Fantastic experience with Cresta Motors. Car wouldn't start and they diagnosed the problem immediately, provided me with the solution hassle free and saved me a significant amount of time. Highly recommend.

Having been to a rival garage who attempted to (extortionately) charge me £300 to get my car through an MOT, I brought the car here instead. They charged me a total of £100 including the price of the test, solved an issue with the emissions and fixed one or two other minor problems as part of the service. They actually tried to do their best for the customer rather than just make as much money as possible on the job. Nice guys too. Strongly disagree with previous review which was the exact opposite of my experience.

Bought a van which had been serviced at Batt Bros everytime. I’ve used a few garages more local to me in north east London but now back with Batt Bros. They are honest and communicate before doing any work so you know what you’re paying for. Best mechanics, with the best owners. The shop really is helpful and knows what they’re doing. I don’t think they remember me as a customer but it was a year ago. I needed to get my E53 amg checked out immediately as I had my ferry booked to go to France, and then Germany on the autobahn so this check was vital. I went to a previous garage and they couldn’t find the last two entry points for the spark plugs and my car was not feeling normal at all. I called Brownings Garage up and they responded immediately, and realising it’s an emergency they quickly told me to come to the garage and worked on my car. It took about 40minutes for the job to finish and they checked t everything thoroughly, couldn’t fault them at all. Extremely helpful and they saved my trip being cancelled, my car ran smoothly afterwards and even on the autobahn there was no problems whatsoever. Till this day my car runs fine , so thank you browning garage. Will definitely visit again if I find any fault on my car again, as I feel better giving my car to people who know what they’re doing.

It's not often that I give 5 stars as it leaves no room for improvement. This is a rare exception. I have been meaning to take my car here for years and now I have and the boys were brilliant. My car had a premature oil change, both engine and gearbox and the car is like a different car. I have an old fashioned approach to oil changes ( every 3000 miles ) and although things have changed, I will have it done every 8000 instead. Thanks boys for being decent, clean and honest and offering a great service. Never again another garage for me.

Kypros took the time to run through the work required to me and why, sourced all the replacement parts quicker than any other garage I've taken my car to, and was grateful for the photo updates throughout the process - all at a reasonable price. Our dog chewed on the rear seatbelts of our car. We approached KSM and we got a more convenient quote then through the official repair centre. The work was carried professionally, with prompt communication, professional advice and punctuality. Convenientely located in a quiet location with dedicated parking lot for ease to drop-off/pick-up. He showed care and pride at his job, so we will surely use him again when the need arises.

I explained that I would struggle to get my car to them because it wouldn't even start and within 10 mins they had cycled to my car with jump leads and helped me start my car! Took it into the garage and they fixed it same day. Would definitely use again.

Very very nice and professional mechanics. I scratched my brand new mazda cx-5. Scratch was on both doors driver side. It was so unfortunate and disappointing but Tim assured us he will fix it. And he did an amazing job. It looks same as earlier. You cannot even tell if anything was done. He is very passionate about the work and he advised me to be careful next time and not let it scratch. At any point, you dont feel he is trying to rip you off etc. He is genuinely very nice mechanic and he got the scratch and dent with minimal invasion to indoors. I strongly recommend him for any repair needs.

I went to this garage after I saw the reviews. I left my Ford Transit Custom 2019 in limp mode with turbo and dpf issues and the car was fixed in less than one day for a very good price. I have already drove the car for more than 500 miles and everything seems fine.

I've just being to Car City and Josef was so friendly. But more importantly without fuss he and his colleague refitted the front bumper on the passengers side of my S class, which I'd manage to pull off due to driving onto a high curb. He also repaired a scuff mark on the rear bumper with great professionalism and ease, all done in less than an 45 min even do I just appeared on his forecourt without notice. The price he charged for the work was exceedingly reasonably, I couldn't have be more pleased, such a relief to find a mechanic that is honest hard working and professional, a real credit to his profession, thank you again Josef 👏

I had a suspected slow leak on my tire and they let me pop in twice to check it was safe before I was driving on a trip as I didn’t have time to get it repaired with them before I left.
