Went to this vet for a second opinion as my cat had a wound that would not heal. They were absolutely amazing! They diagnosed the problem, the locum vet melody acted with kindness and her ethical approach was second to none. I just wish I found them sooner. The reception and veterinarian were very professional, patient and friendly. They answered all our questions. We had just gotten our kitten and the cat bag we purchased was still on the way, they graciously lent us the cat bag so we were able to take the kitten home easily.

Federico saved my cat’s life yesterday by accommodating a last minute appointment and performing life saving surgery as she had blocked intestines. My cat’s now herself again, very happy and slowly recovering. I will never be able to thank him enough for being so professional and caring. He also ensured to perform the surgery in the least intrusive way possible so that she would recover faster, which shows the level of care and love that he has for pets. Every single person I’ve come across at this practice is incredibly kind, empathetic and compassionate, from the receptionists, to the nurses and surgeons. My cat is now registered with them as her regular vet and I will never go back to my previous vet!❤️

Great place and really polite staff the last time I went. They attended to my dog really quickly and were very kind. Location a bit odd as you can't really drive there as it's on a high street and the parking is limited so I just park in Asda and do the 8 minute walk. Every 6 months and every year they send reminders of vaccinations and check ups. In short, they're a good vet

All Creatures is a fantastic local vet, and I feel I need to leave a review after my cat, Blue, was poorly around a month ago. Blue had very non specific symptoms, I phoned first thing on a Tuesday. I was initially asked to come in at midday but I explained I was very anxious and the receptionist promptly called me back with an earlier appointment. Blue was seen and they ran quite a few tests but weren’t sure what was troubling her. Anyway, they kept her in overnight and I collected her the next day. I still wasn’t happy with her behaviour and spoke to Nicola, the vet, who asked me to bring her in Thursday morning. She took one look at Blue and said she wasn’t right, and promptly referred us to The Ralph clinic in Marlow. She asked for her to come in the same day so we would avoid out of hours boarding costs, and quickly performed a thoracocentesis prior to me driving her to The Ralph. The Ralph even noted this was very appropriate for them to do prior to transfer, in order to stabilise her for the journey. Throughout the entirety of this scenario, the team were very kind and empathetic. They kept me updated and were happy to update me over the phone whenever I rang. They even phoned to check how Blue was doing after I collected her from The Ralph. They ordered my repeat prescription for medication quickly and was ready for collection the next day. They also assisted with the insurance claim. Honestly, without seeing Blue so quickly I’m not sure she would still be with us today and I’m very grateful to the team who cared for her. Yes, vets are expensive but this is why people should get pet insurance and also why we should be so grateful we have the NHS in the UK. It’s also important to note that this is the equivalent of a GP for humans, they cannot provide every service in this small clinic and sometimes it is appropriate for them to refer to specialists and Vet hospitals. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, All Creatures.

I took my Yorkshire Terrier for castration and teeth extractions this morning to All Creatures in Wandsworth. I was expecting a very frail little darling after his treatments, but to my surprise, he looked cheerful and playful like nothing had happened to him. He had 22 teeth taken out. Staff were amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though this practice was very far from where I live, but I am glad I chose this practice. Their fees were very reasonable too unlike some other veterinaries. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for an stirling work

Wonderful vet practice with fantastic facilities and lovely vets. I was referred to Wolfe Vets when my Dog had mysterious symptoms and was in a lot of discomfort suddenly, they brought him in immediately and set to work with tests and treatment to figure out what was wrong. Alonso was fantastic at explaining each step of the process and what it all meant, calling me with regular updates throughout. Claudia even called me through the night and first thing in the morning from the night shift to also update me which was amazing. My dog is usually fairly nervous aggressive in such situations, but the team were so lovely and put him at ease that he was really happy and well behaved. He responded well and quickly to the treatment provided - thank you so much to the team!

