Very happy customer. Power tripped and I wasn't able to reset RCD even after disconnecting all appliances. Grovebell were able to send an engineer in the evening who quickly tracked down the fault to a specific ring and then a specific socket. The socket had a melted wire shorting to earth due to a loose connection that had been arcing. With that wire replaced everything was working again within an hour. Well organised professional company. Would use again!

I recently had a shed office built in my garden and needed a hardwired internet connection as it’s too far from my router. I called on Grovebell who were able to dispatch an electrician who quickly assessed the job and installed an SWA Cat 6 cable to provide consistent network to my outdoor office. John the electrician arrived within the hour, at 10pm on a Friday night and fixed the issue quickly. He then went on to test all of the sockets and lights around the issue within half an hour and gave us some great advice. We were wowed by the service especially being so last minute. I can’t thank Byron and the SES Electrical Contractors team enough! After waking up to no electricity in the house, I spent hours calling other electricians but couldn’t find anyone available. Thankfully, I was recommended SES Electrical, and from the moment I spoke to Byron, the service was amazing. He kindly offered to troubleshoot the issue over the phone before arranging a visit, patiently guiding me through a few steps and helping me resolve the issue myself! Really lovely experience dealing with Andrew , the installation was quick and efficient. We got the boiler in 2 days later after the one we had broke . Usually you would have to wait at least 7-14 days for a new boiler to be delivered. He even repainted for us ! Will definitely be using him again for anything we need and would highly recommend him to other people Thanks so much Andrew !!

I'm incredibly impressed by the speed and quality of work. I called in the evening asking to fix my electric heaters and Andrew was happy to fix them early in the morning the next day. Its a very trustworthy person, I left the key with him, and when he finished he was happy to drop it off at my work place. Andrew takes time to make sure everything is done properly. I cannot recommend this service highly enough. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I had no water Saturday morning, and arranged a visit with Andre for Sunday in the 12-5 appointment window. I had a restaurant booking for 2pm Sunday I had forgotten about and when I called Andre to see if he can please come closer to 5 so I wouldn’t miss my outing, he went above and beyond for me!! He arrived within a few hours (late on a Saturday night,) checked my boiler out, and came back this (Sunday) morning at 8am with my new boiler. and a helping hand to have it installed. I write this with a new boiler installed about 24 hours after reporting the problem, on my way to my booking with no problems. Never has something that felt like a crisis gone so smoothly. Thank you SO much Andre!!!! He was also careful and considerate with my very curious cat and I really appreciate that as well. A friendly guy who does a great job. I will absolutely be recommending this service to anyone I can, and hope this review has helped you decide this is definitely the right company to call. 🤝

Blown away! I just bought an ex council flat that turned out (surprise) to have super dodgy and dangerous wiring throughout. Abbey worked out the best solution for me, quoted competitively, replaced my truly frightening prehistoric consumer unit and rewired everything. Abbey is a highly experienced electrician. After we did full house renovation I have come across multiple electricians and neither of them had the knowledge level Abbey has. Abbey came promptly to see what needs to be done, explained our options and gave a very reasonable quote. Completed work on agreed time, with high standards, left the work area tidy. I called ‘Emergency Electrician London’ after a failed Smart Meter installation by our energy company (sub-contracted out to Magnum Utilities) left us with no power in the house at all. I got an answering machine initially but didn’t leave a message as I thought I’d just try another company. However, Cyril called back within 2 mins. and agreed to pop around within 90 mins. He arrived after about 60 mins. and got to work straight away and managed to find the issue after about 10 mins (a disconnected wire). He explained to me exactly what had happened and got the power back on within another 5 mins. and then he proceeded to check all the other connections to ensure they were tight - some were very loose. All in all he was very professional, on time and he clearly knew what he was doing. Overall I’m very happy with his service and thankful for his quick response and fix.
