The best vets you’ll come across. In the last couple of months they have accommodated emergency visits, followed up with calls to see how our bulldog is and offered further advice free of charge. My dogs are in excellent care. Recently my 13 year old dog had to have a serious surgery, and came out perfectly healthy and cared for. The vets kept us updated all throughout and could not have been in better care. We trust these Vets completely.

I would happily recommend Pet People to you. Ian and the whole team went above and beyond to take care of our little ferret Squashie. They had the most friendly reception team we have dealt with to book her in and greet us. Our vet, Ian, took the time to explain the pathology and care options available to us. We felt reassured and comforted by his approach. The tech and equipment on site is impressive, with their own CT scanner. We were walked through the initial findings within an hour of her consult.

Thank you so much for make us feel relaxed and giving us the time, space and attention through Hendrix's procedure.Him being a sharpei always make me anxious at vets but since we stepped into the surgery this morning we have been plesently surprised.The team has shown so much care , efficiency and love next to the bonus which is the lower cost than expected I cannot recommend them enough. I have a difficult breed and they found the perfect tone and way with him within seconds and managed to easy my and his stress perfectly.We are not afraid to go to the vets anymore, infact we look forward to it - no stress for our Hendrix and no stress for our pocket :) Great follow up pre and post op!

For transparency, I am associated with Pet People, as I work closely with them as a canine behaviourist, with surgeries out of their Richmond branch one day a week. But I just have to comment after a brilliant appointment today. Firstly, it’s fantastic to be able to have appointments on a Sunday, and at the same prices as any other time. It has really taken a weight off my mind to have seen a vet today and got tests done- and I should get results today too! The whole team, Customer Care Advisor, Tom, Vet, Amy, and Nurse, Lauren were thorough whilst being thoughtful and kind with me and my dog. They walked the talk about making the experience as fear free for my dog as possible, really taking my thoughts on board about how she would best be handled. When you’ve had a tough, emotional week with your dog’s health, a listening, kind, open-minded, professional vet makes all the difference to how you feel. It’s incredible to get blood test results the same day, on a Sunday too, and beyond what I was expecting.

From the moment we brought Benji home, Pet People has been our go-to. I was searching for an independent vet, and their personalized care is truly outstanding. The entire team is incredibly kind and compassionate and Benji truly enjoys going in for his checkups!Their family plan with unlimited consultations has been incredibly valuable allowing me to easily address any concerns I have about Benji's health, no matter how small. Highly recommend as I've been coming here with my 2 cats plus new kitten for 3 years. You get a warm welcome from everyone. Alice is lovely and has made me feel at ease and more importantly my 3 are comfortable. We recently had to have our family dog Milo put to sleep as he was poorly and Alice gave us all options while comforting us. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you all for being so kind ❤️

Top notch practice, with staff that genuinely care. Recommended both via a friend that uses, but also through a fellow practitioner. Our Schnauzer had several teeth extracted but was back to her usual antics that same day. Doug gives no nonsense advice, and is a reminder of how good veterinary care can be.

They saved my cat's eye sight. They have laboratory facilities. They acted promptly with a great communication with us. So Poppy's eyes were saved. Douglas was kind, cared and knowledgeable. He answered to lots of our questions patiently. His answers and explanations made total sense. When we spend hundreds of pounds and hours to help our pets, we want to understand. He is the best. We are so glad shortly before the incident, we left a famous large chain of vet as we were very unhappy. A vet was ok but she left. The problem was that they had several vets including visitor vets. Poppy was seen by different one each time. The last one was so dry and uninterested.

My 18 month old pup can't walk past the vets without wanting to go in. She's always so warmly greeted and looked after so kindly. Even a day after her spay she wanted to go back, tail wagging. I can't compare to other vets as we dont have experience elsewhere, but I always feel she's well looked after and happy here, and the staff without exception are wonderful.

I joined pet people when they first opened in East Sheen and now am thrilled to have the Richmond branch. The atmosphere is lovely and chilled so the dogs are very relaxed (and as always spoilt when they visit!). It’s also wonderful knowing the vets from East Sheen and meeting new faces. My cat also has serious vet anxiety and I have had some bad experiences with vets and so I looked for a home visit. I was worried that my cat would have to be restrained and I was dreading it. But Tony was so brilliant, we worked together and the cat didn't even notice the 3 injections he got. Our 21 year old cat Pepsi was having little bit of trouble and we didn't want to take her to a vet as this might cause her unnecessary stress. We went looking for vets to come to our home and found Tony. After reaching out to Tony he contacted us and promptly arranged a time to come around. After arriving at our home we immediately knew our cat was in good hands, he really cares about animals and wants what is best for them. He treated our cat with expert care, gave us great advice and supplied us with all the necessary supplies to continue caring for our cat. He also happily answered our questions over the phone at a later date. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tony for all your mobile vet needs. All round amazing vet!

Highly recommend Tony. Sadly we had to say goodbye to our 15 year old yorkie Tilly yesterday which is never a nice experience but Tony helped make the situation as easy as it could possibly be. He is excellent with both the animals and the family, very caring and compassionate. He ensured everyone was comfortable and he was very informative about what happens at each step so there were no surprises. Tilly passed over peacefully and pain free surrounded by her family at home. Honestly couldn’t recommend Tony enough, truly lovely guy.

We honestly can't rate Tony highly enough: he turned up the same day within just a few hours when I rang out of the blue and did a home visit for our elderly cat, a mostly blind/deaf rescue called Mr Pod who was at the end of his many years. You can tell this man genuinely loves animals and he treats them with the best of respect and dignity and lets you know all options every step of the way. Thank you Tony from both of us and a much loved cat now at painfree peace.

We had to say goodbye to our beloved bulldog at 12 years 7 months old. Tony was excellent both in coming out to visit beforehand and reassure our daughter when he was first ill. He came to put Mickey to sleep and was so compassionate and kind. He made a very sad time incredibly special and we are very grateful for that. Absolutely 100% recommended.

Having had bad experiences with another vet in Twickenham I had only heard excellent reviews from Kings Street Veterinary and they didn’t disappoint. Unfortunately my beautiful 12 year old cat had reached the end stage of his life and had to be put to rest. Although an awful experience watching your beloved pet pass on it was made slightly easier as they treated him with dignity and care till the end and the staff genuinely cared. Unbelievably we got a beautiful bouquet of flowers today with a card from the team. Really wish I had chosen King Street Vet when they opened, I highly recommend them.

How lucky we were for Kings Street Vets to be our puppy’s first vet experience! We are so grateful to meet such incredible, caring and kind team, who took such amazing care of our little fur baby in the last year.
