A bit of effort by phone paid off with a Monday morning offer of same-day appointment for "urgent care" that wasn't quite an emergency. We're new clients. The vet was superb, identified the likely source of my dog's paw injury and offered pain and antibiotic meds immediately. If you have an urgent matter that might not strictly be an emergency, it's worth it to ring on the emergency line and request a fast appointment. We're so relieved and very happy with Dr. Lockwood's professionalism, sharp eyes and warmth.
Amazing vets! My puppy Peanut had suspected heatstroke and they managed to see me 20 minutes after I rang them. The vet was very nice, reassuring and informative (sorry I didn’t get her name). I was really worried and they made me and Peanut feel way better and she is now home and acting normal, I’m so relieved!
We were helped with our end of life care for our cat. The staff were so kind, so compassionate and were so patient with us at this difficult time. We took our new kitten for his first vaccination the vet was so good with him and ensured we were familiar with what was happening. Would definitely recommend this veterinary clinic
I can not thank Rhiannon, the vet and Alex the nurse who helped me with my final appointment with my cat Ivy who sadly had to be put to sleep. The care and compassion at my appointment and just everything made her passing peaceful and though I was upset at the time, my reflection of the day was one of her having a good death. I also received a heartfelt condolence card and paw print 🐾 which I shall treasure....
I have other cats and I always have a good experience here. Can not recommend highly enough.
