Mina and her team are excellent, they have always responded to emergencies with quick, helpful and practical treatment & advice swell as being caring & kind. Feel like the animals welfare is the priority rather than profit or upselling which is a rare thing these days. I always leave feeling reassured that my cat is in safe hands. Thank you.

Mina is the best vet in London! She doesn’t do this for money but really helping the animals! 😍 For the rest of the local vets our friends are simply a business but not for her! We visited her with my Spooky for his vaccinations, neutering and other issues and she was always ready to book and seen us soon even though she is extremely busy! Thank you!

“We came to Dr. Richard’s surgery for the first time in 2021, when my Tobbi (Bichon Frise) was 12 years of age. He was suffering from adenoma growing and bleeding near his rear end. We visited a few vets before we found Dr. Richard and they all were giving us different reasons not to do the operation, like age thing, difficult area, for some of them it was a challenge. But when we came to Dr. Richard, he had a look and without any hesitation and with an absolute confidence he said “Yes, I can do that” And he did a perfect job. It was such a happiness to see our little cutie pie playing and running again. Unfortunately Tobbi's condition is a recurring benign adenomas issue and we have to come to Dr. Richard to remove new adenomas when they appear. The danger of the operation on this area that the dog can become faecally incontinent, but thanks to Dr. Richard’s skills, our Tobbi is still ok after having several operations on this area. Dr. Richard is a very skilled surgeon, he always gives us the right advice and he does perfect internal stitches, which are not visible, no need to look after, the wound is clean and not bleeding compared to external stitches. All the stuff we met at Arc Vet - receptionist Jasmine, nurse, they are always very helpful, friendly and caring. We live far away, in West London, but we are willing to come to Arc Vet because of the professionals who work here.”

“I have been with Hills for 35 years and have seen the changes over that time. Veterinary practices have had to change to cope with increased pet ownership and the difficulties with recruitment Issues of cost constantly crop up but they are honestly one of the most priced vets in the area. Vet care IS expensive, but you would be paying a lot more at a 'chain' vet. My dog recently had to have emergency surgery for a huge tumour. He had several issues with post op recovery and then from difficult wound healing. Over a 6 week period we must have had about 15 appointments which included day care for intravenous antibiotics and laser treatment for wound healing. I was charged for the drugs only and nothing else. The care and commitment they showed was above and beyond.”

“I don’t often leave reviews but I felt compelled to do in this situation. My dog has had a plethora of issues over the past 9 months, which has resulted in various tests, trying new meds, diets etc. It was truly a horrible experience to endure. The entire staff, and most notably, the always upbeat and incredibly intelligent Dr Nina Bolger have been exceptional in the care and support provided to get Archie back to normal and putting my mind at ease along the way. Thank you all!”

“I just wanted to praise and acknowledge the wonderful care we have received at Elizabeth Street Vets over the last few weeks. We first visited when our cat, Isabella, was asked to be a blood donor. Although we arrived late in the evening, and the team were clearly dealing with a lot of emergencies, we were treated with complete kindness and courtesy, and so we had no qualms about leaving her overnight until the procedure could be safely completed, knowing she would be in very safe hands. Unprompted, we then received a phone call the next morning from the vet to update us on progress which was so appreciated. She returned again 4 days later for the same procedure and both times came home relaxed and clearly well cared for. Our most significant interaction was last Sunday when we again arrived late in the evening to re-home Harvey, a c. 5 week old orphan kitten (who had been the recipient of Isabella’s blood donation). The team could not have been more helpful and patient, answering our many questions about the best care for him, providing us with emergency numbers and food to ensure his first night would be as smooth as possible. I genuinely don’t think we would have been confident enough to take him home without their support. Within 5 days he went from 410g to 570g, is already part of the family, and we are so grateful we had the courage to take him home with all their help! Special shout out to Kerry and Megan who fought for Harvey’s right to have a life in the first place and were relentless in their efforts to save him - we will be forever grateful.”
