The call handler was very sympathetic and professional and got a next day appointment to allow for childcare cover. electricians arrived and got the job done in about half an hour - they had to reposition two double sockets and just replace other. very friendly, efficient and showed me working sockets. Having a working kitchen again will be money well spent so I am well happy, thank you

I called ‘Emergency Electrician London’ after a failed Smart Meter installation by our energy company (sub-contracted out to Magnum Utilities) left us with no power in the house at all. I got an answering machine initially but didn’t leave a message as I thought I’d just try another company. However, Cyril called back within 2 mins. and agreed to pop around within 90 mins. He arrived after about 60 mins. and got to work straight away and managed to find the issue after about 10 mins (a disconnected wire). He explained to me exactly what had happened and got the power back on within another 5 mins. and then he proceeded to check all the other connections to ensure they were tight - some were very loose. All in all he was very professional, on time and he clearly knew what he was doing. Overall I’m very happy with his service and thankful for his quick response and fix.

Usually inviting tradesmen into the home is a stressful and traumatic experience. Amy and her team are just the opposite. They’re lightning fast, work super hard, and are extremely professional and polite. Just a joy to have around. Amy is very clear with her pricing, no surprise costs. They’re really respectful and careful of your home—shoes off, no touching of freshly painted walls, tidied up after themselves, vacuumed etc. They really know their stuff, I’ll be recommending to anyone who asks if I know an electrician!

Did a great job on installing a fire alarm network for a 3 to 4 storey house with 4 flats, an EICR upgrade on communal area and some minor works. Efficient, thorough and worked to get it done as quickly as possible.

Overall, Paul provided a professional and personable installation service of the Fusebox (18th edition). Persistent and meticulous in his electrical diagnostics, he was eventually able to locate the faulty wiring, and replace the cables and socket plates. In addition, I was impressed by his post-installation guidance on the monthly testing of surge protection switches. I highly recommend his services.

I can't recommend Jema Electrical (Jeremy) enough. We had 4 electricians in before him, 2 of of which were fully certified. With all due respect to the 4 of them, we through loads of money in the bin and the issue never got sorted, sadly. Jeremy knows his stuff and breaks it down in such an easy way to understand... not to mention he DID sort our electricity out faster than any of others with their time spent in our flat trying. Terry put a new fuse box in our old house. When our new house needed an upgrade I didn’t look elsewhere. He has also done some other work for us. Reasonably priced, turns up when he says he will and is tidy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I used John annually for the PAT testing at my restaurant. He was punctual and professional and had a great attention to detail, ensuring that all the equipment in the restaurant was completely safe. What impressed me the most was that if a piece of equipment initially failed he would do what ever he could to make it safe and then retest it so that it passed the test rather than just taking the easy option and marking it as failed.

Quick and fast service. Quickly diagnosed the issue with my garden light through pictures I sent and said I needed a new light. The sensor was completely broken. He sent me recommendations and came out the next day to replace the light. Gives me comfort he has a one year guarantee period so will come back out if any issues.
