The reception and veterinarian were very professional, patient and friendly. They answered all our questions. We had just gotten our kitten and the cat bag we purchased was still on the way, they graciously lent us the cat bag so we were able to take the kitten home easily.

Federico saved my cat’s life yesterday by accommodating a last minute appointment and performing life saving surgery as she had blocked intestines. My cat’s now herself again, very happy and slowly recovering. I will never be able to thank him enough for being so professional and caring. He also ensured to perform the surgery in the least intrusive way possible so that she would recover faster, which shows the level of care and love that he has for pets. Every single person I’ve come across at this practice is incredibly kind, empathetic and compassionate, from the receptionists, to the nurses and surgeons. My cat is now registered with them as her regular vet and I will never go back to my previous vet!❤️

Went to this vet for a second opinion as my cat had a wound that would not heal. They were absolutely amazing! They diagnosed the problem, the locum vet melody acted with kindness and her ethical approach was second to none. I just wish I found them sooner. Great place and really polite staff the last time I went. They attended to my dog really quickly and were very kind. Location a bit odd as you can't really drive there as it's on a high street and the parking is limited so I just park in Asda and do the 8 minute walk. Every 6 months and every year they send reminders of vaccinations and check ups. In short, they're a good vet

All Creatures is a fantastic local vet, and I feel I need to leave a review after my cat, Blue, was poorly around a month ago. Blue had very non specific symptoms, I phoned first thing on a Tuesday. I was initially asked to come in at midday but I explained I was very anxious and the receptionist promptly called me back with an earlier appointment. Blue was seen and they ran quite a few tests but weren’t sure what was troubling her. Anyway, they kept her in overnight and I collected her the next day. I still wasn’t happy with her behaviour and spoke to Nicola, the vet, who asked me to bring her in Thursday morning. She took one look at Blue and said she wasn’t right, and promptly referred us to The Ralph clinic in Marlow. She asked for her to come in the same day so we would avoid out of hours boarding costs, and quickly performed a thoracocentesis prior to me driving her to The Ralph. The Ralph even noted this was very appropriate for them to do prior to transfer, in order to stabilise her for the journey. Throughout the entirety of this scenario, the team were very kind and empathetic. They kept me updated and were happy to update me over the phone whenever I rang. They even phoned to check how Blue was doing after I collected her from The Ralph. They ordered my repeat prescription for medication quickly and was ready for collection the next day. They also assisted with the insurance claim. Honestly, without seeing Blue so quickly I’m not sure she would still be with us today and I’m very grateful to the team who cared for her. Yes, vets are expensive but this is why people should get pet insurance and also why we should be so grateful we have the NHS in the UK. It’s also important to note that this is the equivalent of a GP for humans, they cannot provide every service in this small clinic and sometimes it is appropriate for them to refer to specialists and Vet hospitals. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, All Creatures.

Vets that genuinely care. We took one of our cats to the hospital one evening when they were unwell, where they had some treatment and came home with some advice to keep an eye on things. We received a call from Mandy at All Creatures the next morning just to check on how Jiji was doing, which was so thoughtful and is a testament to how much they care

Noodle really loves going into the practice and the nurses and doctors are all so accommodating and caring! Would highly recommend!

Impressive care and attention for my Charlie and great emergency services. Have been going to Wolfe in Chiswick since they opened and the Fulham emergency clinic is top notch. Recently Charlie stole spaghetti and chicken bones and was very ill, but the vet was able to recommend a treatment to rapidly get rid of the dangerous bones and he recovered swiftly.

Big thanks to Dr Alonso and the team at Wolfe Vets. We were booked in quickly for the following day, and received prompt action and helpful insights at our appointment. Dr Alonso was calm and reassuring. Highly recommend!

Wonderful vet practice with fantastic facilities and lovely vets. I was referred to Wolfe Vets when my Dog had mysterious symptoms and was in a lot of discomfort suddenly, they brought him in immediately and set to work with tests and treatment to figure out what was wrong. Alonso was fantastic at explaining each step of the process and what it all meant, calling me with regular updates throughout. Claudia even called me through the night and first thing in the morning from the night shift to also update me which was amazing. My dog is usually fairly nervous aggressive in such situations, but the team were so lovely and put him at ease that he was really happy and well behaved. He responded well and quickly to the treatment provided - thank you so much to the team!

All vets are expensive, particularly when you have no insurance, but Wolfe Vets have a great "Wolfe Pack" membership for basics which helps reduce cost. The vets have always provided excellent care and advice and stear away from expensive procedures and unnescesary vists/costs. This practice instills confidence in me as a client and is worth every penny.

Chose this vet after seeing the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Alan was lovely with our puppy for her first vet visit and spent double the appointment slot to provide information and answer our questions. Puppy left more relaxed than when we arrived. Really happy I chose this vet, even though it isn’t the closest one to me.

