If I have a job that needs doing properly I bring it to Elliot and the team at BSG. Latest job was carefully swapping the wheels on my Porsche 993 RS. I wouldn't trust anyone else not to mark the rims when mounting the tyres on the new wheels. Lovely guys to deal with to boot.

I want to write a more fulsome review of just how good this team is. For the moment, please take it as a given that it'll be hard to find any better. Update 13.01.25 I'm on my fourth AMG variant over the years including ML63 and Ml500 and have tried so many independent MB garages. Nearly all good and familiar names to London MB owners (my current car is a CL500 - and really happy with it. Had the inevitable ABC failure and came close to giving the car away. Took it to BSG under the AA Garage and Parts cover (£500 towards repair) and the patrolman spoke so highly of them I couldn't refuse. Best outcome I could have hoped for. And the best praise for them is that I'll keep the CL500 for life thanks to knowing BSG is there (Apologies for sounding so gushing but never had the chance to thank them in person.)

I took my mini cooper classic to the gents at BSG. I can only give them excellent reviews for their expertise and professional service - it turned out one of the guys is a mini specialist! My car had been driven into seriously, and I was worried it would be written off but after a week they returned it in better condition than it was before. They know their stuff and I had no fear about being ripped off as a woman, they are respectful and explained everything really well. Will be returning!

What’s better than a competent and honest garage and mechanics team?! Elliot and the team at BSG sure know about cars: they know cars, they like cars and they drive the cars they like! Walk into the garage and there is more than often a classic car being nurtured, proof of many owners’ trust. BSG have been taking care of my 1999 Audi and 2006 Aston Martin for a few years: they will always try to find a practical, down-to-earth solution to fix small things, servicing and big problems as well, while conscious of keeping costs down on parts and labour. I have seen they respect each car and their owner, they work quickly, prices are competitive for the brilliant quality of the work and you are sure Elliot will treat you nicely, with a smile. You will be in good, confident hands here!

I can't recommend Paul and the team at Central Car Care in RBKC highly enough. Finding a trustworthy garage for a 20-year-old Japanese import can be a real challenge – these cars aren't straightforward to work on. However, Paul's expertise is absolutely incredible. The service I received was exceptional, completely transparent, and they managed to get my car running perfectly. It's such a relief to find mechanics who are genuinely skilled and reliable. I have been a customer of this family run business for well over 20 years. The brothers are polite, clean, professional, knowledgeable, and excellent at what they do, which they do with a smile. To top it off they are very reasonably priced and they do not add unnecessary 'extras' to any job. Ray serviced and MOT’d my ten year-old Audi. He has an exceptional customer service mentality and was a genuine pleasure to deal with. He was also very honest. For example, he identified an issue with the battery and insisted on testing it in front of me to show the fault, despite my insistence that I believed him (it was going flat on a weekly basis). He clearly takes pride in running an honest business with a long heritage. I would recommend his garage very highly.

Best service I’ve ever had thanks

I live locally and I stopped by here on my way home from work on the off chance that they were free to do an MOT for me. I was greeted by a friendly chap who said that they could do it right away. I was told that it would take 45 minutes so I went home, had a cuppa and strolled back after about 40 minutes. When I got there, my car had been tested and was parked up outside the garage with my pass certificate inside. I paid, collected my key, and drove away. No issues at all. It’s always a worry when using a new garage as you do wonder whether they are going to find problems with your car just to generate some extra revenue but no such problem at this garage. I’d happily recommend them to friends, family and work colleagues and I will definitely use them again.

Took my car in and Tony and the team were brilliant—same day service, quick and efficient. They also gave me helpful advice on parts I might need in the future. MOT was sorted straight away with no hassle. I always take my cars here and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

My car had an engine fault and broke down on Sunday. I decided to try my luck and contacted a garage. Tony responded quickly, even though the garage was closed on Sunday.