I have to start by saying that I was not a regular Wolfe Vets clients, so I cannot speak of their regular services. However, I am very lucky to have them around 2mins away from my house. My beloved dog very quickly went from being a bit down, to suddenly beginning to leave us (he had a mast cell tumour) As luck has it, my regular vet, with whom I had a plan in place for this moment, was on holiday, so I needed to either find someone at our practice who could come home or elsewhere. I showed up as soon as they were opening to ask if someone could come over to help my dog cross over. I got a call back straight away saying they would, exactly at the time I needed it to be. Although it was probably the worst circumstances to meet someone, Dr. Alonso was incredibly kind and compassionate. He and I believe it was nurse Alice arrived promptly, prepped Bruno with care and explained everything, giving me enough time as I wished to say good bye. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the extortionate price for this (over £400) My initial vet had quoted £130 for an at-home euthanasia visit, and even the mobile vets out of hours fee is around £360 for a dog my size. Had I known this ahead of time, I would have done so in the middle of the night to avoid further suffering to my dog rather than wait until opening hours. Beyond that, know that the team at Wolfe’s is kind, compassionate and prompt to act.

All vets are expensive, particularly when you have no insurance, but Wolfe Vets have a great "Wolfe Pack" membership for basics which helps reduce cost. The vets have always provided excellent care and advice and stear away from expensive procedures and unnescesary vists/costs. This practice instills confidence in me as a client and is worth every penny.

Big thanks to Dr Alonso and the team at Wolfe Vets. We were booked in quickly for the following day, and received prompt action and helpful insights at our appointment. Dr Alonso was calm and reassuring. Highly recommend!

We’ve been with this vet for over two years now, and it’s hands down the best veterinary practice we’ve ever visited. Before finding them, we tried a few other clinics, but none compared to the level of care and professionalism here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the vet is amazing—always happy to help and genuinely caring about the animals. We’re so grateful to have found them!

After my dog pinched and swallowed the plastic netting from a joint of beef my regular vet couldn’t fit him in. Blackheath vets came to the rescue and saw him immediately. The kind staff helped him to be sick and he soon brought it back much to my relief. I really recommend this vet practice. Lovely friendly can-do staff and vets

I have visited twice recently with my cat Geir. Both times we got an appointment at short notice and the reception team was very friendly and professional. We've seen Carla and she's a lovely vet - takes time to listen and discuss options and is very kind and caring when handling Geir.

Brilliant vets! Have been with them for many years and they are highly skilled. I always recommend them. Dom, Alan and Gav ( as well as Ash in the past) are such good and caring Vets. You cannot get any more kind and knowledgeable Vets. The surgery works so well as the nurses there are so fab too, Kim and Mia are just a few of the lovely ones working there always trying to find appointments for you, keeping you calm and so supportive . I had all my dogs spayed there and some other procedures done at this great Vet.( Toggles just a few days ago) not only I know the OP is done by the best (Dom) but also the aftercare is amazing, fast callback after the OP, clear instructions. You always get written advice and a call back if all is ok. You will always be reminded via text when the next appointment is. Just a very perfect setting with amazing Vets. Most of all I love that all my dogs love the Vets. I love seeing how they give them not only the utmost medical care but also the cuddles and love .Thank you to all of you, Dom for being such a great Vet, and also Alan for helping us by going the extra mile when we were in desperate need for help with travel. They always fit my pets in if there is an emergency. Just great staff all round. Hope Medivet is looking after them well. This one is after my cat’s heart scan who came home with a secret heart shaped “tattoo” to commemorate how brave he was. 🙃We only noticed at home.🤍

We loved our experience at Medivet in Newcross. Clean and professional. Vet was extremely helpful and supportive with the right things for my pregnant cat who also had young kittys with her at our visit! (Yes! She’s been busy!) Vet was lovely, and gentle. Ladies at the desk were friendly and amazing too! Gave me great tips and advice. Broke down the health care plan of my cat and her kittys! Would highly recommend.

My nearly 3 year old, anxious Maltese has been going to Highgate Veterinary Clinic since he was a puppy. I cannot recommend Dr Jennie, Dr Beccy, and the rest of the team enough. Their patience, willingness to be accommodating, and their high standard of care are exemplary. When an anxious dog pulls you to get inside the vet office, it is a true sign that they are doing everything right!

