Very very nice and professional mechanics. I scratched my brand new mazda cx-5. Scratch was on both doors driver side. It was so unfortunate and disappointing but Tim assured us he will fix it. And he did an amazing job. It looks same as earlier. You cannot even tell if anything was done. He is very passionate about the work and he advised me to be careful next time and not let it scratch. At any point, you dont feel he is trying to rip you off etc. He is genuinely very nice mechanic and he got the scratch and dent with minimal invasion to indoors. I strongly recommend him for any repair needs.

Jose and Omar saved the day! We kept having issues with our garage door in our complex. Jose came out, did an assessment on the issue, and got us set up with new units within a couple days. Both Jose and Omar worked a long day to make sure our units were installed. Their customer service was amazing, and they explained the process to us step by step. Took my car into KSM for repair expecting the work to take days and had a call back to collect within a few hours. Kypros took the time to run through the work required to me and why, sourced all the replacement parts quicker than any other garage I've taken my car to, and was grateful for the photo updates throughout the process - all at a reasonable price. I had a suspected slow leak on my tire and they let me pop in twice to check it was safe before I was driving on a trip as I didn’t have time to get it repaired with them before I left. Best garage experience I've ever had! Usually people take advantage of my lack of car knowledge or are just rude, but these guys were so friendly, helpful, efficient and cheap! Wanted a bulb change in my headlight, 3 garaged said no, this guy slotted me in immediately, only charged for the parts not the labour, checked my oil and water for free then turned my car around, all down with a smile. Amazing service, couldn't ask for anymore!!

Best mechanics, with the best owners. The shop really is helpful and knows what they’re doing. I don’t think they remember me as a customer but it was a year ago. I needed to get my E53 amg checked out immediately as I had my ferry booked to go to France, and then Germany on the autobahn so this check was vital. I went to a previous garage and they couldn’t find the last two entry points for the spark plugs and my car was not feeling normal at all. I called Brownings Garage up and they responded immediately, and realising it’s an emergency they quickly told me to come to the garage and worked on my car. It took about 40minutes for the job to finish and they checked t everything thoroughly, couldn’t fault them at all. Extremely helpful and they saved my trip being cancelled, my car ran smoothly afterwards and even on the autobahn there was no problems whatsoever. Till this day my car runs fine , so thank you browning garage. Will definitely visit again if I find any fault on my car again, as I feel better giving my car to people who know what they’re doing.

It's not often that I give 5 stars as it leaves no room for improvement. This is a rare exception. I have been meaning to take my car here for years and now I have and the boys were brilliant. My car had a premature oil change, both engine and gearbox and the car is like a different car. I have an old fashioned approach to oil changes ( every 3000 miles ) and although things have changed, I will have it done every 8000 instead. Thanks boys for being decent, clean and honest and offering a great service. Never again another garage for me.

Having been to a rival garage who attempted to (extortionately) charge me £300 to get my car through an MOT, I brought the car here instead. They charged me a total of £100 including the price of the test, solved an issue with the emissions and fixed one or two other minor problems as part of the service. They actually tried to do their best for the customer rather than just make as much money as possible on the job. Nice guys too. Strongly disagree with previous review which was the exact opposite of my experience.

A hidden gem. Repaired a dent and resprayed the driver door of my BMW X1; did a perfect job at a fair price. I am so pleased that I trusted them over the much more expensive solution offered by my BMW dealership. I suspect I will be returning soon!

Awesome garage. Booked my MOT a week in advance. Took them less than an hour to do the MOT. There were quite a few little things that needed to be fixed but all sorted within a couple of hours. Fast, trustworthy, reliable, and very well priced.  The repairs took less time than the guy had quoted me, so the overall price was a lot cheaper than originally said! They were super cool with keeping old parts to explain what had been fixed. Also went there a few months before RE a loud creaking noise coming from my car, (it's old) they assured me it's all okay, and said to come back if it gets worse - advice was all free of charge. Will definitely be going for any future repairs. Highly recommend!
