I recently broke a tooth and needed an appointment urgently. As my regular dentist was fully booked l took up an appointment with Paul. He put me at ease straight away and explained every point of the procedure as he went along. I needn't have been apprehensive as l felt absolutely nothing. Paul is a very professional dentist and l am nappy to now consider him my dentist.

On Friday, I had a filling done by the brilliant Dr. Paul and his wonderful dental nurse, Rosie, at St. John's, and I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding care and expertise. As someone with extreme dental anxiety, I was dreading the appointment, but their patience and kindness transformed what I feared would be a daunting experience into an unexpectedly positive one. Dr. Paul’s work is nothing short of exceptional. Not only did he replace an old, poorly done filling I’d had since childhood, but he also meticulously rebuilt my tooth to perfection, matching its color so seamlessly that it looks completely natural. I struggled to find the once rotten tooth in my mouth, because the work Dr Paul completed made it indistinguishable from the rest of my healthy teeth. His attention to detail and dedication to achieving the best result left me genuinely amazed. He explained every step of the process with such calmness and clarity that I felt reassured and in the best hands throughout. Rosie was equally phenomenal—her warmth, attentiveness, and constant encouragement made me feel supported and at ease from start to finish. She checked on me regularly, making sure I was comfortable and helping me stay calm during the procedure. Their teamwork and genuine care are truly beyond compare. They didn’t just provide a dental service; they delivered an experience that showed their commitment to both exceptional results and their patients’ well-being. For anyone who feels nervous about visiting the dentist, I cannot recommend Dr. Paul and Rosie highly enough. Their compassion, skill, and dedication make them an outstanding team, and I am deeply grateful for the incredible care I received. Also, another token of thanks to Karen on reception, without her I would not have built the confidence to step through that front door, to treat a tooth ailment that had been bothering me for years, due to dental anxiety Thank you all, I now proudly have a clean bill of dental health, and no anxieties. Karen was extremely helpful and patient in finding an appointment and supporting the future appointments for the treatment plan. Fantastic treatment yesterday at this dentist, was in so much pain with an infected tooth, and Mina removed it for me, she was kind and sympathetic, l am so relieved to be pain free today. My previous NHS dentist was awful will never go back there. From now on I will be going back to Western Road Dental Practice, the treatment I had was superb.

Western Road Dental Practice is honestly fantastic. The staff are all really friendly, helpful and most importantly honest and genuine. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone and this is coming from someone who had a massive phobia of going to the dentist full stop for years but as result of going to the Western Road Dental Practice I now nolonger have this phobia and actually enjoy my visit here.

After being in terrible pain with my wisdom tooth since Tuesday my own dentist (in a different area) said she could not do anything and that she would have to refer me to have the tooth out at hospital as it was to difficult to get to. This could apparently take up to 3 months for an appointment. I put up with the pain for a few days but as the time went on it got so bad. So I looked online and found this dentist with an emergency contact number. I called last night at around 5.45 and spoke to the dentist who told me to come to the surgery at 6.30. The dentist was very kind and reassuring, he done an examination and X-rays then took the tooth out. Literally that quick. It took him about 2 minutes to get the tooth out! My husband was amazed at how good and quick he done it! (he was standing holding my hand) He then explained all the after care and on my way I went. Just over 24 hours later I'm as good as new. Thank you so much to the dentist..... I would say to anyone with a bad tooth, to go and see this dentist. He was so good.... Absolutely fab service!

The best dentist I have ever been to, I have a phobia of going to the dentist to get a tooth extracted which I have been suffering for about 5 years. The dentist was extremely kind, caring and extremely professional, he extracted a very difficult tooth and managed to make feel very calm in a very difficult situation. I’m at home recovering after 24 hours and feel I have made the best decision... I think I have finally found the best dentist, affordable, professional and excellent care. I had a pleasant experience at the Spirit of Excellence. Dr Luyi and Mercy were very welcoming and excellent at putting me at ease! The whole experience from the moment I stepped into the dental practice until I left, was just an easy one! I messaged the mobile number this morning and Mercy booked me in for the evening, as I had a broken tooth which was causing me discomfort. The tooth taken out with ease with Dr Luyi. Went to Stella awhile ago to have a broken wisdom tooth removed with a twisted root I'd been to numerous others dentist none willing to remove because of the root Stella was amazing I couldn't recommend her enough.

This is by far the best Practice I have ever been to. From the reception staff the hygienist the dentist and the cosmetic dentists. My latest treatment by Misbah was composite bonding and the result is so amazing I keep looking at my teeth. D Barrow

This dental practice is great. My dentist Jonathan is patient and caring and takes the trouble to explain all steps of any treatment that I may have. The girls on reception are friendly and helpful and my hygienist Lana is very professional but also very kind and helpful. 10 out of 10.

Highly recommend Harry and all the team at Fourways.. completed my Invisalign and very very happy with results. I cannot recommend Dr Harpal and his assistant Judith enough, and Fourways overall. I started my Invisalign treatment in June 2023 and my treatment was completed with some composite bonding on my two incisors in July 2024. Dr Harry (as he prefers) is incredibly knowledgeable and he's always honest in explaining each procedure and the outcome which can be expected. He's also gentle and caring, ensuring I was doing OK throughout each step of the work, which was reassuring. He's given me the smile I've always wanted and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!!

I booked an appointment at Perfect Smile Spa recently and had a consultation with Jas Sagoo. Jas was very welcoming and talked me through different treatment options after doing a thorough examination of my teeth. I decided to have composite bonding to close the gap between my front two teeth and to fix a fair sized chip on one of my front teeth. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and I cannot stop smiling 😀. I would definitely recommend Perfect Smile Spa to anyone wishing to fix their smile. You will not be disappointed! I have been a patient at The Perfect Smile Spa for many years now and have had a wide range of treatments in that time including crowns, bridges, implants, extractions and fillings, as well as routine check ups, X-rays and hygienist appointments. I have always received impeccable service from the staff there who are friendly, courteous and nothing is too much trouble for them. Dr Jas Saloo has a calming, reassuring and gentle approach and is always happy to explain everything clearly, taking whatever time is necessary. His skills speak for themselves and he works in complete harmony with his dental nurse. My hygienist is friendly , very efficient and always has very helpful advice and the staff on reception are lovely; friendly, accommodating and efficient. All in all I would 100% recommend this dental practice.

Amazing treatment from start to finish. I booked in for a next day consultation following a recommendation. I was subject to a thorough, full dental examination which provided an accurate description of what treatment I required. 8 days later and I was in the chair for composite bonding. I am overjoyed with the results and will definitely be back.

I had my first wisdom tooth extraction by Mrs Sarita Chopra at Highland View . I was put at ease as soon as I entered the practice. The procedure itself was fairly painless, the tugging and the pressure on the tooth was bearable for me. Mrs Chopra did a great job . I would not hesitate at referring anyone to Highland View.

Great service all round. I had 2 wisdom teeth removed and chose the non-sedation option. Mr Chopra was so good I didn't even realise he had pulled the first one until he started stitching the gum. Thoroughly recommend.

Made a same day appointment as a new patient to fix a composite filling. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist were professionally and friendly. My tooth was fixed within 2 hours of booking the appointment. I cannot thank you enough!

I recently needed an urgent appointment but had to wait a few days. The receptionist said she could put me on the cancellation list. Within an hour she called me back with an appointment the same day as someone had cancelled. I have now seen the dentist twice this week and can say I was very pleased, reassured and confident in his ability. Explained everything in detail and made sure it was clear. The dentist, his assistant and all receptionists were very polite and helpful which is so important. Highly recommended