I don’t often leave reviews but I felt compelled to do in this situation. My dog has had a plethora of issues over the past 9 months, which has resulted in various tests, trying new meds, diets etc. It was truly a horrible experience to endure. The entire staff, and most notably, the always upbeat and incredibly intelligent Dr Nina Bolger have been exceptional in the care and support provided to get Archie back to normal and putting my mind at ease along the way. Village Vet St Johns Wood has been my vet practice for almost 25 years. Over the last eight years with my two rescue cats in particular, they have always gone above and beyond with their care, compassion and expertise. I still treasure their kindness and empathy when our darling Norma Jeane died suddenly and unexpectedly of a heart attack this summer. Her brother Arthur has had various and often serious and complicated health issues over the last few years too, but this practice has been incredible. Every member of staff from the lovely receptionists, to wonderful vet nurse Alex to the amazing vet Kelly have gone out of their way to find the best way to keep him happy and healthy, often working many hours in their own time to search for solutions. The staff here all clearly have huge love and care for all the animals they look after. Arthur is currently purring away next to me contentedly and it's all down to the truly wonderful staff at Village Vet St John's Wood.

Wonderful team! I can't praise Venus enough. She is always so helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient - I feel like she is two steps ahead of us and knows what we need even before we do. Everyone is so nice, warm, welcoming, and approachable. They answer all our questions with such detail, you can tell they are passionate about what they do, and there is always a smile.

I had been with medivet for 10 year and with Cross Street branch at least 7years. I had to take my cats abroad with me since I moved for work. David was super helpful with the paperwork. Also he prioritized my bookings to speed up the time sensitive process. I strongly recommend Medivet as they are experienced in pet export processes and all the other cat health issues.

By far the best experience I have ever had with a veterinary team. They care as much about our animals as we do! Through ups and downs, David and his team support has been unwavering. We can’t thank them enough for their dedication.

Great welcome at reception. The vet was kind and practical. I particularly appreciated she did not try to "up sell". She recognised Gen is healthy and well cared for so additional treatments, especially dental, would be superfluous.

I would like to share my experience with the veterinarian David Condesa Rubiera. My dog Rico is almost 15 years old, so you can imagine how many veterinarian I have had to visit over the years. David is by far the best! My dog has a lot of health issues and needed to have 26 teeth removed. Other vets have refused to remove them due to my dogs heart condition and age, but David did not hesitate. He went through the pros and cons and all worked out well. He was recommended to me by other dog owners who also speak so highly of him. David is extremely professional, gets to the point, patient, caring and understanding. I can not speak any higher of him. Thank you David.

We adopted a wonderful cat from CHAT Lewisham just over a year ago and we could not be more happier with our gorgeous boy. He was a bit nervous to begin with but over time has grown into a confident boy and now he rules the roost. Thank you to Naomi, Ruth, Leslie, Linda and all of the staff for their care with both him and us. They matched us up with several cats when we came to view and we were able to take our time with our decision. Super professional, friendly and they work so hard all hours of the day to save and rehome abandoned cats. Highly recommend them as a cat rehoming charity!

We adopted our cat Lily from C Hammond Lewisham- January 2021 - 3 yrs and 4 mths ago. She is a lovely little cat but quite nervous - she is 13 years and 5mths old now and is aging gracefully. We love her as much as she loves her heated mat!!!

Happy with the service and the staff at the reception was so polite and kept apologising for the delay but was understandable with the cases needed to be seen first and the vet explained in details so peace of mind and relief my issue was dealt and resolved

We are always welcomed when we visit the vet. The vets are always able to calm Mia by stroking and communicating with her in a soft tone, which she is always receptive to. If the visit is for a check up, the vets are very thorough in their examination and always provide clear information on Mia's current health and any possible future health issues. Great service all round!

I took my dog here as she was still poorly having visited our own vet the day before. They were helpful friendly and a vet who cared about Maisie and actually looked at her injury which my own vet didn't bother doing. Well done I will definitely return.

The best vet in south London by far. I had my last pet in their care up to the end which was dealt with the utmost dignity and loving care. My new companion is of course also registered with them.
