I brought my cat Coco here for a spay last week. The vet was amazing and he explained everything about the procedure and was kind, patient and caring. The staff also called me the next day to check how Coco was doing and she is back to her normal self now! The reception staff are also amazing. Couldn't be happier. I am so pleased this will be our regular local vet now. My puppies will also be attending for their regular care.5 stars!!

My dog’s petrified of the vet (has even messed herself in fear when she’s there) but Mara the vet was so good with her and made a real fuss of her. Such a knowledgeable, kind vet who listens and cares. Would definitely recommend!

The vets and all the staff here are absolutely brilliant. They always treat the pets and owners so well and even when they're really busy they still take their time with you. I think they could do with one more receptionist to give the lovely receptionist a hand as she's always doing so many things at once and it's a very busy practice but she's still so lovely. Really happy with the service and treatment here.

We brought our timid rescue cat for his booster jabs. He doesn’t like car journeys and this is so much nearer than Rom Valley Way. The receptionist was really nice. The vet we saw was Ina. She was so lovely. She gave him a thorough check up and he was so calm around her. She clipped his claws too and he seemed so relaxed which was great. Will definitely recommend and will definitely be back with our two other rescue cats when they need their jabs.

Richard and the team have been such an amazing team. We first had our 21 year old Cat lovingly taken care of by them and supported into her senior years and now we have a new puppy. They offer such great information and professional support. We’re always better informed and confident following a visit and they really care about what they do. I would hope this practice and Richard will grow old alongside me and any pets we have in the future so I don’t have to go anywhere else, ever. Richard and the team took great care of our previous cat Dusty until the grand age of 19. Now they are looking out for Pepper who, although being only 2 and a half, had a gum infection and has had most of her teeth extracted over several visits. Today was no exception, we got an emergency appointment for our little chihuahua who was struggling with her breathing, and was given a clear and transparent course of treatment. 5 Stars We’ve been bringing our rescue dog to this veterinary practice for over 5 years, and we can’t recommend them highly enough. The entire practice is exceptionally well-organised and professionally managed, making every visit smooth and stress-free. A special mention has to go to Richard, who is a fantastic asset to the team. He’s incredibly kind, patient, and always takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring we fully understand any treatment or advice. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the animals he looks after, and his calm, compassionate approach puts both pets and owners at ease. Truly 5 star service, had our two guinea pigs stay for a few days & communication was quick, and our girls were groomed and treated with as much care as possible. Can’t recommend enough, if you ever need a boarding service, this is the place, def our go to now.

What can I say about Sleepy Burrows apart from they are life savers! My little rabbit Ronnie was a nightmare with trying to attack my other rabbit Elsa through thier gates. I was afraid he would never bond with her and I would have to give her up or seperate them permanently. After just 5 days with Jemma they are the best of friends and I couldn't be happier. I was worried about leaving them with someone else but Jemma kept me informed with pictures and reassured me all throughout. I couldn't recommend Sleepy Burrows enough - Thank you!

Used sleepy burrows service when i went on a long holiday last year. Jemma took care of them so well and also ensured the needs were met. Also having a bunny with dental issue Jemma made sure the bunny's treatment was done properly and in timely manner. Would definitely recommend them. 👌

Jemma took excellent care of our two Teddy Guinea Pigs. Jemma immediately put us at ease with her professionalism and warmth. We had updates via social media worthy of a photoshoot and the Teddies were returned to us in impeccable health and happiness with a health check completed. They even smelt great. We would highly recommend Sleepy Burrows.

Jemma provided an excellent standard of care for my two guinea pigs while I was away for a week. One of our piggies is on medication and Jemma’s experience and knowledge was amazing. She provided us with regular updates and photos and it was a home from home for them. Jenny and Simone are looking forward to staying at Sleepy Burrows again soon!

Used for the first time with my pocket bull dog with chronic allergies and ear infection. Had an exam his ears cleaned and drops and an injection, and for the first time in months he's settled down. Cannot rate this place enough, vet was great, put me at ease and my dog who was traumatised by his last vet visit was fairly comfortable with him after his ears were clean!!! Brilliant

My cat had broken a tooth so I originally took her to a different vet as it was an emergency they said she needed surgery to have it removed. They gave her meds and antibiotics said to wait till next week to do the surgery. I decided to take her here to see Julian and he was shocked the other vet never mentioned she could not close her mouth as the tooth was in the way. I thought it was just swelling. He said the surgery should be done asap as she must of been so uncomfortable and should be treated as an emergency. He done her surgery the same day and she was back to herself by the evening. You can tell he really cares about the animals and loves what he does. He is so reasonably priced aswell. Highly recommend

Me and my 6 month old puppy had just the most tremendous experience here. He cane in with an upset stomach. I have to say as soon as we left my puppy had felt better. He is so thorough. Truly looks after each dog with so much care. My puppy had no issues as soon as he had left the vet. I also paid much less than I had expected because I was given 2 injections, an IV, deworming tablets and of course the consultations which was thorough. He’s also gentle and although of course my puppy was scared, it was made lesss scary by their care. I have been to vets who could not give a tos about your pets, but here it is so so different. Thank you to Miba vet surgery. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

What a amazing place, Manuel and Mia was just fab, I phoned in a panic, as my 4 year old Cockerpoo had eaten quite a bit of 85% dark chocholate, half hour ago, Mia booked her in straight away, and Manuel was in Surgery, saw me and took her in straight away, gave her a Iv drip and made her sick She bought up lots of chocolate so let’s pray she’s ok Many thanks team🐾🐾🐾

We were seen as an emergency as we were staying in Havering and our vet is in Suffolk. They readily liaised with our vet. Our very poorly elderly dog was treated with professional care and compassion. We phoned in for advice daily with each change of her symptoms. Over the course of 5 days they systematically diagnosed and treated her symptoms. Now, 8 days later everyone is amazed at Dotti's recovery. Thank you to all the team.

SUPERB INDEPENDENT VETERINARY PRACTICE. All the staff are professional, caring and kind to both patients and their owners. Everyone is always polite and welcoming. I feel that I am listened to and never rushed by the vet. The admin team always tries to be accommodating with appointments. My dog has always been seen on the day if I felt he needed to be, which really lowers stress levels when you’re worried about your fur baby.

We had our cat neutered yesterday and all members were very caring and helpful. The vet called us on the way home and let me ask a bunch of questions and answered each one in detail. We have been using Wylie Vets at Upminster for almost six years, although I did go there twenty five years ago as well. Every member of staff is friendly and pleasant, and the service is second to none. There is always someone on the end of the phone for a bit of advice, and I have never had a long wait for an appointment. The vets and nurses are kind and caring, as well as being very knowledgeable. We have taken cats and a dog to the practice, from first kitten checks through surgery to sad goodbyes, and we and our pets have always been treated with the utmost compassion and respect. I would recommend this vet without hesitation.

Sadly we got to know these guys in the worst circumstances, they did all they could to save our little angel. Who only a few hours earlier was living his normal life. I 100% recommend Wylie, for a wonderful, open and honest service, delivered with real heart and compassion.
