Fernside have been extremely helpful & dependable with always giving good medication & accurate check-ups for my now-late dog. They always had a solution to a problem for me and had great communication with providing eye drops for my local chemist, and switching them out for others when required. Very welcoming and friendly staff who are always great to talk to. They gave us everything we needed from the start to the end

We recently had to take our cat Luna to Fernside Veterinary Centre as she had been hit by a car. Sadly we had to say goodbye to Luna which is heartbreaking for us! And our chocolate Lab who misses her dearly . From the very first frantic phone call to the day we picked Luna up to take home and Bury in our garden, every single member of the practice couldn't do enough for us! Absolutely amazing! Honestly! Professional! Caring! Thank you so much each and everyone of you! Absolutely 100% amazing people! Thank you! .

I've been coming to this vet for over 25 years. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Robyn and Fiona are both brilliant vets wiith first class knowledge . Nothing is too much for them. Both Cade and Sue who are the first point of contact always make sure you feel heard. Over the last few weeks I have had some challenges with my dogs and Cade in this instance has helped me tremendously. We joined Village Vet after poor experience at another local vet. We are so happy we did, the team truly care about our ragdoll cats Theo & Cleo. Theo was neutered and is back to his happy self one day later. The receptionist is wonderful and so kind, as well as the nurse. The information and service provided is the highest standard. Danny the vet is amazing and everything you would want when it comes to treating your precious pets.

Amazing Vet Nurses and outstanding chief vet, Danny Parry, without whom we would not be using the practice. We are blessed with another dog, following the passing of our previous girl last year, and throughout the last 15+ years, Danny and co. have been brilliant, compassionate and caring.

I can’t thank the team enough for their incredible care and professionalism. Dr. K is truly amazing—he genuinely cares and takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, no matter how many I have. My dog absolutely loves Dr. K too, which says so much about how kind and gentle he is. The entire team is so polite, kind, and caring. Couldn’t recommend the place enough. Our dog Charlie has been a patient here for almost 4 years now and we always feel welcomed, very comfortable with the team and Charlie has been always well taken care of. As a French bulldog he gets all sorts of issues and I’m absolutely amazed by the amount of knowledge that Dr K has. Starting with diagnosing a very rare autoimmune condition 4 years ago and finishing off with recently having a tooth extracted. The amount of care, empathy and attention to details from Dr K, Hina and the rest of the team is something that we never even dreamt of. Thank you on behalf of Charlie 🥰

My dog Rudy has been a loyal customer of this vet for 2 years. Everyone at Triage Vets is very friendly, considerate and personable. From before we get our puppy, the guidance on vaccination, to his food diet, and other minor ailments luckily, Dr K and Hina are very helpful in explaining the reasoning behind in a simple way for pet parents. We would highly recommend this vet to everyone!

The entire team of Triage Vets is amazing, friendly, well informed and highly considerate. The reception is so kind and have such good knowledge. Nurse Hina is really sweet, smart and quick. Dr K is the best vet, who listens to every single query patiently and suggests the best approach. Overall its the best place and my cat has never been dramatic here as she was at the previous vets.

I cannot praise Triage Vets enough. The vet is exceptionally knowledgeable and clever and never fails to return my pets to good health. The receptionists are fantastic too and give their customers a truly efficient, friendly and personal service.

Chose this vet after seeing the Google reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Alan was lovely with our puppy for her first vet visit and spent double the appointment slot to provide information and answer our questions. Puppy left more relaxed than when we arrived. Really happy I chose this vet, even though it isn’t the closest one to me.

Brilliant vets! Have been with them for many years and they are highly skilled. I always recommend them. Dom, Alan and Gav ( as well as Ash in the past) are such good and caring Vets. You cannot get any more kind and knowledgeable Vets. The surgery works so well as the nurses there are so fab too, Kim and Mia are just a few of the lovely ones working there always trying to find appointments for you, keeping you calm and so supportive . I had all my dogs spayed there and some other procedures done at this great Vet.( Toggles just a few days ago) not only I know the OP is done by the best (Dom) but also the aftercare is amazing, fast callback after the OP, clear instructions. You always get written advice and a call back if all is ok. You will always be reminded via text when the next appointment is. Just a very perfect setting with amazing Vets. Most of all I love that all my dogs love the Vets. I love seeing how they give them not only the utmost medical care but also the cuddles and love .Thank you to all of you, Dom for being such a great Vet, and also Alan for helping us by going the extra mile when we were in desperate need for help with travel. After my dog pinched and swallowed the plastic netting from a joint of beef my regular vet couldn’t fit him in. Blackheath vets came to the rescue and saw him immediately. The kind staff helped him to be sick and he soon brought it back much to my relief. I really recommend this vet practice. Lovely friendly can-do staff and vets

We’ve been with this vet for over two years now, and it’s hands down the best veterinary practice we’ve ever visited. Before finding them, we tried a few other clinics, but none compared to the level of care and professionalism here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the vet is amazing—always happy to help and genuinely caring about the animals. We’re so grateful to have found them!

