I joined pet people when they first opened in East Sheen and now am thrilled to have the Richmond branch. The atmosphere is lovely and chilled so the dogs are very relaxed (and as always spoilt when they visit!). It’s also wonderful knowing the vets from East Sheen and meeting new faces. Really highly recommended it’s a great addition to have. Thanks as always to all of you for everything you do for both my dogs!

Best vet experience I’ve had so far in my many years of having pets! Super friendly team, very efficient and easy to get appointments and prescriptions. Team has been very adaptable to the needs of my anxious doggo and supportive through my rescue process.

The best vet practice we have ever been to! Outstanding care for our elderly dog who loves going there(she has never liked going to the vets before)! Very professional staff who clearly love animals and have their best interests at heart.

Thank goodness for Pet People Richmond. My dog was vomiting a lot and very much not himself with the Christmas holidays fast approaching. I got a same day appointment with amazing vet Amy. Calm, kind, considered and extremely competent, my gentle old soul is now back to his lovely self! They are a really lovely practice and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Switched to here a few months ago. Everyone I've met who works here is really nice, caring, friendly and helpful (to both humans and animals) and my dog is always excited to come. They explain everything well, they make you feel welcome and comfortable and very obviously all love animals. The most major thing we've had to do was get our dog spayed which all went very smoothly and she recovered really quickly (thankyou George 😊) I trust them so much more and feel more comfortable than the last vets we were at and believe my dog does too.

Absolutely brilliant experience with the lovely people at Wolfe. My little baby (miniature Schnauzer) Have been sick with blood present in it, I rushed her to Wolfe And they were incredibly reassuring, knowledgeable, professional and they made me feel much more relaxed about the situation. My dog was with them for two days and they took great care of her. Doctor Alonso What’s the person We spoke with the most. He was absolutely lovely. My dog has been recovering well all thanks to the lovely people here. It is a very impressive vet hospital, they have great communication from the moment you get there and they want nothing other than the best for your pet.

Very happy to recommend Wolfe vets to anyone. Our dog suffers from an immune disorder so we are unfortunately needing more visits to the vets than average! Despite seemingly high staff turnover, the level of care has remained consistently very high and I never have to worry about booking with a certain vet as they keep meticulous records and make sure they are up to date before you even walk in to an appointment. Owning a dog made of paper can be really stressful but if I have to leave him for surgery or an overnight stay I always leave knowing he’s in the best hands possible.

Every time I visit this vets the person on the desk is always so jolly and smiley. The vet and nurses are very caring and professional. Rusty had a grass seed in his ear and was very uncomfortable, the professionals at the vets made him feel at ease and made him feel better very quickly. Great service.

A bit of effort by phone paid off with a Monday morning offer of same-day appointment for "urgent care" that wasn't quite an emergency. We're new clients. The vet was superb, identified the likely source of my dog's paw injury and offered pain and antibiotic meds immediately. If you have an urgent matter that might not strictly be an emergency, it's worth it to ring on the emergency line and request a fast appointment. We're so relieved and very happy with Dr. Lockwood's professionalism, sharp eyes and warmth.

We were helped with our end of life care for our cat. The staff were so kind, so compassionate and were so patient with us at this difficult time. We took our new kitten for his first vaccination the vet was so good with him and ensured we were familiar with what was happening. Would definitely recommend this veterinary clinic

I can not thank Rhiannon, the vet and Alex the nurse who helped me with my final appointment with my cat Ivy who sadly had to be put to sleep. The care and compassion at my appointment and just everything made her passing peaceful and though I was upset at the time, my reflection of the day was one of her having a good death. I also received a heartfelt condolence card and paw print 🐾 which I shall treasure.... I have other cats and I always have a good experience here. Can not recommend highly enough.

Without a doubt, the best vet clinic we have ever visited. After bringing our bloodhound in as an emergency, they cleared their schedule, performed a life saving emergency procedure and have supported us through his recovery. Without the vets and technicians at this clinic, our best friend wouldn't be with us today, we are truly grateful to everyone involved. Everyone is very kind, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. We highly recommend them for all your pet care needs. Rania, we will never forget what you and the team did for us that night. Charlotte and Emma, thank you for all your support. Words cannot express how happy we are with Chiswick Village vet. Our pets won't be going anywhere else.

