I had an exceptional experience at Novo Dental Practice! From the moment I walked in, the team were warm, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. The entire team was not only friendly but truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout the visit. Leda was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything, answering all my questions with patience and care. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Where do I start. I have feared the dentist most of my life and have had some unpleasant experiences triggering trauma with me. After moving from one Dentist to another, it was only by chance or some would say fate, that I drove past Novo, and decided to go in. This was literally my last attempt as I was so done. I was greeted by the lovely Glei, Practice Manager, who saw how nervous I was. He asked me to take a seat and then I was introduced to Leda, Practice Dentist, who has now gained the name “The Dentist Whisperer” from me. She listened to my concerns and said that I need to feel comfortable in my surroundings otherwise I’ll keep running. After spending 20 minutes chatting, she suggested I go home, think about it, and that she and her Team are there for me if I so wished. Fast forward 4 months, after various treatments completed, and unusually for me, not one full sedation in sight, I can honestly say I have found a one of kind Dentist in Leda, and a practice that her and her Team deliver a very unique environment - I kid you not it is so relaxed it feels like you are walking into a Spa retreat! I actually attend now without a night of worry and anxiety before, and don’t need Hubby to escort me. The standard of results with my teeth and gums are beyond my expectations and I really look forward to continuing the visual improvements……would seem that Leda has 100% got into my mind and I fear not anymore. Highly recommended!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care I received from Dr. Leda and her amazing hygienist. I recently faced a challenging dental issue with one of my teeth that had been causing me a great deal of discomfort and anxiety. Dr. Leda took the time to thoroughly assess my situation, explaining every step of the process and addressing all of my concerns with genuine compassion. Additionally, I must give a special shoutout to her hygienist, who performed a cleaning that was nothing short of amazing. I have experienced discomfort during dental cleanings in the past, but this time was different. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough, making the entire experience pain-free. I left the office feeling refreshed and confident in my dental health. I highly recommend Dr. Leda and her team to anyone looking for a skilled, caring, and attentive dentist.

From the second you walk into the surgery, you're greeted by the lovely Glei who always makes the extra effort to make sure you feel welcome! The surgery itself is immaculate and really well designed with up-to-date equipment and technology. I have had appointments with both Dr Leda & Dr Eni who are both super friendly & extremely knowledgeable and professional. Both spend time getting to know you and have informal conversations with you so that you don't feel like you're at another scary dentist appointment! Couldn't recommend Novo Dental more - best dental treatment I have had in years :)

On discovering that I required some treatment for a dental implant when I was already pressed for time, I was shocked to discover that implant specialists are hard to find. Then I discovered my records from way back and and was able to track down an implant specialist with a link to and a knowledge of the original work; an early appointment was offered and the required work carried out skillfully and quickly by a knowledgeable, specialist dentist, at Hadley Wood Dental Practice; I appreciated the time provided for information and explanation so that I felt re-assured and confident. The fee for the work was reasonable, (and just half that of the proposed fee for an eventual later appointment near home) and for me, especially acceptable, considering my shock and the stress when discovering the need for quick treatment for a completely unexpected dental problem about which I was initially given a very negative outcome. I remain extremely grateful for the skillful, knowledgeable resolution of the problem and also the kind help from all those I met at the Hadley Wood Dental Practice (Specialist Dentist, Receptionist, Dental Nurse) Anne, Essex.

Really great practice with lovely staff. Taimoor was so great when I needed my wisdom tooth removed, he fitted me in the same day and eased my nerves. Roxanna the hygienist is also lovely and really helpful! Definitely recommend.

I have recently had few appointments with Dr Rachel and I have got to say I've been in and out from dentists all my life,but this is the first time that Dr Rachel has done amazing work,I can not put in to words what a beautiful work she has done with my teeth. Really impressed with this clinic, in particular with Dr Rachel! I got an appointment fairly quickly, clinic looks clean. Staff was very friendly. Dr Rachel treated my son (6) who was very scared. She did an amazing job!!!! I went to a different dentist before and he was not able to calm my son and reassure him properly. She was very gentle, professional and friendly. She explains the things she does and I really feel she knows her stuff very well ! From now on my kids only go there !!

I was taking my little boy last week to Dr. Lawson. I was sure he he won’t be able to check his teeth as my son is just 3 yrs. However they’ve counted his little teeth together, my son was smiling and the doctor was so gentle and professional.

I am very happy with the hygienist treatment I received yesterday from Ms Zarei. I’m not great with needles but it wasn’t that bad. I feel much better for having the treatment. She gave good advice on my dental health. Will keep up with follow ups.

Neha Thakker is an excellent dental hygienist. I see her every 3 months and know that my oral hygiene is well looked after. I see Tanya Patel who is my dentist every 6 months and if problems arise I know I am in safe hands. The receptionists are also very helpful and friendly. He even went the extra mile, to helped solve my TMJ issue which I was struggling with for years. I had my Invisalign treatment done at the Aron Marcus Dental Practice and could not be happier with the results. It was around 8 months total. Throughout the entire process, the staff were very friendly and informative. Dr R Patel in particular was incredibly helpful, and explained everything well so that you always knew what was happening. My treatment went smoothly with no problems (and at a good price too!) and I could not recommend this practice more.

My experience with Aron Marcus dental practice over the years has been second to none. The care and attention I have received has been first class and now that I am in the capable hands of Dr Ravi Patel I have no complaints at all. He is very informative, explaining every step of the way as to what treatment he is undertaking and is very thorough. Came across York Road Dental practice by accident when I had extreme pain with a loose tooth near a previous root canal treatment. Wonderful communication from the outset. I am usually anxious about going to the dentist, but Kathy made everything feel calm. After half an hour my treatment was complete. The first time I felt OK attending the dentist. Highly recommend. I have been going here to see Mr Sethi for over 25 years when I first went I had a lot of work done on my teeth now I just go every 6 months for a chat & a scale & polish or a very minor teeth issues. Mr Sethi also cared for my husband he had radiotherapy to the mouth area & his teeth where in bad shape Mr Sethi fitted a bridge somehow as there wasn't many teeth to work with & it last for years till my husband lost his life. He & his wife helped me through my cancer treatment when I was on chemotherapy which can affect your teeth. fully recommend him and his team thank you so much for his work over the years.
