This is a great Vet practice. All the staff are calm and assuring, and clearly love to see the animals. Special thanks to the vets we see, they always provide the best care and keep you informed all the way.

Had to take our cat to Medivet Biggin Hill recently. Staff were brilliant, very caring, very involved with the cat’s problems and wanting to help him as much as possible. The vet we saw, and all staff, couldn’t do enough for our cat, and described in detail what the problem was, and what procedure they were intending to carry out, and possible ongoing issues. The vet and staff have been monitoring the cat through the week, and showed total commitment to his wellbeing. He’s had to return to the vet for further treatment, but we are hopeful of a good outcome. We cannot thank the vets and all staff enough for their commitment to making our cat better. My dog recently had treatment at Vets for Pets Beckenham for a cyst. Dzuni and her team were a pleasure to deal with. From initial consultation all the way through to the operation and aftercare, they were caring, compassionate and knowledgeable.

As a colleague and a client I couldn’t be happier with my both my cats care here with Dzuni and the team! They both have chronic health conditions and Dzuni and is always the first to work out which treatment works best and able to fit them in anytime with her schedule. Highly recommend.

Took my cat to Beckenham Vets for Pets. Dr Dzuni was so knowledgeable and explained everything well. The ladies at reception were lovely too. Nola is back to her normal self.

100% recommend! Dzuni was amazing with our dog who had broken her cruciate ligament. She is really knowledgeable & is great with the animals. You can see she really cares about her patients. Luna has severe anxiety & Dzuni made a special effort to befriend her & make her feel comfortable. After Luna’s surgery, she became very anxious & agitated & dzuni allowed me to come & be with her as she came round to ensure she remained as calm as possible. The nurses & receptionists are also really nice.

After going to our normal vet and was told are dog needed surgery and it was going to cost 10 grand. We decided to get a second opinion. We phoned vet after vet and finally come across the ark.. We spoke to Charles and he agreed to see belle, the best decision we made. The surgery was done the week after costing us a fraction of the price, the after care has been brilliant and is still going on. Any concern we have had he has seen her within hours or the next morning. All the staff there have been friendly and helpful. When you go there it does not feel like it's all about the money but the dogs (Or animals) best interest..

Superb place Charles is a diamond. Alan I've only dealt with once but is also quality. All the ladies that work there are superb. An exceptional vets...very helpful and understanding...can't fault them.

Saw my cat as an emergency (when I phoned 3 other places including my own vets my family and I have used for 20 years) The vet went above and beyond, knew exactly what my cat needed and got the job done!! Very fairly priced! Even though it’s not an ideal location RE parking I will now be returning for all routine appointments and have recommended this practice to friends and family. I also thought the receptionist was very warm, friendly and ensured my cat was seen to! One very happy cat and owner!

I can’t recommend this wonderful vet clinic enough. We are First time dog owners and their staff and vets always have time to answer our many questions as overly worrying first time dog parents !

Always take my fur babe here for vaccinations, vet and nurses are very friendly. Easy to book, reasonable price too. Plenty of parking outside of Eden park station

Over the course of many years we took our cats here to be treated, always had great availability for emergency’s and whenever you would call the lovely ladies on reception give some great advice while you wait for your appointment etc. the whole team are so lovely welcoming & friendly. We recently had to say goodbye to one of our cats and the team were just amazing In making us feel relaxed and comfort we were doing the right thing. The lovely receptionist even asked the delivery man outside could he be as quiet as he can because our elderly cat was just inside the door waiting for her appointment. So affordable will definitely bring all pets here ! Thanks team x

We have been using the vet at Eden Park for many years and have always found them to be empathetic caring for our first cat until the end and now for our second cat. I concur with the other comments. The vet is friendly and down to earth. Costs are fair and we have never been encouraged to buy extras. I am delighted to recommend their services.

Such a lovely vets! They have been seeing my Cat Bella since she was a kitten, they were brilliant with her from the day we first took her there and so caring. Bella was unfortunately given to me at 6 weeks old and wasn’t the healthiest but they brought her back to life and checked up on her with phone calls to see how she was. They really are so caring and brilliant with the animals in their care. I couldn’t recommend enough

Our rescue dog recently attended her annual visit for vaccine and check up. This is her third/fourth visit here, the first was during the covid period where she had to go in alone with the staff. As she had only been with us a short time and a reactive rescue we were probably as nervous as she was. She was fine and behaved for the staff. This latest visit she had a tender abdomen which appeared to be due to her glands. She was unusually reactive when having them emptied, (no dog probably enjoys this anyway), especially if it’s making you a little more uncomfortable than usual. The vet remained very calm and patient with her and suggested ways to calm her before future visits over a period of time to desensitise her. The vet remained professional throughout the consultation and considered the anxiety levels in our dog before proceeding with the next check, never making us feel like the appointment was taking too long and suggesting resources that may be useful as owners of a rescue dog. Taking on a rescue is never easy as they can be unpredictable. You never know how badly they have been mis-treated in the past and are constantly learning new triggers for them. Vet on the hill takes your pet at face value and shows them the same care and respect as a dog without ‘issues’, making you as the owner feel more relaxed on a visit.

We have experienced excellent, personal service from the surgery. They have looked after three of our previous dogs even to the extent of looking after us the owners.
