I had a hygiene appointment with Jessie last week at the dental surgery. It was my first time there and it was a fantastic experience. The clinic itself is lovely and modern and Jessie was absolutely brilliant. She was super friendly and understanding, patiently explaining every step of the process (some of which was new to me due to the modern tech used). The Dental Surgery has been providing my dental care for over 20 years. They provide great service. I am particularly happy that Penny has been looking after me. She is very conscientious and clearly explains the procedures and has a great personality.

Dr Kunal Patel is very good at explaining things in a clear and calm manner. I was able to ask lots of questions that he was happy to answer, and I didn't feel rushed. He helped to talk through the various options so that I could make an informed decision that I feel comfortable with

Positives: dentist (Dr Seun) was good, nice manner and communicated clearly. Receptionist friendly and polite. Negatives: I arrived promptly for a 9.40am appointment on a Saturday and I had to wait 25mins. The dental nurse didn't seem that on the ball during the treatment. The cost of £240 for a filling is eye-watering really. I dread having to have anything more major done in future.

The environment was exceptionally clean. The Welcome was excellent! The Dentists were very caring and professional. They provided me with information about the current condition of my teeth before I started the treatment. The extraction of my 2 teeth on my lower jaw was painless. I’m am completely satisfied with the care and treatment I received.

Reception staff are very friendly and helpful on the phone. A gold crown that had been placed by this dental centre many years ago and that had lasted well fell out unexpectedly at lunchtime. I was seen at an emergency appointment at 3:30 pm the same day, only hours later. Hannah the dentist was reassuring and performed the procedure of cementing the crown to the tooth again very efficiently and gave time to make sure that I was happy with the result. A great service, provided at NHS minimal cost price.

Before I found Dr. Mani, I was terrified of going to the dentist and would put off appointments for as long as possible. But from the very first visit, he completely changed my perspective. Dr. Mani is incredibly kind, gentle, and understanding. He truly listens and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. His expertise and skill are unmatched – I barely felt a thing during my procedures, and he always explains everything in a way that’s clear and reassuring. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best for them. Thanks to Dr. Mani, I no longer dread dental visits. In fact, I actually look forward to seeing him and his wonderful team. If you’re nervous about the dentist, he is the one to go to – I can’t recommend him enough. Mark on receptionist is amazing! He made me feel super comfortable. Unfortunately I didn't get the names of the dentists that saw me but they were professional stars that got straight to it!! Fabulous staff!!!!!!

Booked an appointment quickly to have my fixed retainer reattached, where it had detached from one tooth. They charged £50, which was better than my regular dentist. The procedure was easy, I was in and out in 10 minutes.

I pay annually. I had an emergency. My tooth and gums started to hurt a lot. I called and they attended to me quickly. The doctor was very good and very professional. My son has just completed his course of teeth straightening with a brace under Dr Dino Birkenstock. It took 13 months to complete the process and I can’t thank Crescent Lodge enough. The receptions are always so polite and friendly. They are very accommodating and always helpful (I’ve clocked up a lot of waiting time in the reception area). Dr Birkenstock was amazing. He really put my son at ease and explains things clearly and thoroughly. I was recommended this practice by a friend and I want to now, recommend it again…in fact it’s so good, I have now just stared Invisalign. Didn’t think I’d ever go back and have braces again at my age but with Crescent Lodge, the decision was easy. THANK YOU CRESCENT LODGE!

I recently visited Dr Jigna Joshi for porcelain veneers and teeth whitening to fill gaps in smile from missing teeth. She suggested a more straightforward and cost effective option than a different dentist and her advice was correct, she did an incredible job and I can't recommend her enough. Communication throughout was spot on and I felt the treatment I received was first class. All the other staff at the practice were extremely welcoming and professional and made the whole experience very straightforward.

I saw Dr Nadjafi for filling work and to have some retainers fitted. The service was great, he was very professional and helpful in explaining what needed to be done and also made me feel very comfortable when carrying out the work.
