All the staff at Roundwood Vets are so lovely. We have always been able to be seen quickly when we’ve had any issue with our dogs. They give the pets great care and attention. Our dog is never scared or worried about going in there (despite having to go a few times!) Thank you.

I recently took my pet to Roundwood Vets, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism provided. From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, making both my pet and I feel at ease. The clinic has a warm, comfortable atmosphere that immediately made me feel confident that my pet was in good hands.

Dr. Jo is by far a phenomenal vet. I’ve had an ongoing issue with my dog and she’s shown compassion and professionalism. All the staff are lovely too, I’ve moved home in the past year and couldn’t bear to change vets!

All three of my cats are seen at this vet practice. The staff are welcoming kind and friendly, very helpful too! My cat recently hurt his leg was infected, I called in the morning was offered an appointment in the afternoon my cat was seen on time and we were back home in half an hour! Exceptional service, so glad the practice is 5 mins away from my house☺️

This vet takes things to the next level—they truly care about their customers. I was having issues with my pet travel documents, and Sarah immediately stepped in to fix it for me. She made me feel at ease with her ability to take charge and ensure I was able to travel on time. Her execution was flawless—honestly, I’m not sure what I would have done without her. 🤩

Absolutely amazing service, care, and professionalism from vet Agnes at Addison Clinic. I was absolutely stressed with an injury to our family pet dog and Agnes was sensational in calming me down and treating our pet dog. I cannot recommend Agnes enough! Despite now having to travel from outside of London (20km+) I will not go to another vet. Should you need a vet...Agnes is the only choice.

I've been a client of CT Vets for about five years now and I honestly don't know what I would do without them. We see Martina regularly as one of my dogs has an incurable condition that requires medication and blood tests - and with Martina's help she's now in the best health she's ever been. Martina is a brilliant vet, the absolute best.

We’ve been using CTvets for 4 years, absolutely excellent service, Stefano and Martina are brilliant vets, they’re straight on the problem and get to the bottom of it very quickly. They’re brilliant with our rescues Kate and Jade who are extremely anxious dogs. Reception staff are also amazing, quick responses and always so lovely. Just lovely people in general. My dog ​​Enzo and I are lovingly looked after by CT Vets and all their staff. I needed their instruction to travel with my dog ​​to bring him to Italy. And they prepared all the necessary documents and the required vaccinations impeccably. Their attention and professionalism go beyond the work of a vet but denotes great attention and care for customers. In addition, they always remind me via email when I have to give the dog his vaccinations and if I forget (as often happens!) Jasmine or Michaela send me a new reminder. Furthermore, I recently had a serious health problem with my dog ​​and they were so good and literally saved him! they gave him the best care possible without leaving anything out and in the following days they called me every day to check on the dog's health conditions until he was completely healed. Martina was fabulous with our 12 year old Labrador retriever who was in obvious distress with a blood filled ear. Martina's expertise and experience was evident in the way both in the way she treated Callie and in her kindness to us the distressed owners . It is wonderful to have a vet who is genuinely concerned and empathetic and not just interested in selling you drugs and services that you don't need. ctvets pricing is excellent for central London and I would say Martina was more than generous toward us . I cannot recommend them highly enough .

The entire team of Triage Vets is amazing, friendly, well informed and highly considerate. The reception is so kind and have such good knowledge. Nurse Hina is really sweet, smart and quick. Dr K is the best vet, who listens to every single query patiently and suggests the best approach. Overall its the best place and my cat has never been dramatic here as she was at the previous vets.

My dog Rudy has been a loyal customer of this vet for 2 years. Everyone at Triage Vets is very friendly, considerate and personable. From before we get our puppy, the guidance on vaccination, to his food diet, and other minor ailments luckily, Dr K and Hina are very helpful in explaining the reasoning behind in a simple way for pet parents. We would highly recommend this vet to everyone!

I cannot praise Triage Vets enough. The vet is exceptionally knowledgeable and clever and never fails to return my pets to good health. The receptionists are fantastic too and give their customers a truly efficient, friendly and personal service.

Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Our dog Charlie has been a patient here for almost 4 years now and we always feel welcomed, very comfortable with the team and Charlie has been always well taken care of. As a French bulldog he gets all sorts of issues and I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of knowledge that Dr K has. Starting with diagnosing a very rare autoimmune condition 4 years ago and finishing off with recently having a tooth extracted. The amount of care, empathy and attention to details from Dr K, Hina and the rest of the team is something that we never even dreamt of. Thank you on behalf of Charlie 🥰

Mina is one in a million vet...she is totally devoted to animals and has such a natural, caring way with them. We have a very large Borzoi ( Russian Wolfhound ) called Hendrix and she is just wonderful with him..Highly recommend this lovely lady and very professional vet.

