We asked W5 Electrical to replace one of our security lights which had stopped working. W5 Electrical's team (Will and Jack) carried out the work promptly and efficiently. They were polite and helpful, and explained exactly what they were going to do. They made no mess and took away the old light and the packaging for the new light. We are very pleased with our new light.

I called ‘Emergency Electrician London’ after a failed Smart Meter installation by our energy company (sub-contracted out to Magnum Utilities) left us with no power in the house at all. I got an answering machine initially but didn’t leave a message as I thought I’d just try another company. However, Cyril called back within 2 mins. and agreed to pop around within 90 mins. He arrived after about 60 mins. and got to work straight away and managed to find the issue after about 10 mins (a disconnected wire). He explained to me exactly what had happened and got the power back on within another 5 mins. and then he proceeded to check all the other connections to ensure they were tight - some were very loose. All in all he was very professional, on time and he clearly knew what he was doing. Overall I’m very happy with his service and thankful for his quick response and fix.

Had a leak under my kitchen sink for several days which was so frustrating but as soon as Naseem came in he knew exactly what to do and the whole process was so convenient and I was kept up to date with every step which gave me the reassurance I needed. The problem was fixed with amazing quality and so straight forward and quick. I am very happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend!!! I needed some work done with lighting wiring to get the final pieces of the smart home sorted - despite me being a pretty competent DIYer, I just couldn't figure this one out. I am always hesitant when booking someone I don't know from a trading website, but Mo at Daddy Electrician was superb. He arrived on time, he was switched on (excuse the pun), knew what he was talking about, highlighted potential issues but wasn't 'selling' and was open to other queries about our electrics.
