I am a very nervous patient and I can highly recommend this practice (Dr Kush Raval in particular). The time taken to explain everything and discuss options with you is fantastic. I have been going here for many years and the whole team here are amazing. I would recommend them to anyone for the high quality care that is provided. I had a tooth extraction at short notice and felt comfortable and confident throughout - not something I thought I would ever say! Thanks so much!

After checking the excellent reviews online I decided to give this dentist a try. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful and I was booked in to see the hygienist the same day. Really impressed the hygienist was friendly and was so pleased with the results of my clean, would highly recommend.

I went to Purley Dental Practice today for the first time for a hygienist appointment. I saw Sarika. She was really lovely and made me feel at ease throughout. I am really pleased with the outcome too and will definitely go back in future. It was £62 for the appointment which is much better than where I had been going!

Astraea the receptionist is always polite, helpful and calm. Evelyn the dental nurse is very reassuring, caring and professional. I had to have an unscheduled extraction recently and Dr Patel explained all the alternative treatments very clearly. Once I had opted for the extraction, his work was efficient, painless and swift. My wisdom tooth extraction was done by Dr. Jaguar and assisted by Nurse Jennifer. Both with great patience, have done a good professional job and a excellent teamwork since it was a very difficult extraction and both were commucating with excellence. Been a patient here for just over a year and gone from being completely petrified of visiting the dentist to just completing my Invisalign treatment (with incredible results!). I have been a client of this practice a while now and introduced my youngest, now back from uni, to them just last week. First class service, very understanding of the needs of a young adult with autism. The dental hygienist in particular was excellent at explaining everything they needed to do and giving time, when needed, for a response. Highly recommend.

I had been having such horrendous dental pain for the longest time. Townend managed to book me in for an emergency appointment a few months ago and since coming here all my pain has completely disappeared. I required some dental extractions and I had a huge fear of the dentist but this practise has truly been so incredibly warm and welcoming. From the receptionist to the dental nurses and the dentists themselves, such an incredible team full of brilliant service and compassion that goes such a long way. This practise is the very best in every way! I used to be terrified of the dentist until I found Shaun and now I completely trust them. From the time you ring and speak to the receptionist to when you're being helped by the dental assistant and finally to treatment, service is excellent. They all go the extra mile. Can't fault the service, prompt response to the issue and pain being experienced, friendliness of the receptionist, and diligence of the dentist (Shane) and after care email and telephone call following an extraction. No pain associated with the treatment but cost associated with non-NHS dentistry would frighten many (hence 4*)

First class dental surgery and staff across the board. I’ve recently had an implant fitted by Nev (with nurse Kay) and they were both so professional, caring and thorough. I’m really happy with everything. Even receptionist Jo F was super welcoming and caring too. Highly recommend for any nervous patients

Kirton Patel was excellent . A pain free visit and he put me at ease for the 1hour 40 minutes that I was in the dentists chair. His music 🎶 and accompanying singing during the process was a great distraction. I would certainly recommend him.

Very professional Dental practice. I have seen Punita, Christine and Nev and the hygienist and have to say they are all very good. For the first time I actually feel that my teeth are being looked after properly. I had a dental phobia due to a bad experience in the past with another dentist. Generally I don’t write any reviews but the treatment I had recently at ConfiDental Clinic had pursued me to write a review. This is the best dental clinic I have ever attended. Dr Soundrarajan has been very passionate about her work, she has shown exceptional professionalism and kindness when she treated me. I have no hesitation to recommend her. Thanks.

I've attended the Clinic twice, and the dentist and hygienist were both lovely. Not to mention the Front Office ladies - warm, friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Treatment excellent. Only issue I have is my treatment was a basic examination that included 2 small x-rays and you entered these on my claim form as a single item which means my dental insurers will only reimburse for a basic examination that doesn’t include x-rays. Although there’s a single charge, if you could enter £39 (for the basic examination) and £10 (for the x-rays) this would make life much easier for me. Best regards.

I had an amazing orthodontist called Zania who patiently walked me through the removal of my braces as well as getting my retainer, she is amazing at describing what’s going to happen as well as making sure I am comfortable

I have been under the care of Dr Zania Lung, she has been great throughout my teeth journey!! The result is perfectly straight teeth with no gaps! Huge thanks for improving my confidence with a smile without gaps!! Great reception staff too 👍
