I've been using Medivet in South Harrow for nearly four years. I have two cats and have a monthly subscription for their care which includes check ups, flea and worming and jabs etc. Which works out to be very good value for more. The staff and really kind and approachable and now it's possible to make/amend bookings online which makes it a lot more convenient.

Maddy from this practice was outstanding, professional and very considerate to an over worried & overly anxious human cat mum, and she was a very good listener and put my mind at ease! Maddy pushed all bars to get me in for an appointment on the same day I called and done everything to help me & my furry babies! Thank you so much and I highly recommend your services !

Great practice we a great team from the lady at reception to all the vets and there team. I've brought my dog Ash here twice as I've recently moved area. In the past vets felt it was all about the money but here they are all about my bog extremely professional and friendly. I'd definitely recommend. Well done Medivet South Harrow. I have visited twice recently with my cat Geir. Both times we got an appointment at short notice and the reception team was very friendly and professional. We've seen Carla and she's a lovely vet - takes time to listen and discuss options and is very kind and caring when handling Geir.

After my dog pinched and swallowed the plastic netting from a joint of beef my regular vet couldn’t fit him in. Blackheath vets came to the rescue and saw him immediately. The kind staff helped him to be sick and he soon brought it back much to my relief. I really recommend this vet practice. Lovely friendly can-do staff and vets

We’ve been with this vet for over two years now, and it’s hands down the best veterinary practice we’ve ever visited. Before finding them, we tried a few other clinics, but none compared to the level of care and professionalism here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the vet is amazing—always happy to help and genuinely caring about the animals. We’re so grateful to have found them!

Brilliant vets! Have been with them for many years and they are highly skilled. I always recommend them. Dom, Alan and Gav ( as well as Ash in the past) are such good and caring Vets. You cannot get any more kind and knowledgeable Vets. The surgery works so well as the nurses there are so fab too, Kim and Mia are just a few of the lovely ones working there always trying to find appointments for you, keeping you calm and so supportive . I had all my dogs spayed there and some other procedures done at this great Vet.( Toggles just a few days ago) not only I know the OP is done by the best (Dom) but also the aftercare is amazing, fast callback after the OP, clear instructions. You always get written advice and a call back if all is ok. You will always be reminded via text when the next appointment is. Just a very perfect setting with amazing Vets. Most of all I love that all my dogs love the Vets. I love seeing how they give them not only the utmost medical care but also the cuddles and love .Thank you to all of you, Dom for being such a great Vet, and also Alan for helping us by going the extra mile when we were in desperate need for help with travel. My dog got hit by a car 5 days ago I phoned this vet at 9am by 1pm I had dropped him off into there care!! From the initial phone call I spoke to lee who reassured and you could tell straight away she had a genuine care and concern empathy about her! She really did put me and my family at ease she’s an absolute credit to Eliza vets, Very professional very friendly and efficient! Dario and the team did an incredible job answers all my questions! My dog got up and walked out of that vets like nothing had happened and I now have my dog back! There honest professional and and are a credit to the animal world! The first vet that I’ve ever known not to charge for consultation! Thank you Eliza vets for fixing my dog! Highly Recommend over any other vets 😊

I'm so thankful to everyone at Elizavet! We were sent to Dario after 3 weeks of worrying symptoms, where my dog was quickly diagnosed and operated on that day. I was so anxious during this and the recovery period as he was in a bad way, but Dario, Arietta and the whole team were all so lovely, knowledgeable and professional. They answered my millions of questions and concerns, and I really felt like Bowser was in the best hands. And the scars from the op look amazing and neat. My only criticism is that they are not that local to me, and now I'm going to have to travel an hour every time we need a vet because I'm not sure I can trust anyone else! Massive thanks to you all. Bowser is getting back to his bouncy and happy self. You saved my little guy's life and we are all incredibly grateful ❤️

I just added a new house girl kitten to the family so our boy Leo is a big brother. I didn’t have the best experience at Leo’s vets on a couple of occasions, more predominantly after his castration, and it had lead him to be ridiculously nervous. To the point of salivating everywhere, his fur would be everywhere, and he was ridged! Then once home he would pant and be stressed for an hr. So when my husband and I seen the new vets and read about it, sounded like the dream place. I can confirm it absolutely more than is! The owner and vet is so thoughtful with the layout, atmosphere and appointment approach. The level of care, attention and empathy is just incredible. And every other member of the team I’ve met from vets to receptionist are so genuinely lovely passionate and interested. Once home my beautiful Scottish fold it’s so much more relaxed. I highly recommend this vets. I cannot thank you enough for being the best with our fur babies ❤️ Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Mina is the best vet in London! She doesn’t do this for money but really helping the animals! 😍 For the rest of the local vets our friends are simply a business but not for her! We visited her with my Spooky for his vaccinations, neutering and other issues and she was always ready to book and seen us soon even though she is extremely busy! Thank you!

Dr. Jo is by far a phenomenal vet. I’ve had an ongoing issue with my dog and she’s shown compassion and professionalism. All the staff are lovely too, I’ve moved home in the past year and couldn’t bear to change vets!

