Lovely people warm friendly professional attitude.. The receptionists are very good nice and helpful.. I got free water plus coffee mechanics as well.. Very happy with the work that was carried out by CarFix Garage. Was quick and simple to get an appointment for repairs to my vehicles rear bumper. Was met by Danny whom was very welcoming and keep me up to date throughout. The repairs were very high quality and it’s like the damage wasn’t even there.

Went in for MOT test. I did the booking on WhatsApp for 11 30, and on 11 30 my car was in for test. The waiting room is really nice, you have coffee machine and you have windows to see the work they are doing for your car. The reception staff nice as well. I recommend them.

I cannot thank Alex, Coco, Ella and Danny at CarFix Garage in Colindeep Lane, in Colindale for their friendly and professional service they provided for me, on my Ford Focus. From the very 1st call to enquire about the issue I had with my new car (only brought it a few days before, from what I thought was an honest dealership, turned out not to be), to coming in with my car, Alex diagnosed the fault, explained everything to me, and has been just so so helpful and kind. I was very upset by the dealership that lied to me about a hidden problem that did not show up on any online check, as it was a recent problem. CarFix have been totally amazing, and I cannot thank them enough. The garage is huge and, the waiting room upstairs is very big, with a TV and coffee machine and cold drinks freezer, plus lots of chocolates to eat, all free of charge. There are toilets upstairs near the waiting room. The waiting room over looks the workshop, so you can see your car being fixed! Downstairs in Reception, lovely Coco, along with her colleague Ella, were just wonderful. So helpful and so so friendly and couldn’t do enough for me, as I was so stressed about the car. They lent me a phone charger whilst I waited for my car to be fixed, and said if there is anything they can do, to just ask. They are the first members of staff you see when you arrive, and they honestly, are a credit to the company. Danny has been simply WONDERFUL, I don’t know where to begin. There were a few issues with my car when I brought it in, and Danny couldn’t do enough to reassure me that the car will be 100%, and I mustn’t worry. I had to bring that car back for something else a day or so later, and I left the car whilst Danny worked on it (this was on Saturday 18th January 2025) , but I was running late to pick the car up. I messaged Danny and he said don’t worry, he will wait for me to get here, and he did, an hour after the garage shut!! How amazing was that? I felt so bad, as I was travelling by other means of transport to get to CarFix to pick the car up, and Danny waited over an hour after closing time, so that he could give me the keys back to my car, and have the car back for the rest of the weekend. I truly don’t know of any garage that has members of staff that are so kind like this, and in my 36 years of driving, I’ve been to many garages with different cars I’ve had, but never had the fantastic customer service that I have experienced with CarFix in Colindeep Lane in Colindale. Danny goes above and beyond to make sure not only the car is fixed and 100% ok, but he has the most amazing, down to earth, genuine and friendly personality, that as a customer, reassured me, and that is why I will always use CarFix in Colindale. Danny you are a credit to the company, and I really hope your boss sees this review, because you deserve the allocade. My son is also so impressed at how down to earth you are, and the highly professional service you provide for your customers and their vehicles. Daniel is incredibly trustworthy, communicates clearly and well which is appreciated. I trust him and his team with servicing, MOTs and any niggles my car may have. He goes above and beyond - I was stuck in a car park and my car wouldn't start and needed a resolution quickly as I needed to get to the airport - his team came out to help and the matter was quickly resolved! I was happy to buy the car which I'd set-out for from them, which was a relatively easy process; it was is great condition, and was also a reasonable price. I've been a loyal customer of Action Service Centre for years, and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. Previously, I went to Halfords, who quoted me £2,000 for repairs, but after seeking a second opinion, the work ended up costing less than a quarter of that. Action Service Centre is honest, reliable, and always ready to help with any car-related issues or concerns. Even though I'm no longer local, I still make the journey every year to have my car serviced and MOT'd with them.

I have used acton service centre for 4 years between 2019 and 2022 before I moved out from that area.The owner and staff were nice. Price are reasonable and the works always done on the same day. It was a good to have such a good garage at that area.

Been using ASC for 12 years now so I'm a loyal customer. Prior to that I struggled to find a mechanic I could trust. However ASC have always been trustworthy, reasonably priced and easy to deal with. I have recommended them to many friends over the years and will continue to do so.

A couple of weeks ago I called them as my car was sounding really bad (the pipe was completely loose). They were very busy but still said for me to take the Fiat 500 to them on the same day. After a few hours I got a call to confirm the price and service, gave the okay and they sorted me out within the next day. Quick, reliable and transparent. I’ll definitely be coming back.

My car tyre was puncture This was a quickly fixed by the team even though they were short staffed. Really nice customer service and express service. I appreciate their efforts. Very nice way to deal with customers. I was wandering around London to get my tyre quickly fixed but this is the only place I can find a proper service. They are just 2 but doing a great job. Presley and Sally is very good at car knowledge. I recently took my car in for service, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. They were incredibly professional and attentive, sometime the calls were delayed but I know they are very busy. They took the time to thoroughly explain the work that needed to be done and provided me with a detailed estimate before starting any repairs. Not only did they address the issues I brought it in for, but they also performed a complimentary inspection and topped off all the fluids and gave me some free car washing liquid.
