pinched and swallowed the plastic netting from a joint of beef my regular vet couldn’t fit him in. Blackheath vets came to the rescue and saw him immediately. The kind staff helped him to be sick and he soon brought it back much to my relief. I really recommend this vet practice. Lovely friendly can-do staff and vets

Chose this vet after seeing the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Alan was lovely with our puppy for her first vet visit and spent double the appointment slot to provide information and answer our questions. Puppy left more relaxed than when we arrived. Really happy I chose this vet, even though it isn’t the closest one to me.

Brilliant vets! Have been with them for many years and they are highly skilled. I always recommend them. Dom, Alan and Gav ( as well as Ash in the past) are such good and caring Vets. You cannot get any more kind and knowledgeable Vets. The surgery works so well as the nurses there are so fab too, Kim and Mia are just a few of the lovely ones working there always trying to find appointments for you, keeping you calm and so supportive . I had all my dogs spayed there and some other procedures done at this great Vet.( Toggles just a few days ago) not only I know the OP is done by the best (Dom) but also the aftercare is amazing, fast callback after the OP, clear instructions. You always get written advice and a call back if all is ok. You will always be reminded via text when the next appointment is. Just a very perfect setting with amazing Vets. Most of all I love that all my dogs love the Vets. I love seeing how they give them not only the utmost medical care but also the cuddles and love .Thank you to all of you, Dom for being such a great Vet, and also Alan for helping us by going the extra mile when we were in desperate need for help with travel. We’ve been with this vet for over two years now, and it’s hands down the best veterinary practice we’ve ever visited. Before finding them, we tried a few other clinics, but none compared to the level of care and professionalism here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the vet is amazing—always happy to help and genuinely caring about the animals. We’re so grateful to have found them!

The staff are amazing and you can tell they really do care for the animals. They build personable approaches and connections with the animals which makes me as the owner so happy and comfortable every time I come. I know that I can always rely on their support and advice no matter how difficult the time can be. Village Vet St Johns Wood has been my vet practice for almost 25 years. Over the last eight years with my two rescue cats in particular, they have always gone above and beyond with their care, compassion and expertise. I still treasure their kindness and empathy when our darling Norma Jeane died suddenly and unexpectedly of a heart attack this summer. Her brother Arthur has had various and often serious and complicated health issues over the last few years too, but this practice has been incredible. Every member of staff from the lovely receptionists, to wonderful vet nurse Alex to the amazing vet Kelly have gone out of their way to find the best way to keep him happy and healthy, often working many hours in their own time to search for solutions. The staff here all clearly have huge love and care for all the animals they look after. Arthur is currently purring away next to me contentedly and it's all down to the truly wonderful staff at Village Vet St John's Wood.

Village Vet is a wonderful place. I've been with them for years and I've always received exceptional care for my pets. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. When I temporarily moved to another area I was disappointed with the service at the local clinic. Neither my cat nor I felt the same level of warmth attention and kindness that we've always experienced at Village Vet. I returned to Village Vet even though it meant a longer commute. Thank you for all the years of excellent care you've provided to me and my furry friends.

Wonderful team! I can't praise Venus enough. She is always so helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient - I feel like she is two steps ahead of us and knows what we need even before we do. Everyone is so nice, warm, welcoming, and approachable. They answer all our questions with such detail, you can tell they are passionate about what they do, and there is always a smile.

I had an emergency on Boxing Day and was welcomed by a lovely nurse ( sorry I forgot to ask your name, blond young lady) and seen by a vet called Laura. My dog is quite difficult to handle but Laura was very understanding and handled her with love, compassion and with great professionalism. She went even further and book me an appointment for surgery the day after to get my dog out of pain quickly. I can say that I agree with some of the other reviews as some other vets there are not so great or compassionate people. Thank you Laura and nurse on duty today to keep PDSA score high 🙏🏻❤️

Angels on Earth! My baby girl broke all four bones in her right back leg. Thanks to you guys she will be able to run again soon. Great surgeons, vets, nurses and receptionist. I can’t thank you all enough for your care, help, kindness and support.

Salvo had a deep cut requiring urgent stitching . Veteris sent Ines one of their vets to my flat within 1 hour of phoning . She was really brilliant , caring , patient, meticulous and very professional. Everything was explained very clearly including the risks of the anaesthetic and the surgery . She gave him an anaesthetic and stitched the wound in my flat which took 2.5 hours in total . Everyone has been very helpful and attentive and I would recommend them highly .

Thank you so so much for looking after our Ruby girl in her final hours … having the amazing vet come to care for her at home was truly appreciated and gave Ruby the comfort she needed … nothing was a problem for the vet and she had so much care .. time and compassion in what was a very sad time … the service we received and the care was outstandingly amazing. Even down to the aftercare of Ruby being taken to be cremated was done with so much ease and thoughtfulness and nothing was a problem for our great vet ! .I really and truly can’t thank you enough for all the help you gave Ruby and the care you gave to us as a family .

Almost a month ago, our 16 years old cat Nala, who is our greatest love, was dying at the end stage of pancreatitis. My husband and I called Veteris to give her an injection as she was screaming in pain. The vets who came visited her and told us she was in critical conditions but that we could try to do 1 night in intensive care and see what happened. If we did not do anything she would have died anyway by morning, injection or not. Obviously having one little hope we sent her to the hospital with them and after 3 days of intensive care, our Nala started her recovery which was miraculous! She is now doing great and my husband and I are counting every day the extra day that these incredible people have given us with our little love. The care and professionality that I have seen in that place was outstanding and it was the best spent money of my life. From the person answering the phone who was sweet and empathetic to the amazing Emeline that was so great in suggesting us what to do at such difficult moment, to the wonderful team at the hospital Vanessa above all. Thank you thank you! What you have done meant the world to us and this will be indeed a very merry Christmas.

Today one of the hardest things happened. I lost my darling guinea pig and best friend Thumbelina due to a fast acting gastrointestinal issue. The staff here at this vet were so helpful and so kind to both me and my baby whilst she was going through this. The treatment and care here was beyond phenomenal and I couldn’t recommend this vet enough. The photo shows Thumbelina in her prime to remember her as she was before the illness. Thank you to the incredible team that helped us both today 🤍🤍

Vets who truly care. We adopted our kitty through Mayhew, and needed help with examining her that the all-the-bells-and-whistles pet insurance we carefully chose refused to pay for. After hearing our story, the friendly staff at Mayhew saw to our beautiful fur-ball almost instantly, and did a proper check-up involving anesthesia and x-rays (among other things) completely free of charge, because of our situation. They are brilliant. ❤️

We adopted our beautiful little cat from The Mayhew, the whole process was simple and easy. A great charity - if you want a pet, adopt, don't buy!!