All three of my cats are seen at this vet practice. The staff are welcoming kind and friendly, very helpful too! My cat recently hurt his leg was infected, I called in the morning was offered an appointment in the afternoon my cat was seen on time and we were back home in half an hour! Exceptional service, so glad the practice is 5 mins away from my house☺️

All the staff at Roundwood Vets are so lovely. We have always been able to be seen quickly when we’ve had any issue with our dogs. They give the pets great care and attention. Our dog is never scared or worried about going in there (despite having to go a few times!) Thank you.

called and in the same day I had an appointment for my cat, he was very well treated and the vet understood and was patient with him as he likes to inspect and smell everything, he is very curious. She answered all my questions regarding his health and weight. I also took my other cat who is very anxious and scared of everyone as she was mistreated as a kitten and they were very kind and patient with her, they also cut her nails being very patient and reassuring her at all times even though she was being a bit feral! the only thing is that the page never works for me to book appointments and I have to call

Fabulous, caring vets, each and every member of staff were so very lovely and treated my dogs with such kindness and attention. Both of my dogs had dental work carried out under anaesthetic. They have a fully equipped dental surgery onsite and I was so very reassured by Alastair who is not only highly skilled but is definitely a dog whisperer! Do not hesitate to take your pets here. I took my two Yorkiepoos to have their teeth cleaned and checked, Both dogs had to have teeth out as they’re 11yrs old and the damage was done. I worried about them being under anaesthetic (I shouldn't have) they had the best treatment and they sent me a text with a photo of them in recovery and an update as soon as they came round, so very thoughtful. Within a couple of days, both dogs have bounced back, are eating happily and better than they were before. (Clearly their teeth were bothering them prior to treatment) Once home and 24hrs later, Mark the veterinary nurse called to check how the dogs were doing and if I had any questions. An amazing service and so reassuring. The staff are all very highly qualified and all have their own specialisms, a true gem of an practice and I would 100% recommend Uxbridge Vets and my only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner.

So far so good. Lovely separate waiting space for cats. Been there to sign my cat to the practice and then to have a vaccine. Vets were a calming presence to my nervous cat each time. Parking at the back. Nice late appointment enable me to go along after work. Signed up to their care plan as it makes economical sense to us.

Amazing service at the Greenford branch. I must say Lisa is exceptional as person and excellent at her job. She brings calm to both animals and their owners and makes life with Veterinary visits so much easier for all. Her care is second to none and she is such a genuine person. Truth be told one of the main reasons for being with Goddard in Greenford. Fantastic visit, efficient, everything was ready and seamless to collect the food and medicine.

We moved our cat to the Greenford practice, and I must say, I wish I'd done it sooner. Lisa is a joy, she spoke to my daughter and myself and made us feel right at home. Not only that, she helped us get a better deal via the Protection plan (not Pet Plan). Had to call this morning as our cat, Thumbs, was due for her spaying, but we found she was very on heat, I called and was told that it was safer to not do it then and happily changed the appointment. No fuss..Brilliant..

My sweet kitten Reign had a tear gland situation pop up (literally) in his eye randomly one day, which obviously sent me into a total panic. The entire team at VV Brook Green were so quick to accommodate us, check him and fix everything. I was incredibly impressed at how nice everyone was, even Reign started purring the minute we arrived which calmed me down too. Can’t recommend this place enough. We’re so lucky to have you guys in our community 🤍 Reign and I love you!!!

Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Our dog Charlie has been a patient here for almost 4 years now and we always feel welcomed, very comfortable with the team and Charlie has been always well taken care of. As a French bulldog he gets all sorts of issues and I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of knowledge that Dr K has. Starting with diagnosing a very rare autoimmune condition 4 years ago and finishing off with recently having a tooth extracted. The amount of care, empathy and attention to details from Dr K, Hina and the rest of the team is something that we never even dreamt of. Thank you on behalf of Charlie 🥰

The entire team of Triage Vets is amazing, friendly, well informed and highly considerate. The reception is so kind and have such good knowledge. Nurse Hina is really sweet, smart and quick. Dr K is the best vet, who listens to every single query patiently and suggests the best approach. Overall its the best place and my cat has never been dramatic here as she was at the previous vets.

My dog Rudy has been a loyal customer of this vet for 2 years. Everyone at Triage Vets is very friendly, considerate and personable. From before we get our puppy, the guidance on vaccination, to his food diet, and other minor ailments luckily, Dr K and Hina are very helpful in explaining the reasoning behind in a simple way for pet parents. My Gecko was stuck in a rock. I rang numerous local vets to get help…but “because he’s a lizard”- I had to “see a specialist”. The specialist wanted £150 just to walk in… then £60 for anaesthetic….then to pay for whatever the treatment is. Goddard Vets Uxbridge gave me an appointment straight away. They managed to get him free in minutes, popped him out like a cork and they didn’t even charge me for it. I honestly can’t recommend them enough- thankyou 😄

Goddard is the vet I use for my cat. They are very friendly and helpful here Recently I was given an injured squirrel, which I had to take to Goddards to see if she could be saved. Sadly she couldn't, however, they treated the creature kindly and humanely. I offered to pay for their services, but they wouldn't take anything and refused a donation. No vets are cheap, but I feel happy that mine has a heart.

Goddard vets Herbie Messi and now milo ( instagram ) have been looked after by Goddards vets Uxbridge with care love and most importantly knowledge for 5 years now . Waiting room full of fur baby guardians who obviously feel the same
