My son has just completed his course of teeth straightening with a brace under Dr Dino Birkenstock. It took 13 months to complete the process and I can’t thank Crescent Lodge enough. The receptions are always so polite and friendly. They are very accommodating and always helpful (I’ve clocked up a lot of waiting time in the reception area). Dr Birkenstock was amazing. He really put my son at ease and explains things clearly and thoroughly. I was recommended this practice by a friend and I want to now, recommend it again…in fact it’s so good, I have now just stared Invisalign. Didn’t think I’d ever go back and have braces again at my age but with Crescent Lodge, the decision was easy. THANK YOU CRESCENT LODGE!

Booked an appointment quickly to have my fixed retainer reattached, where it had detached from one tooth. They charged £50, which was better than my regular dentist. The procedure was easy, I was in and out in 10 minutes.

I pay annually. I had an emergency. My tooth and gums started to hurt a lot. I called and they attended to me quickly. The doctor was very good and very professional. Positives: dentist (Dr Seun) was good, nice manner and communicated clearly. Receptionist friendly and polite. Negatives: I arrived promptly for a 9.40am appointment on a Saturday and I had to wait 25mins. The dental nurse didn't seem that on the ball during the treatment. The cost of £240 for a filling is eye-watering really. I dread having to have anything more major done in future.

Dr Kunal Patel is very good at explaining things in a clear and calm manner. I was able to ask lots of questions that he was happy to answer, and I didn't feel rushed. He helped to talk through the various options so that I could make an informed decision that I feel comfortable with

Before I found Dr. Mani, I was terrified of going to the dentist and would put off appointments for as long as possible. But from the very first visit, he completely changed my perspective. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful on the phone. A gold crown that had been placed by this dental centre many years ago and that had lasted well fell out unexpectedly at lunchtime. I was seen at an emergency appointment at 3:30 pm the same day, only hours later. Hannah the dentist was reassuring and performed the procedure of cementing the crown to the tooth again very efficiently and gave time to make sure that I was happy with the result. A great service, provided at NHS minimal cost price.

Mark on receptionist is amazing! He made me feel super comfortable. Unfortunately I didn't get the names of the dentists that saw me but they were professional stars that got straight to it!! Fabulous staff!!!!!!

Always very happy with the treatment at the Dental Surgery. Jessie, our regular hygienist, always provides great care and was very patient and caring with my son for his first visit. I have been going to Denmark Hill Smiles for some years now. I once had a problematic filling but that was resolved and I have to say I have never seen that particular dentist here again. Apart from that everything has always been excellent. I have had various fillings (and changed mercury fillings for white fillings), I also had to have an old implant removed which was done very skillfully. I regularly see the hygienist. Everyone is polite, friendly and helpful. The service is great and if ever I have had toothache they make time to see me straight away. I would highly recommend Denmark Hill Smiles to anyone looking for a dentist in South East London.

I recently visited Dr Jigna Joshi for porcelain veneers and teeth whitening to fill gaps in smile from missing teeth. She suggested a more straightforward and cost effective option than a different dentist and her advice was correct, she did an incredible job and I can't recommend her enough. Communication throughout was spot on and I felt the treatment I received was first class. All the other staff at the practice were extremely welcoming and professional and made the whole experience very straightforward.

The best and most professional dental practice I have visited. I have been a client here for a number of years now and could not recommend them enough. I recently had an extraction of a wisdom tooth here and the dentist and his assistant were absolutely fantastic. Very caring and professional. The extraction was quick and painless. Both made me feel comfortable and safe. No after sales or cosmetic selling or badgering like other clinics who seem to only be interested in upselling treatments. Here, they put your needs first. Myself and family have been a registered patient at this dentist for a number of years and I have say would not change for another. Although the practice is small, the atmosphere is bright and friendly thanks to the dental team. The receptionist is very welcoming as soon as you arrive and does help one to fill out necessary forms before having your teeth done. Even while waiting, patients do engage with each other, which does show the friendly atmosphere mentioned. When having your teeth done, the dental manager has a smile and welcomes you, making you feel less anxiety. He shows interest in you as a patient, your teeth then talk you through today's procedure before having your teeth worked on. Throughout, he checks in on you making sure you are alright. The dental nurse is also friendly, giving support to both the dental practitioner and patient. Overall, I do recommend this dental practice. Finally I would like to thank the dental practice team for all you have done to make my smile even greater.

I saw Dr Nadjafi for filling work and to have some retainers fitted. The service was great, he was very professional and helpful in explaining what needed to be done and also made me feel very comfortable when carrying out the work. The reception staff were also really friendly and helpful. Will be returning for any future dental work that I need.