Mina is the best vet in London! She doesn’t do this for money but really helping the animals! 😍 For the rest of the local vets our friends are simply a business but not for her! We visited her with my Spooky for his vaccinations, neutering and other issues and she was always ready to book and seen us soon even though she is extremely busy! Thank you!

We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. I would love to thank the amazing staff at Streatham Hill Vets after the wonderful and most thoughtful gift they sent my mum today, after losing her very old cat Tinkerbell a couple of months ago, today she received the most sweetest remembrance of her beloved Cat. Beautiful footprints and a snipping of her beautiful black coat. It made my mum very emotional but with happy memories of her 17 year old cat. The timing was perfect, you really did a great job of caring for her baby when she was poorly and making the heartbreaking process easier to manage. The best vet in south London by far. I had my last pet in their care up to the end which was dealt with the utmost dignity and loving care. My new companion is of course also registered with them. This vet practice is brilliant. I always feel like the vet genuinely cares about animals. She's great with the chaos of my 3 dogs, and I always leave fully understanding what I need to do treatment wise. Just wish I could have a whole year where 1 of my dogs didn't need to see a vet, but that's what I get with 1 old dog and one drama queen dog.

After bringing our bloodhound in as an emergency, they cleared their schedule, performed a life saving emergency procedure and have supported us through his recovery. Took a cat my sister found wandering late last night in Palmeston Rd. These vets could not have been more helpful. Lovely calm atmosphere, and they went above and beyond to trace the cat's owner from the unregistered chip, as well as checking her over, feeding her, and settling her into their cattery whilst they wait to hear from her owner, via the vet that chipped her. Really very impressed with their care. Am considering moving from my own vets to these vets. First class.

We originally came to Pawvet in an emergency, because of their out-of-hours service, when our dog broke her toe. We were in a total state, but Rinat and her team really took care of Luna, and us, both during the immediate event and throughout the long recovery period. We switched to them as our regular vet, and we couldn't be more happy with the care they offer. Everyone who works at Pawvet is calm and kind, and they really get to know the animals they look after. We totally trust them to look after Luna, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We bring my small dog here about once a year to have his glands cleaned when he’s looking uncomfortable, sore and licking a lot. It’s not the nicest procedure for our poor pooch but the nurse and staff always welcome him warmly and are very gentle and kind to him. You can tell they really care about the animals. Our pooch comes out with his tail waggling. Would highly recommend Animal Medical Centre

My cat stayed in the outdoor cattery for 6 nights. It is priced well and I liked that they were part of a vet in case anything happened. Only downside is I wish they could provide more regular updates instead of one. Will use their services again.

Professional, caring, and clearly love what they do! I had my little furball stay at their cattery for two weeks. The staff was very understanding and attentive to our needs, questions, and concerns. They showed us the entire facility a few weeks prior and explained their entire structure of the cattery. The place is kept very clean and organized. Everything is on a structured schedule, every little thing has its place and purpose. They have plenty of space for both indoor and outdoor cats and also have indoor "cabins" with windows to the outside (wherever possible). The layout of the entire hotel is very cleverly planned out. The price is also very reasonable, especially for the quality of service you receive! We also received updates twice a week with pictures. If your cat is someone who is fine with staying in such a hotel with other cats, then I would highly recommend this place! 5 stars across the board! As a bonus, it's a medical center, i.e. trained professionals and vets are the ones taking care of your pets. So knowing that they are properly equipped to deal with unforeseen circumstances definitely takes away a bit of stress while being away.

My kitten couldn’t pass poo since she was born and couldn’t be treated by few vets. Then we met Chris, an excellent and warm hearted vet from Animal Medical Centre. He did a successful surgery for this poor girl and gave her a new life now. The cost of surgery also very reasonable. I’m so happy with all the staffs in AMC. Definitely worth a 5 star rate. Xx

I had an emergency on Boxing Day and was welcomed by a lovely nurse ( sorry I forgot to ask your name, blond young lady) and seen by a vet called Laura. My dog is quite difficult to handle but Laura was very understanding and handled her with love, compassion and with great professionalism. She went even further and book me an appointment for surgery the day after to get my dog out of pain quickly. I can say that I agree with some of the other reviews as some other vets there are not so great or compassionate people. Thank you Laura and nurse on duty today to keep PDSA score high 🙏🏻❤️
