Just recently moved to the area and a delight to find The Garage and the team there. Easy booking, friendly and knowledgeable staff, but where they really stand out is in the customer service they offer. The service they offer is as good if not better than the Porsche showrooms where I bought my cars. 5*! This was my second trip in 3 months and both excellent.

We hit a pot hole on Sunday 29th December in SE London, and were stuck waiting for recovery as the tyre was completely wrecked and would not inflate. I called The Garage as they are close to home, to see if they could fix our wheel before we had to head back on our travels on Saturday 4th Jan. It was out of hours but Geoff was a hero and confirmed if we got it towed to Bramber Road, and posted the key through their door, he would be popping in on the 30th and would drive the car into the garage, order the replacement tyre and have his team fix it when they were back to work after the Christmas break. Communication was great. We were kept up to date every step of the way. The office in The Garage is superb with its decor and layout, and it is super clean! The team were really friendly and knowledgeable, and they did a great job getting us back on the road safely and in time. Thank you so much to Geoff and the team. Absolute life savers!

I am glad to have AMS Motors in my nearby surrounding. Its tyre changing service was so lovely, personal, reassuring and professional. I appreciate all the help and advice Muna gave me today regarding my car and it's maintenance! I just went there to change all the 4 tyres of my car. But he took out some time from his busy schedule and checked my whole car from the bottom completely and advised me of some rectifications, which I will follow definitely. I even changed a pair of front Wiper Blades for my car which was advice me to do so. Very Helpful & Trustworthy. The garage was very well organised clean and tidy. Amazing quality service at AMS Motors. I was so impressed by them! They checked my car for me to make sure it was all good making some adjustments like changing the bulbs so it was brighter! Conducted an MOT and service to a very high standard and great price! More recently, I just got my car cleaned which involved a wax and polish on the outside and detailed cleaning on the inside, including wash of seats. I can honnestly say it looks brand new now!!! Amazing job! Overall great advice - Now that I have found this garage with such lovely people - I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else! I spoke to Henry after checking a few different places and he immediately gave me a feeling that he was being extremely honest, fair, and friendly. We took our car to Burington Motors today to have the headlights cleaned and polished as they were covered in years worth of horrible scum making the visibility poor. We were apprehensive that we'd get a good enough finish, but the outcome was as if we'd had brand new headlights fitted - we are so pleased with the result! The price was fair, the service was of extremely high quality and it was done so quickly. The team are also super friendly, and when I asked about a different job, I received an explanation of what was involved and the costing, and at no point made to feel pressured to commit to anything! Great experience here - I called up as I had an issue with my car. Initially booked in for a few days time however they had a cancellation that day and called to ask if I wanted to take it in (I had explained I was keen to fix asap). Mo was great, friendly & approachable. My car developed a horrible noise and a couple of lovely mechanics at another garage diagnosed the possible problem and suggested Humes Ave garage was the place to go to get it fixed. How right they were ! Mo the manager was reassuring that he could look at it that day and could order parts in anticipation of the possible issue. I was really pleased to get a call later on that day to say the car is fixed. When I went to collect the car a lovely bearded mechanic showed me the parts that had been replaced and what they'd found and subsequently fixed. Really pleased with their service would highly recommend.
