Friendly and professional staff. They always take the time to answer all our questions both during the appointment and after. The clinic is very clean and well-organised and the staff at the reception are always helpful and welcoming! Highly recommended!

We recently had a problem with our new kitten who had a reaction to booster jab. The team at Urban were so professional and were able to treat her in emergency. They looked after her and monitored her. She is well on her way to a full recovery. Thank you so much.

I'm actually speechless. These guys are like having a privately tailored Veterinary service revolving around your needs and the needs of your pet. They were sooo wonderful, accommodating, kind and professional too. I went in with my 3 Yr old Chow chow for a dental surgery. My fluffy hates going to the vets she gets terrified and starts shaking immediately. Not this time. She was so comfortable with the team at Urban Vets, that she even accepted treats from them! ( never happened in her life). She did not tremble or shake in anyway which is a first ever for her. I was so at ease with the staff that I felt comfortable leaving her there the whole day. The dental procedure went extremely well too!! I cannot recommend this place enough. Really an amazing team there. Will recommend you guys to my Chow chow whatsapp group with 350 members!! We’ve been with this vet for over two years now, and it’s hands down the best veterinary practice we’ve ever visited. Before finding them, we tried a few other clinics, but none compared to the level of care and professionalism here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the vet is amazing—always happy to help and genuinely caring about the animals. We’re so grateful to have found them!

After my dog pinched and swallowed the plastic netting from a joint of beef my regular vet couldn’t fit him in. Blackheath vets came to the rescue and saw him immediately. The kind staff helped him to be sick and he soon brought it back much to my relief. I really recommend this vet practice. Lovely friendly can-do staff and vets

Chose this vet after seeing the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Alan was lovely with our puppy for her first vet visit and spent double the appointment slot to provide information and answer our questions. Puppy left more relaxed than when we arrived. Really happy I chose this vet, even though it isn’t the closest one to me.

I have visited twice recently with my cat Geir. Both times we got an appointment at short notice and the reception team was very friendly and professional. We've seen Carla and she's a lovely vet - takes time to listen and discuss options and is very kind and caring when handling Geir.

All Creatures is a fantastic local vet, and I feel I need to leave a review after my cat, Blue, was poorly around a month ago. Blue had very non specific symptoms, I phoned first thing on a Tuesday. I was initially asked to come in at midday but I explained I was very anxious and the receptionist promptly called me back with an earlier appointment. Blue was seen and they ran quite a few tests but weren’t sure what was troubling her. Anyway, they kept her in overnight and I collected her the next day. I still wasn’t happy with her behaviour and spoke to Nicola, the vet, who asked me to bring her in Thursday morning. She took one look at Blue and said she wasn’t right, and promptly referred us to The Ralph clinic in Marlow. She asked for her to come in the same day so we would avoid out of hours boarding costs, and quickly performed a thoracocentesis prior to me driving her to The Ralph. The Ralph even noted this was very appropriate for them to do prior to transfer, in order to stabilise her for the journey. Throughout the entirety of this scenario, the team were very kind and empathetic. They kept me updated and were happy to update me over the phone whenever I rang. They even phoned to check how Blue was doing after I collected her from The Ralph. They ordered my repeat prescription for medication quickly and was ready for collection the next day. They also assisted with the insurance claim. Honestly, without seeing Blue so quickly I’m not sure she would still be with us today and I’m very grateful to the team who cared for her. Yes, vets are expensive but this is why people should get pet insurance and also why we should be so grateful we have the NHS in the UK. It’s also important to note that this is the equivalent of a GP for humans, they cannot provide every service in this small clinic and sometimes it is appropriate for them to refer to specialists and Vet hospitals. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, All Creatures.

Vets that genuinely care. We took one of our cats to the hospital one evening when they were unwell, where they had some treatment and came home with some advice to keep an eye on things. We received a call from Mandy at All Creatures the next morning just to check on how Jiji was doing, which was so thoughtful and is a testament to how much they care

I took my Yorkshire Terrier for castration and teeth extractions this morning to All Creatures in Wandsworth. I was expecting a very frail little darling after his treatments, but to my surprise, he looked cheerful and playful like nothing had happened to him. He had 22 teeth taken out. Staff were amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though this practice was very far from where I live, but I am glad I chose this practice. Their fees were very reasonable too unlike some other veterinaries. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you for an stirling work

Great place and really polite staff the last time I went. They attended to my dog really quickly and were very kind. Location a bit odd as you can't really drive there as it's on a high street and the parking is limited so I just park in Asda and do the 8 minute walk. Every 6 months and every year they send reminders of vaccinations and check ups. In short, they're a good vet

We had an initial consultation for our 3 month old Boxer at Greenwood Veterinary Clinic and couldn’t be happier. My wife and I left the clinic feeling grateful that we had chosen this wonderful local Vet. Great experience from start with the receptionist Hayley and whole staff setting up the appointment. Dr. Erin was gentle, kind and informative. She gave us plenty of time to address all of our questions and did a great job explaining her treatment for Bruno. the follow-up call to our further query was also informative and caring.

We made the alarming discovery of blood in the urine of one of our guinea pigs and the vets & staff at Greenwood were absolutely exceptional from the first consultation, through to x-rays and eventually surgery to remove a huge bladder stone. They were attentive and communicative and clearly gave our pet a lot of care. It's 12 days since his operation as of writing and he has made an amazing recovery. Highly recommended.