I have always had such a great experience with medivet temple fortune. The staff are just amazing everyone so friendly. Appointments are easy to get and I feel like my dog is always in the best hands with them. My dog also loves the sofa :) Could not recommend more!

My cat had bacteria infection around gum area and I went to see vet in this branch. The medicine they gave me worked well on my cat. During this consultation, they suggested to do a dental surgery to clean my cat's teeth. During this follow up treatment, nurse called me urgently and suggested to remove one tooth as well. Although removing one tooth came as a surprise, overall the treatment went very well and my cat recovered quickly. Price is reasonable in my view and clinics helped me claim from insurance afterwards in a timely manner. Vet in this clinic is professional in my view and all medicine recommended are very good ones. The only improvement is that a trainee nurse perhaps should not mention Medivet health plan during an urgent call in the middle of my cat surgery. However, it is a very small point. Overall, I recommend this clinic as staff are friendly, professional and caring your furry friends.

Mina is the best vet in London! She doesn’t do this for money but really helping the animals! 😍 For the rest of the local vets our friends are simply a business but not for her! Mina is one in a million vet...she is totally devoted to animals and has such a natural, caring way with them. We have a very large Borzoi ( Russian Wolfhound ) called Hendrix and she is just wonderful with him..Highly recommend this lovely lady and very professional vet.

All three of my cats are seen at this vet practice. The staff are welcoming kind and friendly, very helpful too! My cat recently hurt his leg was infected, I called in the morning was offered an appointment in the afternoon my cat was seen on time and we were back home in half an hour! Exceptional service, so glad the practice is 5 mins away from my house☺️

Dr. Dario Ambrogio is the best doctor I have ever met in all the time I've had a dog and used veterinary services. His exceptional professionalism and the kindest heart in the world are how I would describe this doctor in two words. I just added a new house girl kitten to the family so our boy Leo is a big brother. I didn’t have the best experience at Leo’s vets on a couple of occasions, more predominantly after his castration, and it had lead him to be ridiculously nervous. To the point of salivating everywhere, his fur would be everywhere, and he was ridged! Then once home he would pant and be stressed for an hr. So when my husband and I seen the new vets and read about it, sounded like the dream place. I can confirm it absolutely more than is! The owner and vet is so thoughtful with the layout, atmosphere and appointment approach. The level of care, attention and empathy is just incredible. And every other member of the team I’ve met from vets to receptionist are so genuinely lovely passionate and interested. Once home my beautiful Scottish fold it’s so much more relaxed. I highly recommend this vets. I cannot thank you enough for being the best with our fur babies ❤️ Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I'm so thankful to everyone at Elizavet! We were sent to Dario after 3 weeks of worrying symptoms, where my dog was quickly diagnosed and operated on that day. I was so anxious during this and the recovery period as he was in a bad way, but Dario, Arietta and the whole team were all so lovely, knowledgeable and professional. They answered my millions of questions and concerns, and I really felt like Bowser was in the best hands. And the scars from the op look amazing and neat. My only criticism is that they are not that local to me, and now I'm going to have to travel an hour every time we need a vet because I'm not sure I can trust anyone else! Massive thanks to you all. Bowser is getting back to his bouncy and happy self. You saved my little guy's life and we are all incredibly grateful ❤️

Took a cat my sister found wandering late last night in Palmeston Rd. These vets could not have been more helpful. Lovely calm atmosphere, and they went above and beyond to trace the cat's owner from the unregistered chip, as well as checking her over, feeding her, and settling her into their cattery whilst they wait to hear from her owner, via the vet that chipped her. Really very impressed with their care. Am considering moving from my own vets to these vets. First class.

We originally came to Pawvet in an emergency, because of their out-of-hours service, when our dog broke her toe. We were in a total state, but Rinat and her team really took care of Luna, and us, both during the immediate event and throughout the long recovery period. We switched to them as our regular vet, and we couldn't be more happy with the care they offer. Everyone who works at Pawvet is calm and kind, and they really get to know the animals they look after. We totally trust them to look after Luna, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

My Lab was spayed (Keyhole/Laparoscopy) here recently and I cannot speak more highly of the service and treatment she received. Exceptional doesn’t even come close to my rating of the team at Holders Hill. Phil Barr is simply amazing-having been to many money grabbing vets practices who push treatment for sadly a material gain, Phil is a rare exception. He treats with compassion, honesty and respect of not only his clients but owners too. My 5 * review extends of course to Nicky and the rest of the supporting team who my 2 spaniels adore. For 2 dogs to beeline to their vets practice on a walk speaks volumes. They simply love it there. Thankyou for all you do to make my boys well and happy.

Great team who I trust with my pets. I have dealt with 3 vets whilst attending the practice over the last 2 years, and I have had really positive experiences with all three (Phil, Nathan and Sandrine). They are currently assisting with relocating our dogs to Australia (the regulatory process is a nightmare) and they have been knowledgeable and super helpful. Anna on reception is a wonder with both her customer service and how she treats the patients.
