Chose this vet after seeing the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Alan was lovely with our puppy for her first vet visit and spent double the appointment slot to provide information and answer our questions. Puppy left more relaxed than when we arrived. Really happy I chose this vet, even though it isn’t the closest one to me.

Brilliant vets! Have been with them for many years and they are highly skilled. I always recommend them. Dom, Alan and Gav ( as well as Ash in the past) are such good and caring Vets. You cannot get any more kind and knowledgeable Vets. The surgery works so well as the nurses there are so fab too, Kim and Mia are just a few of the lovely ones working there always trying to find appointments for you, keeping you calm and so supportive . I had all my dogs spayed there and some other procedures done at this great Vet.( Toggles just a few days ago) not only I know the OP is done by the best (Dom) but also the aftercare is amazing, fast callback after the OP, clear instructions. You always get written advice and a call back if all is ok. You will always be reminded via text when the next appointment is. Just a very perfect setting with amazing Vets. Most of all I love that all my dogs love the Vets. I love seeing how they give them not only the utmost medical care but also the cuddles and love .Thank you to all of you, Dom for being such a great Vet, and also Alan for helping us by going the extra mile when we were in desperate need for help with travel. After my dog pinched and swallowed the plastic netting from a joint of beef my regular vet couldn’t fit him in. Blackheath vets came to the rescue and saw him immediately. The kind staff helped him to be sick and he soon brought it back much to my relief. I really recommend this vet practice. Lovely friendly can-do staff and vets

I have visited twice recently with my cat Geir. Both times we got an appointment at short notice and the reception team was very friendly and professional. We've seen Carla and she's a lovely vet - takes time to listen and discuss options and is very kind and caring when handling Geir.

I cannot praise Triage Vets enough. The vet is exceptionally knowledgeable and clever and never fails to return my pets to good health. The receptionists are fantastic too and give their customers a truly efficient, friendly and personal service.

My dog Rudy has been a loyal customer of this vet for 2 years. Everyone at Triage Vets is very friendly, considerate and personable. From before we get our puppy, the guidance on vaccination, to his food diet, and other minor ailments luckily, Dr K and Hina are very helpful in explaining the reasoning behind in a simple way for pet parents. We would highly recommend this vet to everyone!

Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Our dog Charlie has been a patient here for almost 4 years now and we always feel welcomed, very comfortable with the team and Charlie has been always well taken care of. As a French bulldog he gets all sorts of issues and I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of knowledge that Dr K has. Starting with diagnosing a very rare autoimmune condition 4 years ago and finishing off with recently having a tooth extracted. The amount of care, empathy and attention to details from Dr K, Hina and the rest of the team is something that we never even dreamt of. Thank you on behalf of Charlie 🥰

The entire team of Triage Vets is amazing, friendly, well informed and highly considerate. The reception is so kind and have such good knowledge. Nurse Hina is really sweet, smart and quick. Dr K is the best vet, who listens to every single query patiently and suggests the best approach. Overall its the best place and my cat has never been dramatic here as she was at the previous vets.

I haven’t had a pet in over 25 years, for me it feels like a new experience and WellPet Vets were very warm, friendly and professional, very approachable and accommodating to any and all questions I had. Used Wellpet in an emergency as I was cat sitting. They managed to find me an appointment on the day. Was seen quickly. Cat was looked after and cared for well. System went down so I couldn't pay at the time. They were happy for me to pay when it was convenient for me, felt trusted, which was nice. All in all a lovely experience. Thank you

Always friendly on arrival, reception and treatment rooms spotlessly clean, vets are kind and caring, but rarely see same vet twice, but all are familiar with our dog. The only downfall are the vet bills, but that’s everywhere

We recently had to take our cat Luna to Fernside Veterinary Centre as she had been hit by a car. Sadly we had to say goodbye to Luna which is heartbreaking for us! And our chocolate Lab who misses her dearly . From the very first frantic phone call to the day we picked Luna up to take home and Bury in our garden, every single member of the practice couldn't do enough for us! Absolutely amazing! Honestly! Fast service,called up got an appointment the next day and registered with a friendly gentleman and went to appointment and the cost for the treatment my cat received was unbelievable I was so relieved as I thought it was going to cost me a fortune. I signed up to a monthly direct debt. Would definitely recommend for absolutely everything about the vet practice.