Before finding them, we tried a few other clinics, but none compared to the level of care and professionalism here. After my dog pinched and swallowed the plastic netting from a joint of beef my regular vet couldn’t fit him in. Blackheath vets came to the rescue and saw him immediately. The kind staff helped him to be sick and he soon brought it back much to my relief. I really recommend this vet practice. Lovely friendly can-do staff and vets

Brilliant vets! Have been with them for many years and they are highly skilled. I always recommend them. Dom, Alan and Gav ( as well as Ash in the past) are such good and caring Vets. You cannot get any more kind and knowledgeable Vets. The surgery works so well as the nurses there are so fab too, Kim and Mia are just a few of the lovely ones working there always trying to find appointments for you, keeping you calm and so supportive . I had all my dogs spayed there and some other procedures done at this great Vet.( Toggles just a few days ago) not only I know the OP is done by the best (Dom) but also the aftercare is amazing, fast callback after the OP, clear instructions. You always get written advice and a call back if all is ok. You will always be reminded via text when the next appointment is. Just a very perfect setting with amazing Vets. Most of all I love that all my dogs love the Vets. I love seeing how they give them not only the utmost medical care but also the cuddles and love .Thank you to all of you, Dom for being such a great Vet, and also Alan for helping us by going the extra mile when we were in desperate need for help with travel. Registered my two Jack Russel Terriers at the Wimbledon Veterinary Surgery today; received a quick appointment, polite and friendly service, left feeling really happy.

Great experience after my first visit today. Both of us (my cat and myself) were received and treated in a very welcoming way. Francesca as vet was amazing checking my cat, hearing my concerns and advising on her health. The receptionist lady (sorry, forgot her name) as well was very kind with us. Very happy to have such good people and service in the neighborhood.

My dog is registered at Mitcham, but they had no appointments so booked here. The car park doesn’t have much room and if it’s full definitely park on a side road. I was told by the receptionist it would be fine to leave it anywhere by the car park but nearly got a ticket. The waiting area is quite poky and easily gets full, but the vet was brilliant. Reassured all of my concerns and came to a diagnosis quickly.

We have got the VIP membership for the second year now and are very happy with the service. We recommend the vet practice to anyone in the Wimbledon area.

They always fit my pets in if there is an emergency. Just great staff all round. Hope Medivet is looking after them well. This one is after my cat’s heart scan who came home with a secret heart shaped “tattoo” to commemorate how brave he was. 🙃We only noticed at home.🤍

We loved our experience at Medivet in Newcross. Clean and professional. Vet was extremely helpful and supportive with the right things for my pregnant cat who also had young kittys with her at our visit! (Yes! She’s been busy!) Vet was lovely, and gentle. Ladies at the desk were friendly and amazing too! Gave me great tips and advice. Broke down the health care plan of my cat and her kittys! Would highly recommend.

They treated my cat who has been in and out of the pdsa facilities with a block bladder they treated both the cat and myself with alot of empathy. He has had 4 surgeries and pending a 5th. I will be forever grateful for their effort.

From my family point of view, it turned out to be a sad but necessary visit. It was an emergency for our cat. I called in the morning, explained the situation and was told to bring him straight in. As soon as we got there we didn't wait. He was taken straight in. The staff were friendly, helpful and sympathetic. Can not fault them.

Happy with the service and the staff at the reception was so polite and kept apologising for the delay but was understandable with the cases needed to be seen first and the vet explained in details so peace of mind and relief my issue was dealt and resolved

The best vet in south London by far. I had my last pet in their care up to the end which was dealt with the utmost dignity and loving care. My new companion is of course also registered with them. We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. Great service all round!

I took my dog here as she was still poorly having visited our own vet the day before. They were helpful friendly and a vet who cared about Maisie and actually looked at her injury which my own vet didn't bother doing. Well done I will definitely return.

This is one of the best vets we’ve visited. All the staff is amazing and helpful! We keep visiting them even after we moved from the area. Mateo is a great professional vet and it’s the doctor to whom we fully trust our little baby dog Lily. Lily loved him as well from the first time she has met him! I absolutely LOVE this team! They’re always so sweet and attentive when I bring my two babies there! From the doctors to the front desk, I can say this is the BEST team ever! Both of my kittens were neutered there, and the team always calls me the next day to know how they’re doing. Honestly, I feel so safe and confident when I go there, that I definitely don’t mind to pay the price. My cat’s safety comes first, and I know they love each and every single patient and if they were their own! Zaya and Nacho say “Love you all!”

My cat stayed in the outdoor cattery for 6 nights. It is priced well and I liked that they were part of a vet in case anything happened. Only downside is I wish they could provide more regular updates instead of one. Will use their services again.

Professional, caring, and clearly love what they do! I had my little furball stay at their cattery for two weeks. The staff was very understanding and attentive to our needs, questions, and concerns. They showed us the entire facility a few weeks prior and explained their entire structure of the cattery. The place is kept very clean and organized. Everything is on a structured schedule, every little thing has its place and purpose. They have plenty of space for both indoor and outdoor cats and also have indoor "cabins" with windows to the outside (wherever possible). The layout of the entire hotel is very cleverly planned out. The price is also very reasonable, especially for the quality of service you receive! We also received updates twice a week with pictures. If your cat is someone who is fine with staying in such a hotel with other cats, then I would highly recommend this place! 5 stars across the board! As a bonus, it's a medical center, i.e. trained professionals and vets are the ones taking care of your pets. So knowing that they are properly equipped to deal with unforeseen circumstances definitely takes away a bit of stress while being away.

My kitten couldn’t pass poo since she was born and couldn’t be treated by few vets. Then we met Chris, an excellent and warm hearted vet from Animal Medical Centre. He did a successful surgery for this poor girl and gave her a new life now. The cost of surgery also very reasonable. I’m so happy with all the staffs in AMC. Definitely worth a 5 star rate. Xx
