I appreciated being consulted on the cable routing, which ensured everything stayed tidy and well-organised. A new socket was also added behind the TV in our living room. The installation was completed without any damage to the walls, leaving a clean and seamless result that I’m very happy with. The jobs was handled professionally and efficiently, with clear care taken to deliver a high-quality finish. Malik did a great job when moving into a new house, had arranged for him to check out the safety and do an EICR but ended up needing the entire upstairs circuit fault-checked and fixed which was all done in the same appointment. Will be booking again when next needing work!

As well as doing an urgent repair to a bathroom and extractor fan light switch, Hari also repaired a faulty electrical socket for me. As well as doing an excellent job on both repairs, Hari finished both jobs very quickly. Aaron from Cycling Sparks was great. It was straightforward to make an appointment, he arrived on time, it was reasonably priced and the job (replacement of a water damaged socket) was done well. He also arrived by cargo bike so helped reduce congestion and emissions which was great. Will absolutely be my first choice if we need electrical work done again!

I asked Ciaran to do a complex job late last year installing two new alarms so they would be fully integrated into an older system. He was able to give good advice as to what I needed to purchase and the whole system worked well after he finished the installation. He also did an earlier job installing 2 new emergency lights which he did both quickly and professionally. His charges were very reasonable, and he arrived on both occasions on time and was friendly and polite and left the place clean and tidy.

Ben came to the rescue today when we had issues with our circuit breaker triggering, and refusing to go back on. He carefully, and systematically tested his way through each socket, and connection in the ring until he had diagnosed the issue. He got us back up and running with a safe temporary solution, and gave us a clear understanding of our options for a more permanent and optimal solution. I have called on Certified Electricians London Ltd three times now and I couldn't be more impressed with the service! From the moment I contacted them, the communication was prompt, professional, and clear. After sending photos or short videos via text message or WhatsApp to help diagnose my issues, they scheduled an appointment quickly and arrived on time on each occasion. The first visit was from David and he got part of the lighting working for us within two hours; however, due to time constraints a return visit was planned for 8am the following day. The second visit was by Marlowe and he spent 4 hours fault finding and rectifying the issues. Marlowe was very thorough and got the lighting working properly for the first time since we moved in 7 years ago. This is the second time we have used this company and I will definitely use them again. The service is prompt, they are always on time and they just do the job in the most efficient and cost effective way.

5 stars services ! Contacted them to replace a defective electricity socket preventing my fridge to work. Emailed them at night, Ben came next day. Within 5mn, the real issue (which was a more complex issue) was identified and fixed, plus he helped me to put my heavy fridge back up in its place. Fast, efficient and friendly.