Where do I even start with the amazing team at Medivet Kingsbury. I have been using this vets since moving to the area in around 2018 and I have found all the staff absolutely amazing. They will always go above and beyond for the animals they care for. I have 8 cats and 2 dogs which are banned breeds and I have always been made to feel very welcome and my pets have been treated with compassion, respect and care. Lauren and Ross have been amazing since I’ve attended the clinic and always help me out my disabled cat Mowgli who is a regular there for his grooming. I find both the girls to be very caring and kind and they will always go the extra mile to help. Chris has been amazing help with sorting out all my appointments and always shows such understanding and compassion when speaking to myself on the phone. Last but not least the amazing vet Hinnah who I have found to be absolutely incredible. All of my pets are very comfortable around her and I find her very professional and thorough when she is caring for any of my animals. All of the staff at Medivet Kingsbury are brilliant and I would highly recommend these services if you are looking for a new vet in the area! Magda has finally left this practice, I'd been using another branch for some years since having bad experiences with her competence and attitude. Jeremy an experienced vet has taken over whom I had an appointment with today, all seems good so far. He comes across as very experienced and has a natural love for animals. I'm looking forward to using more of the Stanmore practice in the future.

This isn’t our usual vet - which is 150 miles away - but am now registered for when we are in London with our Tibetan, Ted. I am extremely glad we found such an excellent practice. Our 12 year old dog became ill suddenly and it was very worrying. Everyone I interacted with on the phone and at the practice was lovely & Jill, the vet was thorough and very reassuring. Thank you.

I had an emergency on Boxing Day and was welcomed by a lovely nurse ( sorry I forgot to ask your name, blond young lady) and seen by a vet called Laura. My dog is quite difficult to handle but Laura was very understanding and handled her with love, compassion and with great professionalism. She went even further and book me an appointment for surgery the day after to get my dog out of pain quickly. I can say that I agree with some of the other reviews as some other vets there are not so great or compassionate people. Thank you Laura and nurse on duty today to keep PDSA score high 🙏🏻❤️

Thank you so so much for looking after our Ruby girl in her final hours … having the amazing vet come to care for her at home was truly appreciated and gave Ruby the comfort she needed … nothing was a problem for the vet and she had so much care .. time and compassion in what was a very sad time … the service we received and the care was outstandingly amazing. Even down to the aftercare of Ruby being taken to be cremated was done with so much ease and thoughtfulness and nothing was a problem for our great vet ! .I really and truly can’t thank you enough for all the help you gave Ruby and the care you gave to us as a family .

Today one of the hardest things happened. I lost my darling guinea pig and best friend Thumbelina due to a fast acting gastrointestinal issue. The staff here at this vet were so helpful and so kind to both me and my baby whilst she was going through this. The treatment and care here was beyond phenomenal and I couldn’t recommend this vet enough. The photo shows Thumbelina in her prime to remember her as she was before the illness. Thank you to the incredible team that helped us both today 🤍🤍

Our cat became unexpectedly unwell on a Sunday, an emergency home visit was arranged with Veteris, Artemis arrived with us within 90 minutes and gave our cat excellent care and attention. Our cat actually needed to visit for an overnight stay the following day where she was cared for and we were given updates. We were provided with information on costings, and the bill actually came in less than the initial deposit I paid and I was refunded the difference within two days. The practice is clean and the staff were very friendly, the triage team on the phone when you initially call are extremely helpful. Very happy to know that there is access to an emergency vet hospital and out of hours home visits close to us.

Salvo had a deep cut requiring urgent stitching . Veteris sent Ines one of their vets to my flat within 1 hour of phoning . She was really brilliant , caring , patient, meticulous and very professional. Everything was explained very clearly including the risks of the anaesthetic and the surgery . She gave him an anaesthetic and stitched the wound in my flat which took 2.5 hours in total . Everyone has been very helpful and attentive and I would recommend them highly .

The lovely staff at Medivet Mill Hill go above and beyond in their care for animals. So compassionate and professional and friendly. My dog loves all the attention he gets when he visits and he gets lots of belly tickles.
