I called a few electricians about installing a new light. They actually answered the phone and set up an appointment quickly. The men who came were very friendly and professional, explaining what needed to be done and completing the job in a timely manner. They were considerate about cleaning up after they were finished as well. Highly recommend!

Beni is a great electrician. He has done a number of jobs for me, including adding a new socket, replacing light switches and moving ceiling light fittings. He's always done a good job.

Very happy customer. Power tripped and I wasn't able to reset RCD even after disconnecting all appliances. Grovebell were able to send an engineer in the evening who quickly tracked down the fault to a specific ring and then a specific socket. The socket had a melted wire shorting to earth due to a loose connection that had been arcing. With that wire replaced everything was working again within an hour. Well organised professional company. Would use again!

The engineer was on time, polite and clearly knew what he was doing. He fixed the fuse box and gave me great advice on continuing maintenance. 100% professional service.

I called ‘Emergency Electrician London’ after a failed Smart Meter installation by our energy company (sub-contracted out to Magnum Utilities) left us with no power in the house at all. I got an answering machine initially but didn’t leave a message as I thought I’d just try another company. However, Cyril called back within 2 mins. and agreed to pop around within 90 mins. He arrived after about 60 mins. and got to work straight away and managed to find the issue after about 10 mins (a disconnected wire). He explained to me exactly what had happened and got the power back on within another 5 mins. and then he proceeded to check all the other connections to ensure they were tight - some were very loose. All in all he was very professional, on time and he clearly knew what he was doing. Overall I’m very happy with his service and thankful for his quick response and fix.

The call handler was very sympathetic and professional and got a next day appointment to allow for childcare cover. electricians arrived and got the job done in about half an hour - they had to reposition two double sockets and just replace other. very friendly, efficient and showed me working sockets. Having a working kitchen again will be money well spent so I am well happy, thank you

Mosi was very efficient and reliable. He fitted three new light fittings, one of which needed a channel making in the ceiling which Mosi did very neatly. We had problems with lighting and wiring in our garden for two years after each rain.. Ali was very quick to diagnose the problem. The sockets and wires were old and not well isolated against damp and water. He changed all wires and cables within 3 days. He came back following week after heavy rain to check everything is ok. Since we have not had any problems. I highly recommend him.

I manage a flat in a group of four flats in a converted house in Islington. We needed our fire alarm system updated to be compliant with regulations in the communal area and in all our flats. Chris and his team installed the new fire alarm system, lights and alarms in each of our flats.