We have been using Greenwood’s services for over 20 years. Andrew has always provided excellent care for our dogs and now Mehdi and Erin, are also providing equally good care. The entire team are friendly, professional, compassionate, caring and efficient. We cannot fault them. Even our dogs love going there! Dave is an amazing vet! Every time we have seen him he has been thorough and lovely in his manner and always puts us at ease. On our most recent appointment, he went above and beyond to give Stan, our 10 year old miniature dachshund a thorough check up. He was wonderful with Stan and Stan trusted him completely. He works with such compassion and understanding and is very empathic when explaining his findings. He was also brilliant with Stan’s little brother Sid and gave him lots of attention too. We are so grateful to have Dave. Thank you :)

They're been superb at putting my pet and me as her owner at ease and gave me confidence Lilly was in safe hands. They entirely removed any idea that they might in any way be treating for treating sake they only did what was needed and they did it well. I was highly impressed

My dog has been given the best care for almost 15 years. She has had a pretty rare illness for the past 5 years which requires regular trips, her current vet Jordan is AMAZING and I can’t thank him enough for his ongoing support and care. Special thanks to Rachel on the reception she is kind and caring and couldn’t be a nicer person to do this job. Ita has been fantastic and a lovely face to see for (possibly the whole time my dogs been there). Another thanks to all the other team (Leah on reception and all the nurses) you don’t understand how appreciated you all are to an emotional dog mum! What a truly special team of people!

We have been so pleased with the service we have got from Village Vet over the last year. The staff at our local branch (Ealing) are all extremely friendly and helpful, and know our cats by name. When they are busy we are able to visit the other branch in Chiswick which is really helpful. We also had to take our cat to the emergency branch recently and were equally impressed with the service there. Would highly recommend.

After being a part of two other vet practices—one mainstream and one independent—I can confidently say that Village Vet stands head and shoulders above the rest. The veterinarians here are not only highly skilled but also take the time to engage in genuine, personable conversations, making every visit feel comfortable and reassuring. The receptionists are always warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. The level of customer service and care at Village Vet is unmatched. I wouldn’t trust my pets with anyone else!

We recently needed to see the vet as an emergency when our cat was involved in a fight. The receptionist was extremely helpful and the vet fitted us in before afternoon consultations. The surgery followed this up with a telephone call the next day. Excellent service.

We had our first appointment with our recently rehomed cat today. Prior to this I had called and spoken to reception twice who were super helpful both times, I was a bit confused about our cats vaccine history and they really went above and beyond to check it over with a vet for us. We saw Nina today who was wonderful and provided us with advice, answered our questions as well as checked over our cat who was quite nervous but Nina was great with her. The Wolfe pack membership is an excellent option and we are really happy to have found such a lovely vets. Thank you!!✨

Switched to here a few months ago. Everyone I've met who works here is really nice, caring, friendly and helpful (to both humans and animals) and my dog is always excited to come. They explain everything well, they make you feel welcome and comfortable and very obviously all love animals. The most major thing we've had to do was get our dog spayed which all went very smoothly and she recovered really quickly (thankyou George 😊) I trust them so much more and feel more comfortable than the last vets we were at and believe my dog does too.

Very happy to recommend Wolfe vets to anyone. Our dog suffers from an immune disorder so we are unfortunately needing more visits to the vets than average! Despite seemingly high staff turnover, the level of care has remained consistently very high and I never have to worry about booking with a certain vet as they keep meticulous records and make sure they are up to date before you even walk in to an appointment. Owning a dog made of paper can be really stressful but if I have to leave him for surgery or an overnight stay I always leave knowing he’s in the best hands possible.

Mayow practice was recommended on my local Greyhound group and I registered very easily and quickly. My hound has been very poorly and was treated by another practice as I was out of London. I felt very reassured during our consultation with Alice that she knew what Lenny needed immediately and how this could be achieved. She literally had him eating out of her hand and he had eaten very little in the preceding days so that was a wonderful thing to witness. He is not out of the woods but hopefully on the road to recovery. The staff definitely have a soft spot for greyhounds!

We had the best experience today at Mayow Veterinary surgery. Our greyhound ripped her dew claw on a walk and they saw us immediately. The vet, Alex was fantastic. He was incredibly kind and gave her the best care. He also gave us a lesson in how to get a fussy dog to take a pill! The nurse, Kate was also great as were the friendly and very welcoming receptionists, Toni and Vanessa. All round a great experience and we were so grateful to get the claw removed and the paw bandaged so quickly. Thank you!

This vets is superb. All the staff are kind to both pets and owners, experienced and knowledgeable and really respectful. The veterinary Magda has cared for our cats since they were kittens and we have followed her as she moved jobs. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

A great vet practice! Reception staff are very helpful and accommodating. The vets are very caring. They even have parking!

We have seen many vets and nurses here in the 7 months so far with our puppy, and every visit is an absolute delight. Our puppy Biscuit is always fussed over and receives so much love and care. Would absolutely recommend. Also in the instances we can’t get a short notice appointment, you can always go to the nearest other branch and all files are shared. Same with the nearby emergency out of hours hospital. Can’t fault it. Lovely lovely staff.
