Excellent service, the staff made me feel very welcome because I had to have emergency treatment. The dentist I saw made me feel so relaxed and comfortable to have my extraction done, I am so grateful that they were there for me, simply the best.

SmileUp was my second dentist in 3 day, being a nervous patient unfortunately my first dentist was not symptomatic to my issues, so after reading reviews I booked SmileUp, well in spite of my nerves I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and my dentist Barbara, she quickly put me at ease, even though I did sweat from my eyeballs, and it was only my first appointment :-). I went back for some treatment 2 weeks later, a dreaded filling, I was so nervous, but again Barbara reassured me and everything went well and now I have a lovely white filling instead of a not so pretty Amalgam. I also had scale and polish with Stu, amazing young man, very patient and reassuring and he made sure I was comfortable all the time. I have another appointment in Jan 2025 still nervous, but I know Barbara and her team will look after me. So nervous or not, I truly recommend SmileUp.

I cannot recommend Dr. Beheshti and the team highly enough. As someone with a deep fear of the dentist, I avoided going for over 20 years. I have been going to this dental practice for around 3 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! The receptionists are always very friendly and professional. Mr Shah is a fantastic dentist who has helped me achieve my desired smile. I’ve had composite bonding and couldn’t be happier with the results. My teeth look very natural which was really important to me, and he has completely transformed my smile. I feel a lot more confident. Mr Shah is very attentive and has provided consistent aftercare to ensure I am happy and you can tell he really cares about the work he does. I also see the dental hygienist every 6 months who is also great. The practice is very clean, the whole team are brilliant and I will continue to recommend this practice to everyone.

Extremely professional Dentist. I have had regular cleaning (which are never rushed and always thorough) and check ups here for 3 years and feel very well taken care off. My Invisalign treatment was great, any issues or concerns were always addressed along with consistent aftercare two years later. Highly recommend.

I visited Greenwich Dental Health today for a hygienist appointment. Lorena was fantastic and I am so impressed with the incredible results. My teeth look whiter and shinier than ever!

After putting off a visit to the dentist for maybe 15 years - I was getting more and more petrified by the day. I found this clinic after researching dental practices that deal with nervous patients. Admittedly it took me maybe 5 years still to contact them - but eventually I emailed them and told them how worried I was, and got the kindest response from the receptionist. My teeth were horrendously bad and I was so embarrassed and worried about being judged. Everyone was so kind to me, no judgment, talked me step by step through my treatment plan and reminded me that it was a journey. I had to have EVERY treatment under the sun. Teeth removal, implant, root canal, crown fitted. After all the surgical stuff was finished (all of which was not actually bad, pain relief and how they do these treatments now are very different to the 80s!!). I then moved onto the cosmetic part and had Invisalign finished off the treatment December 2023 and am amazed by the change and how much more confident and free I feel! I first stepped in during August 2021, but when I went to the dentist a few months ago it was the first time I went and I needed absolutely nothing else doing! Felt like a huge milestone. I actually like going in now as it’s lovely to see all the friendly faces and they have all been so proud of me as well. If you are worried, please do reach out to Greenwich Dental Health. They are the best out there! Feel free to ask them for my before and after photos too!!

The booking process was easy, and Dr Nikki was excellent during the whole process. My mom was visiting from abroad and had a minor emergency. Dr Nikki solved her problem and gave us many tips to support my mom's treatment in Brazil—10/10 experience.

I had a metal filling done by Asad at the beginning of December and needed to go back to have something rectified with it. Teresa was so helpful and booked me in the day I phoned, went there and didn’t have to wait long at all to be called in. Thankfully had the filling replaced, no quibbling and no charge as it was within the guarantee period. I used to be very anxious about having anything done at the dentist but find Asad or any of the NHS dentists very kind and calm. Teresa is always very friendly and helpful too! Thank you 😊

First time visit, extremely nervous patient, (I'm talking tears and trembling!) but the dentist I saw today, Charity, and the nurse (sorry, I can't remember her name!) put me at ease very quickly! They calmed me down, talked me through each step, and went at my pace, I felt in control and took regular breaks, sadly my teeth need a lot of work but I feel confident in merrivale and their staff, highly recommended, thankyou so much for today!

I had a great experience in this practice this week while my fillings were being done. Dr. Oktay checked my teeth very carefully and explained all the procedures in detail. He did a nice X-ray scan for my teeth, and the scanner was a cutting edge machine as I compared with the other scan I had in another practice last month. Strongly recommended.

New premium dental practise in Charlton town. They have a nice decor, everywhere was clean. We didn't actually wait to long to be seen by dentist, we just had to fill in the new patient application form and then we were seen. It was not busy but very quiet for a Friday morning. We came for Inlay reglue, which cost £50. There were 2 decay dots in the tooth and the dentist removed them and charged additional £50! It was annoying because he could have done it for less than £50 or for free as a gesture. Just to remove two dots is too much for charging £50. Anyway we were guaranteed the inlay will last a long time, if it does comes off within a year, he will do it for free. I am curious to try this dental's deep cleaning/scale polish service and see if they do a good service according to what they charge. You can pick up some free toothpaste which is a nice gesture. You can park your car at Sainsbury's car park which is 4 hrs free. It is a nice dental you can try out, as they are new, they are currently doing discounts.

Amazing experience today at this clinic - for starters it is super clean, modern, and well equipped. Gita the hygienist was lovely and very professional. She diagnosed a few flaws in my flossing technique and gave me some great tips on how to improve, including some I haven’t heard of before. All the staff was very professional and easy to deal with. Great service from start to finish. Dr Mohen is experienced and knowledgable in Invisalign, and I was very reassured that the treatment was going to be effective. Service from everyone there is efficient and friendly throughout the treatment until the end (not just before you pay). I usually park at the nearby Tesco supermarket for free parking and 5min walk