I can’t recommend Village Vet in Chiswick enough! My dog, Cookie, has always been exceptionally well cared for by the entire team. After having some truly awful experiences with other clinics in the past, finding Village Vet has been a blessing. From the friendly reception staff to the dedicated nurses, and especially the amazing Rania, I have complete trust in their love and care for my furry baby. Even after moving away from Chiswick, I continue to bring Cookie back for any issues, no matter how “minor” I might think they are. Don’t be swayed by some of the fancier clinics that seem more focused on your wallet than on genuine care. Village Pet truly stands out for their compassion and commitment to your pet’s well-being. Thank you, Village Vet, for everything you do!

This vet practice is brilliant. I always feel like the vet genuinely cares about animals. She's great with the chaos of my 3 dogs, and I always leave fully understanding what I need to do treatment wise. Just wish I could have a whole year where 1 of my dogs didn't need to see a vet, but that's what I get with 1 old dog and one drama queen dog.

My dog is a patient at the Ealing branch, but on a couple of occasions we've been referred to the Chiswick one instead and on both situations we've come away feeling extremely grateful. The the vets, surgeons, nurses and receptionists at this practice are truly knowledgeable and extremely kind and patient. From making you a lovely cup of tea to explaining costs in great details, nothing is ever too much for them. We've very lucky to be local to them.

Bearded Dragon Sif - who is one of my Creature Companions at only 3+ years in age, did very much die of exhaustion from drowning recently, I did all that I could in reviving her to a conscience state and felt very sad that she was dying... I called CJ Hall Vets team - they were the only hope that Sif had for any immediate examination, and I will always appreciate to that end the endeavours that each and every one of them put effort into, to ensuring that not only did the Human Companion grow happy with the outstanding professional medical services delivered - BUT that the Creature Companion was put first, and I trust CJ Hall Vets for this very said reason. Again and again - thanks plenty CJ Hall Vets, you guys are AWESOME and you all ROCK too ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Sif and Jermaine xxx

Really thorough veterinary examination for my sick ferret. The vet is clearly an expert in exotic species and they go all out to do the best for your pet. Where most vets would just offer antibiotics for a chest infection, Matthew offered lots of diagnostic tests to rule out something more serious and even did some dental work while the ferret was unconscious anyway. If you don't have insurance and just want your pet to be treated asap for a reasonable cost, this is not the vet for you as it's really expensive. However if you want human-level healthcare for an exotic pet then 100% this is the place.

Can't recommend enough. My rabbit had an abscess and needed surgery, unfortunately, they couldn't remove it all and a month later her leg needed to be amputated. As my rabbit was feisty I couldn't do the post-surgery care by myself and they boarded her and took amazing care of her and let her husbun stay with her for emotional support for free. I am devastated that I moved out and need to change vets as I doubt I will find someone as gentle and professional for my fur babies.

Churchill and I saw Matthew this morning he took the time to answer my questions listened to me and then gave clear answers. No hard sell just care and you could clearly see he knew what he was doing. Thank you we will see you next year for our pre winter check 🐢

Had to bring our dog in for hge as we wanted 24 hour care. The Medivet staff were fantastic. Kept me updated via phone and email (when I couldn't wait for updates). The price was more reasonable than expected. At every point of treatment options were discussed for comfort and clarity. Very reassuring experience when I was so worried. Happy to have Molly back with the pack on the road to recovery. I cannot thank Clara and the team enough.

Our experience of Medivet Richmond was entirely positive after our dog ate a whole mince pie and had to stay in the vet hospital overnight on a drip. We were seen quickly and communication on her progress was great. She is fully recovered and I feel reassured by having Medivet Richmond available 24/7 for such emergencies.

Very friendly and professional service. Reception very welcoming and no waiting around for the appointment. Plenty of time with the vet to discuss the issue, along with sensitive and caring handling of my rescue cat. And there is usually parking outside!

Always took the time to explain everything/options clearly and handled our sensitive rescue dog brilliantly. A happy doggie!
